Not impressed! First of all my liquid contains chicken and my instructions said nothing about refrigeration. So I call and speak with tech who couldn't answer why it didn't require refrigeration but said "sure, go ahead and refrigerate". Don't think he really knew. More frustrating is the dosage is .65 ml. They give me a 5 ml dropper. I haven't a clue where that is on this mega-size dropper. At least my vet has a line indicated on the dropper. Not impressed. read more

They do not stand behind their products such as ProdiaMAX Lean Spark. Our Doctor says the product ingredients are used by diabetic patients but this product is sold by you for weight management per your information. it does not work and had negative side effects. read more

I am female, 73 yrs. old and have utilized this compounding pharmacy via my Gyn. for never ending hot flashes since surgical menopause was induced at an early age. I needed a fill of the product and was promptly advised via text the "pharmacy" now required payment up front, with no amt provided me!! I then called them and stated I do not pay for services I have not rec'd.!! The "gentleman" & I use that term lightly. Was rude and un-professional. I don't have the time to deal with this behavior. Be careful of this practice. I was a Supervisor in the Medical Ins. Industry for 35 yrs. and was always considerate, helpful to our clients. I've only met the doctor once and he was very nice. Went over everything in detail and gave me copy of his book. My issue is with his staff. They are very unfriendly and lacking in customer service. Plus now they are requiring a prepay before filling a refill. Which wouldn't be a huge deal if I could do it online or through an automated system but I have to actually speak with someone every single time. I'm glad I moved to PharmaProdia. They fill the prescription about four days faster (1-2 instead if 6-8) than the one we were using. Their prices are very competitive. Dr. Nkwenti is very passionate about his profession (and a nice man), and suggests how compounding prescriptions can help you. Make an appointment with him, he will make his suggestion and work with your physician to get the prescription. Best thing is, compounding prescriptions may replace many big pharma brands with less preservatives and other components in them. read more

My hormones prescriptions dispensers are defective and dose inconsistently. I have emailed and called the pharmacy about how to handle this problem. Not once have they responded, not an email or phone call. The cost was $275 and now I'm going to have to throw them away and buy from a better pharmacy. I highly recommend that you Do Not use their clicker dispenser. Go to a pharmacy that will put the prescription in a syringe so you can dispense an exact amount each day. read more

I don't know if I caught the pharmacist on a bad day or what because every one says he's so kind and takes the time to break down and explain everything to customers. Because that is NOT what I experienced. I called to check on my prescription and I had questions about the amounts in my compound hormones and I was berated by him. He kept telling me to call my doctor but my doctors office said to call him as he is the one who looks at my bloodwork and determines the amounts. He kept cutting me off and making generic statements like we want optimal ranges and I kept asking what is optimal compared to my current amounts based on my blood work. I tried to address how he was talking to me and I didn't appreciate it because I just had questions and he's the professional. He then started quizzing me about what I knew about hormones and if I knew my ranges why was I asking him... it ended with him telling me that he's done with me and hung up on me. I was in tears, called my doctors office and told them what happened and they apologized and called to get the answers to my questions for me as I did not want to deal with him again. Hoping it was just a bad day.... But it was not a good experience at all. read more

I contacted this compounding pharmacy to refill a prescription. It was a bit difficult to get it switched over, I had to call them 3-4 times. But I got it filled and I appreciated that they gave it to me for the same price as my previous compounding pharmacy. I'll be back, and maybe then I'll give 5 stars. read more

I had issues a month or so ago with the pharmacist. Very rude when I questioned him as to why now I have to pay for my prescription before picking up by credit card. I dont use them! I pay cash. Nope, no longer an option. He told me he has 5,000 people that order and then (some,many as he admonished me in a phone call and texts after I posted this)don't pay. (certainly not my issue ) Decided I would go ahead and continue to order from them. Placed my order thru their ordering system at 10:27am February 19th. System told me my prescription was ready. I still waited until today. February 26th at 3:15pm. I was told that they had some issue with their automated system and it wasn't ready and to come back tomorrow. HIGHLY Irritated. It's not like I live five minutes away. I live 30 minutes away, so an hour of my time (which is JUST as valuable as the pharmacists) so now have to go back tomorrow when I am trying to leave town. This will be my last refill. Never again from here.**edit** pharmacist lacks customer service skills, when he saw my post, he texted me and then we had a conversation where I ended up hanging up as he did not want to hear anything I had to say, no understanding that the order was placed six days previous, no apology for my hour drive. I've relocated to AZ in February and moved to Surprise in June. I had a compounded cream prescription from my previous doctor in CA and needed a refill. When I saw my new doctor and asked her about if she had a compounding pharmacy she sent patients to, she looked like a deer in the headlights. Sad to say she didn't know anything about it. I didn't want to take synthetic hormones and compounded hormones are better for you, plus they're made specific to your needs. So I gave her my prescription to show her my dose and she called it in to Richard, but only after I found his pharmacy on Google. I called him and got some information and he was so helpful and knowledgeable! He's also highly educated and offers a variety of products for a lot of uses. When I picked up my Rx, we got to talking about his treatment for neuropathy pain which my husband has. He gave me the info to share with our doctor at our next visit. If you're looking to get away from the "one size fits all" way of taking medication, stop by his pharmacy and chat. You won't regret it. read more
