She went out of her way to help us. She explained and worked with us so my mom could use her iPhone. I wrote a review for the Apple Store and said that they should hire this young lady. She's intelligent, empathetic and helpful. Had great experiences at this location. On approximately…read more1/5/2022, I was shopping in a Target Store located at 9830 W Lower Buckeye Rd, Tolleson, AZ 85353 and was approached by a AT&T salesperson who had a booth in the electronics department. I originally was told in December by a salesperson in Target that I would be charged $110 a month for the phone service and get 4 new Pixel 6 phones included in the payment. The only upfront fee would be for the taxes which I was told was $254.56 and I paid that at the time. I was then sent a bill for $500. I called to ask why I was being charged that amount. The customer service agent on the phone told be the original amount I was offered was not possible. I would however be eligible to have the same plan for $126 a month; to which I agreed. I received a new bill for $276.15. On 3/8/2022, I called AT&T again; And was told it was not resolved yet. On 3/9/2022 I paid for an amount the was noted on my account as past due for $96.81 On 3/22/2022 I was charged $258.68. I called AT&T and was told they are still reviewing; and will return my inquiry within 5 business days for resolution
