I was 4th in line to check out and he was still checking out the person when I walked in a few minutes earlier. Meanwhile the line grew and grew. No sense of urgency. He couldn't give a care less. He managed to start checking out one other person before I gave up. Cigarettes order. And that clerk took his sweet as time. Clerk was the epitome of the stereotype about Gen z. By the time I left there were 8 other people Behind me. As if he gave a single care. This store is the worst circle k I've ever been to. But. This is surprise so. No real surprise there.

Just wanted a simple and cheap lunch so I went to use the QT app for a hot and ready sausage…read morebiscuit and the small QT drink. It was a deal on the app for 2.99 vs paying the normal $7.50 or so for what it would be without the deal. Thought it was a great deal so I grabbed that off the rack right under their deals displayed above on the tv, the hot and ready to go foods and made the sandwich all up with jalapeños and onions etc.... I was also going to grab the other deal they had for buy one get one free for the chicken Parmesan Chicken sticks and I'm glad I didn't because they would have had to be wasted and thrown into the trash with the sandwich and drink because when I got up there to the front I was told "umm, the thing is.... This has cheese on it..." (the sandwich I'm guessing) "so I can't give you that deal" I had no idea how they made the sandwiches I just grabbed on of many. I said "aren't they all that way??" As I walked over to check, and they are all that way the way they make them so I guess you have to make a request for one to be made from scratch and ask them to NOT put cheese on it and then wait however long for it to then be cooked in order to get the deal... how crazy is that and what a huge waste of food that is when I see people walk in there, quite literally every single day, that grab handfuls of the hot and ready food and just walk right out with nothing said to them! (Homeless or drug addicts I suppose) but still for that to be an issue for something having cheese on it, to be a deal breaker. I didn't know they make all of them that way I just grabbed a biscuit! Idk it's just crazy to me how some people's minds operate and maybe they think I'm the unreasonable one, I don't know but my logic tells me that cheese is the least of my concern in this situation and that I'm not gonna pay over double the price for something because a slice of cheese. Never have had a problem with QT until this one store #410 and it sucks because our new office is opening up soon right next to this place..... hope others don't have to waste food like that...

He owned the convenience store next door, Ram's Market. We decided to browse his market and I found they sold Lahmajoon pizzas in their freezer section. I've had one of the best Lahmajoon when I lived in California and haven't found one that matched it. Well I have to say, I found it! It's so delicious! My whole family devoured it. We'll definitely grab some more next time. Try it if you're shopping there or just go cause the owner is super friendly and nice.

It told me that not only were my prescriptions ready, but that the pharmacy was currently open and open until 6pm tonight. Of course, when my wife pulled up, there was a written note on the window saying "Pharmacy is closed @ 1:30pm (it was 2:30 when she got there, so lunch was definitely over) The register staff just said "the automated times aren't official". What a joke. Why have the automated times at all? Why have an automated phone system if it gives incorrect information? I'd rather speak to a human that could've told me this hours ago instead of wasting our time like that.

I rang the bell for assistance, which didn't work--something the employees were apparently aware of but never addressed. Even though staff saw me standing there, no one came over to help. One employee was chatting with another while checking out customers but still didn't acknowledge me. I eventually had to walk over, wait in line, and ask if someone could assist me or if I was supposed to help myself. Only then was I told, somewhat rudely, that the bell was broken. This kind of service is unacceptable--customers should not have to chase down help, especially when the staff can clearly see someone is waiting. A little courtesy and attention would go a long way.
