Do yourself and your family a favor find another pharmacy. The customer service is terrible and many of the workers have poor attitudes. If you call them they will hang up on you and if you wait for them to pick up they will hang up on you and will never answer. I was trying to get a refill they said was delayed and found out is was never ordered. I ended up driving out of the area to find someone that was willing to help. If you're traveling or need anything don't come to this Walgreens. The techs are rude. Ruder than any pharmacy I've been to. They all clearly hate their jobs and it shows. I'm visiting from out of town and got a respiratory infection. I had an urgent care send a prescription over. I called the pharmacy to make sure everything was set. They said yes come in at 2:15 (this was at noon I called). I waited 25 minutes in the pharmacy line and got to the counter around 2:38. They then said 15-30 minutes. So I said no problem I'll walk around. I went back after 30 minutes they said it's going to be another 30 minutes to an hour "because they're busy". Honestly I get being busy but what I don't appreciate is the wrong information being given multiple times. Don't say it's going to be 2:15 and then in reality it's 4:15. Just say it's 4:15. I would have gone back to where we are staying to rest but because of the false hope I stuck around. Now im honestly feeling worse and it could have been avoided if your staff actually gave a crap about the customer and just honestly answered. While I have been sitting here I've heard multiple people come up with the same issue of being told one thing and then it turns out it's another. They all said the same thing it's ridiculous just tell the truth don't give false hope. Also Sarah specifically needs to be called out on her bad attitude. She rolled her eyes, ignored people, walked away when customers were mid sentence, walked around all huffy. She was all around just not nice. read more

Went in this morning to drop off a FedEx package. A brunette lady wearing a diversity shirt asked me what I needed. Politely said I was just dropping off a package. She responded with "Of course your are" under her breath. Snapped at me for my phone number for text updates. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you also need a medication to save your life, I beg you to NOT EVER have it sent to this pharmacy. The pharmacist there has gone back and forth with my insurance and the ER who prescribed me the medication and still will not give it to me without me paying $300. My insurance said it doesn't make any sense, as everything was covered on their end. The ER sent a new prescription to a completely different pharmacy. Where do you start? The fact I turned in my prescriptions 1 week ahead? That they told me they will be ready the next morning for pickup? Or how about that I go to pick up my prescriptions and they say they are running a little late? The best part is I get there and they tell me the prescriptions won't be ready for another three days. I told them I need the prescriptions because I am completely out at this point and cannot wait the extra few days because these aren't for recreation I need them, there response? I will never be visiting this Walgreens again after today.. it's sad that the cosmetics counter lady can 'greet' everyone else coming in the store but not a word to me and I said good morning as I walked in the store... I have been going to this pharmacy for years. They try their hardest to help you if something isn't in stock there or if I have an emergency prescription for my one year old. The people at the front counter and photo are friendly and helpful also. The pharmacy has come a long way over the years. I left a lackluster review 6 years ago. The effort is there and most days you get great service there. They normally have what I need in stock and have consistently good customer service. read more

The slowest Rx line and wait for a prescription to be filled ever. Doc sent rx over on Wed and I got 4 different answers when I called. "Med's not in stock, have ordered, should be here at x date and time for pick up". Husband waits in line for over 25 mins, meds are NOT in. When you call in phone system hangs up on you. When asking for the pharmacist system hangs up. 6 days later they say "still working on it". 20 mins later I get a text that it's in! When I asked for it to be sent to another pharmacy to fill I'm told "we have it in stock and will fill right away".....NEVER going to this pharmacy again. They don't know what the heck they are doing and the lines are too long for pick up, both at the drive through or in the store. Today I got a receipt and went to fill out the survey online. It tells me the Survey # isn't valid..........sigh, par for the course! NO option for self check out for retail items either. read more

