Also, I use their drive-thru pharmacy which I love because you can handle everything online or through your phone application and set up auto refills. Super convenient. Additionally, anytime you use the pharmacy you get 500 points on your rewards card. Their program is pretty nice, everything in the store has different points and the account is easy to manage. They always have some promotions going on. From now until march every beauty product you buy is 50 points on your rewards card. 1000 points=$1 and so on and so forth.

I think they do that because now you don't have the option to do curbside or drive through. You basically have to go in and talk to someone at the Photo counter to dispute that the order hasn't actually been picked up. This location isn't too far from my house, but it is sooooo inconvenient compared to the other 6 or so locations that I visit. I only order here when I have to (item not in stock at other locations). I'll still do it to support Walgreens as a whole, but this location has a very painful process. Sidenote, the last time I was there I stood behind a lady who had already been waiting at the photo counter for about 10 mins for her pictures. She said some guy had told her he'd be back with help, but we saw him walk by twice with no help and didn't confirm with her every time he passed by that someone would be coming. I finally pushed the "help @ photo counter" button because she was too nice to do it.

I do get and then I don't. I feel some what bad for the employees in some sense as they have always been helpful at least when I needed their assistance. Plus the online ordering has completely changed everything and items that are now two or three times what they used to be. To be honest I pretty much pick up my prescriptions at their drive through and that's about it. I know CVS was bought out and the employees have no control over that. This is a big reason why some stores close and we are left to shop online. I'm only giving the store four stars only because of the employees and because of the store.

I have irrigated them after surgeries, irrigated infection out, publicly irrigsted my sinuses in firecl camps to remove dirt and smoke. My Water Pik kit is my tool. Melrose ordered me a nose and ear aspirator bulb. When I picked it up, Alcolol was mentioned. A mix of salt and baking soda in sterile water is the standard mix for sinus irrigation. Alkolol adds eucalytus menthol and other essential herb extract. I was in ill health, sinus infection, when I made this purchase. I used it to recover, then took only a 250 ml squeeze bottle 50/50, Alkolol and sterile water. Using that on a one-week trip, I left my water pik kit behind. Worked wonderfully. During 28 years of sinus irrigation, I never heard about Alkolol. Until I teturned my business to a small family-owned oharmacy. I add a photo of a NeilMed Neti Pot to show how one might get this liquid in and out of one's sinuses. Do not be like me, learning to irrigate my completely blocked sinuses breathing hot shower water. That puts unwanted living things into a dark, warm, moist environment - a luving Petri dish.

I have actually had all of my regular (non-compound) prescriptions transferred from one of the big box pharmacies. While they don't have the ability to order online like the competitors, they are a small business that I feel good supporting. The staff is friendly and professional.
