Horrible customer service today January 20, 2026 at around 9:30pm at the self pay center. I am grabbing something I clearly couldn't reach from my cart when the employee working during that shift says to me to MOVE. I didn't want to say something back because it would have gotten very ugly so instead I thought to myself she must be having a bad day or not be liking her job. As I was done I had a lady with her daughter in front of me blocking my way out when the same employee tells them "excuse me." This is not ok and maybe because I am a Latina she thought she could be this rude and absolutely not. Next time she will be embarrassed publicly. read more

This Target is terrible!! The shopping carts are broken, not just 1 shopping cart but all of them are loud and have bent or broken wheels. I like coming to Target to avoid things like messy shelves and broken shopping carts, This Target is worse than most Walmart's!! Responsive customer service, good pricing for technology. I dropped in at this Target to pick up a couple of wireless mice for our laptops. The store was well organized and the items I needed were easy to find. I looked for a store clerk to help me in Electronics, but they did not have anyone manning the station. I proceeded to the front cashiers. To my surprise, there were only two cashiers open. I went to the shorter line and was told that the line was closing. I joined the longer queue, 6 customers deep. I remarked to the customer in front of me. They really need to open another line. Instead of standing and complaining, I decided to give Target a chance to respond. I went back to the shorter line and asked, "Would you please as the manager to open another line?" "No problem, " she answered. Within 2 minutes, 2 more lines were open, and customers moved through quickly. Kudos to Target to responding to customer needs and requests. read more

This Target just keeps going downhill. It's neglected, always messy, and what happened to the security measures Target normally would take? As soon as I was walking into Target there was a guy dashing out with Tide pods. They have several homeless throughout the store loading up their backpacks with merchandise and the store is just overall messy and sloppy. It's becoming more and more neglected with time. This is my local Target and I love it! With the exception that they don't have a huge selection like the other stores. But it's not a big deal! The staff here is really friendly! Every time they see us and the kids they great us and have friendly conversation. They even give the kids stickers which they love! Returns/exchanges are easy with it without a receipt. I use my cartwheel app and that helps to track my purchases so if I lose a receipt they can pull it up with that. Their Drive Up pick up is also really easy to use and I use it so much! They're really fast in getting my order ready! Usually under and hour (20-30 minutes!) The app makes it really easy to use and to notify them when you are there. I also use they pick up in store option through the app for when I have to shop in store but don't want to forget the small items or I want to get the sale items before the sell out. Again the orders are usually completed under an hour. There's plenty of parking, bathrooms are clean and well kept and the store is pretty well stocked! There's a Starbucks in this location and their food court area with seating. read more

Outstanding customer service here! I was shopping for one of Target's hard to find items and this store had 3. It was way out of my neighborhood but because these kitchen mats are so fabulous I decided to make the drive. The employees here were incredibly helpful and gracious when a problem arose. I was extremely happy by the time everything was worked out and once again Target has exceeded my expectations because of the people they employ! To bad there's not a rating of lower than 1 for this store. Don't bother shopping here if you have a large family. Attempted to purchase 3 lego sets for my kids and was told that "they're the smallest Target in Phoenix" so their policy is to decide at checkout whether customers can purchase more than 1 of any item. I have better things to do with my time than go to a competitor because I can only buy 1 package of underwear from these jokers or 1 gallon of milk or anything else that whatever random person checks you out decides is all you need. I will be avoiding this store at all times in the future and will shop at the Walmart that's right down the road where they actually want to sell their products and not collect them for museum art. read more

This girl working the refreshment counter had no personality and was a little rude. Plus all the tables are dirty. Mom & I like to stop the refreshment area for some sticks & pizza while shopping this Target...we enjoy these little stops. But it can be hit or miss with the employees. read more

Applied and got an interview and they didn't give me the job. Which I'm not thrilled about but not at all surprised. They don't hire black people. Not being bitter, but I was more qualified that the other applicants with 5 years of cashier experience and I had a friend that applied as well with no experience at all and he got the job. If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is horrible! Especially by the so called manager "Rachel" she is a total rude B! I came to return something (which I had the reciept for) but she kept saying the only way I could get a refund is through a store credit along that she had the worst attitude and kept asking why I was upset. Went to the store over the weekend and spent $500.00 on women's clothing and other items. Now I did try everyting on first since it has been awhile since I went clothes shopping and I have gained some weight. However, I was so invovled in how the clothes would fit I DIDN'T LOOK AT THE SMALL DETAILS!!!!. I wore my pants for the first time earlier this week to work and that is where I noticed a snag running half way down the pant leg. Today I am wearing this beautiful long cardigan for the first time. At work again I noticed in the restroom mirror that I have a HUGE hole undernearth my armpit. I am so embarssed and mad. I didn't even keep the receipt because I knew that my clothes fit and didn't think that I would need to return anything. I used to love going here, up until I began couponing and realized the Manager's hatred towards couponers. If you are a couponer this is the WORST target to go to. They have a "policy" that customers can only make one transaction per day. When I asked to see the written policy I was denied access to it. The manager hides behind the cashiers like a coward, making the cashiers very uncomfortable and you just feel bad for them. They also have a limit on items that you can purchase. You can only purchase two hair products per day. I rather drive the extra 30mins to go to the 91st Ave and Northern location. read more

After scanning a cartwheel for milk bone dog treats supposed to be 15% off and having two target employees helping figure which was correct and they couldn't find the right one they told me to tell the cashier and they would give it to me, since he wasn't authorized to do it he called marisol to do it and she was very rude and nasty and continued to make excuses as to why which I could tell she was making up, and still did not give me the discount.
