Stalls had no toilet paper or papers towels. They did have children seats available in the stalls and very nice changing tables for infants so that's a plus, they just weren't very clean. The splash pad/play area is overall not well maintained and pretty disappointing. Turf is uneven, bars are loose on the train ride on toy, splash pad water pressure is practically nonexistent - a dad had to show us a trick to stand on one of the "fountains" so the other fountain comes up higher and makes a big enough stream of water for your child to actually splash in... Not sure if that seating area with fans/misters is park west responsibility or a businesses but the area was not very clean, tables, benches and chairs could use a good pressure washing - lots of bird poop so be careful where you sit or set down your items. Overall the area is free to visit but don't expect a great experience but it will definitely get you and the kids out of the house.

I went to the location today after having the Tanger Outlets team say that they are not familiar of a closure yet. The store was completely empty with signs on the door saying that they are permanently closed. It must have just happened recently. Saks OFF 5TH has been considered "the premier destination for luxury off-price fashion". They have offered a large assortment of high-end designers and everyday favorites at great prices. Saks OFF 5th has been considered a Saks Fifth Avenue outlet store since 1995 (following the footsteps of Saks Clearinghouse which opened three years earlier). This location was one of the four Arizona locations (three in the Greater Phoenix area). Recently as a part of their bankruptcy process, Saks decided to close most of their OFF 5th locations (and Nieman Marcus Last Call stores) while continuing to function otherwise as a company. Their website (https://www.saksoff5th.com) still has some items which are all up to 70% off. Their prices are considered "liquidation pricing." Recently, the bankruptcy process has been of particular interest to those American Express Platinum card holders, as they get $50 credit for purchases at Saks Fifth Avenue stores every six months, and if they purchase physical gift cards in the store, they can get the credit back that way, and the gift cards can be used at OFF 5th locations or online. I gave them two stars as Saks OFF 5th has been a great options for saving a lot while getting a lot for American Express Platinum card holders and every one else. You get a 25% off coupon for *most* things in the store by utilizing Kohl's for the Amazon return process which is another bonus. I don't typically shop at Kohl's very often, but the 25% off coupon is a nice touch. Everyone at the Amazon return desk has always been quite pleasant to work with and I've not ever had any unpleasant situations in the store.
