The lines are always SO long no matter what time of day and the self checkout person assigned to monitored that area never adheres to the 15 items or less so they don't move any faster. As someone who has worked at Walmart for six years in the past, this Walmart is mediocre. Perhaps it's because I arrived during a remodel, but it just looked like a hot mess. One thing that upset me was the fact that the entrance I parked at was closed when I finished shopping, causing me to walk around the entire store to get to the other exit. , I don't mind walking. I went there to resolve an issue that I had with a piece of Merchandise I had purchased. Was told to go to the service desk but the lady assisting me was not able to help, she called her manager and she was totally unhelpful. Went back to electronics and spoke to Gionni and Andy who were above and beyond helpful , turned my opinion of this Walmart into a positive one. We need more employees like them. read more

It's a great Walmart to go to. Plenty of parking and always able to find what I need, but it can get pretty crowded at times.

It's pretty lame your self checkout is limited to 15 items or less. I will not be shopping at this location as I understand this is not a company wide policy. This store is super easy to get to and parking is not an issue. Carts are in good repair and there is always a clean one at the door. Like every single store in America the day before they get a truck the shelves are bare. Next day everything is full again. The staff is also service dog friendly. The staff is so nice to my dog, as well as customers. Times are tight so service dog got a job. He's a part time model for Kong. And loves everyone and all the attention they give him! read more

The auto center of this location is horrible they ask me what kind of oil I want for my car so I ask for mobile one waited for 10 minutes so They can double check they have or not . Then he told me yes we do 2 hours later I go to find out what happened. For the guy to run everything and then don't charge me anything give me a paper I'm like what happen I was here for an oil change I'm pretty sure it's not free. This review is for their Vision Center. My son and my daughter needed new glasses. Last week, I called and made an appointment for them for this past Saturday. They fit me in at 10:30 and 10:40 am. Upon arrival, we were greeted with friendly service. When they checked our files, they said that my daughter had an updated prescription and asked if we wanted to use that prescription or get a new one. They saved us $49 and time. My daughter found frames she liked for $9. Her glasses came up to $47 including tax. My son needed a new prescription, so his spectacles exam was $49. Because he had trouble with light, we got Transitions lessons as recommended by the doctor. Without Transitions, his glasses would've been about $50. With Transitions, $100. This included a 20% discount because we were purchasing 2 pairs of glasses that day. The optometrist was great. She expressed concern about his latent response to the change of light. She thought it might have something to do with his metabolism and absorption. So she said that we needed to go see the doctor to do blood work. We were in and out with our orders by 11:10 am. I took my 2006 RT Dodge Magnum to the service center for a basic oil change and the "technicians" there did not bother to learn, check or even google the proper amount of oil for my car. My 5.7 hemi was destroyed by their lack of knowledge at this service center. 5qts of oil in a car needing 7qts of oil led to a disastrous and almost fatal outcome since I was on the 101 hwy when my engine destroyed itself... I filed a claim after having my engine completely rebuilt and I was told by the large corporations claims company that they were not responsible when any fully certified mechanic would know that they were completely responsible. Even the claims specialist was unaware of the multiple engine types in my Dodge and tried to correct me on the proper amount of oil for a 5.7 hemi. Went to this Walmart to get oil changed and pick up a few things. All of a sudden I get a call that they can't complete my oil change because they don't have enough oil! I gave them permission to complete the oil change with the at least 5 quarts that they did have and I'd purchase the other .3 quarts and fill the car myself. Nope, that's a liability. BUT IM GIVING YOU PERMISSION!! JUST DO IT!!! Well, needless to say I still don't have an oil change and I won't be back to this Walmart to get one!! read more