I am so happy to find the store conveniently located near my new home. The pharmacy crew has been great about helping me with moving Rxs from other locations. The two lane Pharmacy drive through moves quickly unless people are getting Covid-19 tests in the inside lane. I haven't done much general shopping so can't speak to the checkout staff. Worst pharmacy ever. The main Pharmacist is never there to work normal operating hours. They close early all the time because there is no pharmacist on duty, you cant go by their regular hours online. The pharmacy techs always have a rude attitude and not willing to help. Today i just got out of surgery and we called ahead to make sure my pain meds would be available before they take a lunch break and they said yes. We drove 30 min and got there before lunch break and then they didn't have them ready and refused to fill them before lunch break. We left and 2 min later we get a text they are ready but have to wait an hour for lunch break to pick them up. Ive used this pharmacy for 12 years and ive had enough, switching everything to Safeway on Bell across the street as they ALWAYS go the extra mile and have my meds ready on time every time. They are also EXTREMELY nice. Walgreens has became the worst pharmacy out there and they could care less about your health. read more

I had the weirdest experience here with the staff... first out of 4 staff members behind the desk no one acknowledged me standing waiting for someone to help me for a good 5 minutes. Very awkward and rude. When someone finally did instead of coming over to speak with me she picked up the overhead phone and called someone else to help me, another staff member comes up and asks how she can help me I ask her my question then she informs me they close in a few minutes for lunch - no problem I can come back but when I asked her to just see how much something would be with my insurance before I came back she just stared at me and said "you can call your insurance and ask" ........ uhhh okay? Why would I do that when you could look it up in 1 minute and let me know you dumb twat. Also it was a Sunday so no one can take my call for that which she should probably already know seeing as she works in a pharmacy and works with insurance questions every day. It was so rude, and weird. Went to a different pharmacy and it took them all of 1 minute to verify the same thing I had asked her. I understand being busy, but common courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum a customer receives when coming to an establishment. read more

Three times in the past two months I've gotten messages to pick up prescriptions only to arrive and find the pharmacy is closed as they have no pharmacist. They don't answer the phone - on hold for hours AND they run out of meds that are refills and you have to wait for a week or more. I went in last Friday for a meeting they could only fill half of two weeks ago and they went on and on about how they were 200 prescriptions behind and I'd get a call later that day/ it's three days later and I'm still waiting. I went there yesterday for my flu shot. The tall, short haired, older lady with glasses around 8:15 pm was there to give me my shot. She seemed rude and unhappy, I told her hi and no response, she didn't talk to me once and whenever I said something she stayed quite, after she gave me my flu shot she didn't even put the bandaid on the place where my shot was. I was prescribed zofran for extreme vomiting and I tried for 5 hours to call and see if my prescription is ready they put me on hold 3 different times for over an hour. They don't care about their customers and have no respect for the sick. If you need your script that day or the next do not use this pharmacy. They also will not allow you to call and ask if they have Covid tests they would rather u come in with your sick self just so they can tell you they are all out. I came in today to get cleaning supplies and shampoo. Right away I was irritated because I picked up a cleaning bottle of 409 and it leaked all over my clothes Because there was apparently a crack on the bottom. Thank goodness it had no bleach. Shampoo is always a bit overpriced, but I like Walgreens because I can usually be in and out faster than the grocery store. None of the employees are very friendly here and nothing stands out to me. read more

I'm not usually a Walgreens fan, but this location has improved my opinion of the company as a whole! The front cashier is always nice and friendly, the clinic physician is always caring, and the pharmacists are usually quick and compassionate (after my c-section they even expedited my painkiller prescription). Once, the photo center made some big errors on an order, but to rectify it they offered a serious discount on top of correcting the error. I recommend this location! read more

The store itself is great. The pharmacist not so much. She is condescending and is not current with vaccine research regarding pregnancy. On more than a few occasions she is working the drivethru and will automatically use the card on file without asking (never gave them permission to store my card info btw). We come here a lot to develop our pictures, and during holiday seasons when they have their seasonal sales. They do tend to be on the more expensive side, but that is expected.
