I do get and then I don't. I feel some what bad for the employees in some sense as they have always been helpful at least when I needed their assistance. Plus the online ordering has completely changed everything and items that are now two or three times what they used to be. To be honest I pretty much pick up my prescriptions at their drive through and that's about it. I know CVS was bought out and the employees have no control over that. This is a big reason why some stores close and we are left to shop online. I'm only giving the store four stars only because of the employees and because of the store.

We responded, "Oh, then why are you over here?" because obviously we understand that employees aren't supposed to work off the clock. Instead of simply explaining that her coworkers were busy, she gave us a rude response and said, "Because my coworkers are busy!" We completely understand that employees can't work off the clock, and we were more than willing to wait for someone who was available. There was absolutely no reason for her to be rude or speak to us that way. Customer service is about being respectful, even when you're unable to assist someone.

And...Our familiar faces from Fairmont found a new home. This is outstanding. I do not want thousands of small, independant, cool local pharmacies, family businesses, to be crushed by unbridled capitalism. Capitalism needs a bridle, starting with taxing obscene profits, like the $30,000,000 A MINUTE! being made by Immense Oil as the Strait of Hormuz is shut down and our President keeps his campaigning promise to deliver $100,000,000,000 if The Industry supported his re-election with $1,000,000,000.