This is what a store looks like when the general manager gives up. In January 2022 i complained to the corporate office about how disgustingly dirty this store was. The store manager claimed it was because of them being short staffed which they fixed. I stopped buying groceries because I was concerned about food poisoning. In March 2022 I went to pick a couple things up. That's when I saw the salad dressing dated from 2020 and 2021. I literally gave it to an associate and let them know. A week later I went back and it was put back on the shelf. I took it to a manager. Today (July 2022) I went back to pick a few things up in the men's department and saw it looked the way it did in January. What I saw was unshoppable. I don't know how many weeks have passed since somebody cleaned up the apparel department. I don't know if any employees have walked through that mess. The managers have given up. I'm sure the general manager will blame it on the employees again but it doesn't take much to grab a cart and pick the crap up. Our community deserves better than this - they need new leadership. While I was thee I saw somebody loading up health and beauty items into a backpack. I told an employee but they didn't alert anyone. It's amazing how poor leadership filters down. This location is very unsafe during the daytime but especially during night time in the parking lot. During the daytime, people who are poor hang around in the parking lot asking people for money ALL the time. At night time, poor people will go around asking for money and my partner said there's a guy who goes up to customers and asks them if they want their car windows to be cleaned but he also said the guy was being really pushy or persistent. I don't know if this place has security but they really need a security guard to patrol the parking lot. read more

It's suppose to be a 24 hour Walmart. With some of its departments closed... Yet another 24 hour Walmart that is 20 minutes more further than this place has EVERY single department open. When I asked to speak with a supervisor the employee was rude. It looks like he was offended to even ask for one. When the supervisor came to us (at the jewelry section, we asked to get a necklace and she said that couldn't happen because the keys were in the safe and couldn't be open until 7 am. I am pretty damn sure anyone on salary bases has access to that safe and when I mentioned "isn't it about the customer..." She stated "yeah, but not all the time..... If I do it for you I have to do it for everyone else." What the eff is that? This is suppose to be a supervisor. At the end she made me walk away feeling belittled and degraded. Update** I went back to get the necklace. There were another 2 customers there as well. I wait 30 minutes to get the damn necklace. For the first 15 minutes I was getting impatient, and I asked another associate to assist me, after a little going back and forth she got the necklace from the glass case. Then she sets it aside at the register and says "she will check you out when she's done" and leaves. I waited another 15 minutes just to pay for the item. I under policy but this is just ridiculous even will trying to get another associate to help you. Trying to get ahold of management even on the phone is like trying to call IRS. This place deserves absolutely 0 stars. Hence I've been coming to this Walmart since it opened and it's been great! but these last couple of months have been ridiculous. What is there to say about Wal Mart that hasn't been said! They have just about everything you need. Seems like it's always busy with long lines. They at times make you check yourself out. They have like 20 some lanes that a person can check you out but only have one or two are open even at Christmas it's like that. Why have that many lanes if your only going to open one or two? They have like 20 lanes to check yourself out and they are almost all open. They make you pay the same price if you check yourself out compared to someone checking you out. Your not on the payroll they are not paying you. I feel if you check yourself out you should get some kind of discount. Customer service is none existance. I asked for help for items that are stocked on their website and the lady "Maria" in the entertainment area don't give a crap about what I just said. She didn't want to even try to go check what's in the stock at the back. I have gone to 10 walmart to buy some items. This is the worst place I have been ti. Another lady is just standing there, when approach she don't even know where the ipads are- which is 1 aisle away from her when I asked around. I dont get it, some of this people are just here to stand around and do nothing? What a waste. This store is terrible. I ordered groceries for pick up between the hours of 4-5. I arrived a little before 5. All -0 spots were full of cars and 3 young men working. 5 o'clock must of been the time they got off. As I waited 30 minutes for service. i Was so crisp until I noticed only one employee working. I then called to speak with a manger. I've been on hold for 26 minutes now. As a manger it's abuse to have one person working that hard. And 2 to not pick up phone when a person calls to complain about that very thing. As management staff you should jump in if your short staffed. The store always looks dirty. It seems like everytime I go there is someone outside trying to sale or needs donations (not that I am not for giving) it takes away from shopping. It seems like there are never enough cashiers. What is the point in having all the lanes if there are only 2 open. I love how the store workers have side conversations and text on their phones. The floors usually are sticky and dirty. The workers some you can tell hate their job and are waiting for lunch or to get off. I love this Walmart. I live in tolleson so that should tell you I prefer this Walmart over my nearest neighborhood Walmart.
