Second visit. This time we dined in. Ms. Georgia greeted us before we were fully in the door. She is super friendly and observant based on the fact that she noted my glass with water in my arm. The dining area was full but we found a table away on the opposite side from the entrance. A manager came around to acknowledge us then, an assistant manager, Nate, brought our food. He gave us each a card to redeem a dessert because of how long it took. We didn't find the wait long but that was a nice gesture. We both ordered the 3-piece Atlantic Cod Dinner with fries and coleslaw. It comes with a roll. The roll was hard and not appetizing. The fish and fries were hot and tasty will a sprinkle of salt on the fish. The coleslaw was delicious and there's not many places where I order the coleslaw. Georgia has to be the kindest human I've ever met. My little wanted to play and talk while we had a growing line behind us. Georgia was able to gracefully transition him from talking with her to moving us through to help other guests all while smiling and you just don't find a gem like her everyday. We need a cloning machine to make a million of her. Side note, the food was fantastic too but Georgia really turned our 'fast food' into friendly food. Worst Culver's location. Was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait for two mini mixers. Watched two workers goofing around in the parking lot, then the two cars who ordered behind with both food and six mixers total for the one car alone were served before us. Then all of the cars that came after were served before us. Absolutely no reason for the 30 minute wait for two mini mixers. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back. Especially at the price we paid. If the night staff was attentive and paying attention, this likely wouldn't be an issue as they would be on top of the orders. I ended up going into the store and waited at the counter for a few minutes before being helped. Didn't get a "be right with you" or any sort of acknowledgement, even with four people standing in front and over a dozen in the back. Finally got some one from the back to come help and was then handed two melted mixers that had been sitting the whole time we were waiting. No one checked up on us to see what was happening or made any gesture to provide even the most minimal amount of basic customer service. I was not offered a remake or any compensation besides some coupons for the next visit, but declined because I won't be coming back. This was my first time going to any Culver's and will be my last. I hope this issue can be resolved and staff can receive proper training and procedure to ensure no future guests have to experience the same thing. Another fantastic drive thru visit. This time the pork cutlet sandwich which to my understanding comes plain. I add lettuce, tomato pickles and mayo. I made this a meal w a Coke and fries. The fries were hot and lightly salted but could've been a bit more crisp. The sandwich was crispy and hot but all of the toppings seemed to be literally on one side of the patty. I haven't had Culver's in a while so I wanted to eat here for lunch. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. There is plenty of parking in the front and they have a big menu of burgers, chicken sandwiches, seafood and desserts. We got the Culver's deluxe burger ($12.59) and the spicy chicken sandwich ($11.29) meal. I like how they give you crinkle cut fries which my boyfriend liked. We replaced my fries with the cheese curds. The cheese curds were delicious. It tasted like a mozzarella sticks but each cheese curd had different types of cheese such as white or cheddar cheese. But the spicy chicken sandwich was actually pretty spicy but the spicy wasn't even tasty. I ended up not finishing the rest of it. There's a lot of seating indoor and outdoor. Pretty standard fast food restaurant with a soda fountain. I like how they serve the food to your table but cashier wasn't really friendly. read more

I had heard good things about this place but it let me down big time. I got my standard fast food meal of chicken strips and fries with a fresh strawberry lemonade. I had to pull aside and wait which I assumed because they were battering and frying my fresh chicken but no, these were small planks of thin lightly breaded chicken which I assume came right out of the freezer. The fries were cold... c'mon for the price of this meal, I deserve better! The lemonade was great, but I would like to point out that this is the only non-dairy option other than soda. Stopped by on my way out of town and did a pick up order. Curbside was fast and friendly! Everything was really delicious and hot! The only thing is I felt like the onion rings were a bit too salty. Awful my husband went through the drive thru (just now) he was given the wrong order, he had to drive back and I'm assuming they remade the original order, they forgot to give him his fries (which luckily he noticed before he left) the roasted garlic pub burger was inedible it was lukewarm (so not remade) and tasked like old grease. We ordered dinner for the first time through the Culver's app for "Curdside" (cute play on words). We ordered three North Atlantic Cod dinners, a 6pc Breaded Jumbo Shrimp, and a Concrete Mixer. First, navigating the app was so simple! Ordering was really easy. We arrived at this location (never having been here before) and it took us a few minutes to located the "Curdside" parking area (east side of the restaurant near the drive thru) as the signage is small. Our dinner was scheduled for Curdside at 4:45pm. While we waited, I ran inside and discovered plenty of seating, lighting was appropriate, and the restrooms were clean! Our food arrived to our car at 4:52pm (not bad) and the food was piping hot! Being only three miles from our home, the food was still nice and warm. Presentation was good and we were so surprised that the quality of food was really delicious (seafood from a fast foos burger establishment). The only "con" about the North Atlantic Cod was the breading on the filets. I can only believe it is better when plated to table. It was a bit soft. Yet, the Cod made ip for it. Our visit to Culver's was disappointing. My husband saw the ad for the fish sandwich on TV and suggested going there for dinner. The counter help was very friendly and efficient. The dining room was nice and clean and the drink station was also clean. But that is all that I can say was good. My husband got the cod fillet sandwich, the fish fillet was good but there was only one small spot of tartar sauce on the sandwich so it was dry and was lacking flavor. I got the grilled chicken sandwich which was very disappointing as it was a very unappealing color ( beige) that looked like it was heated up on the flat grill with absolutely no seasoning it tasted absolutely flavorless. It came with lettuce, tomato and pickles ( well really only one small pickle chip). Very disappointing as it looked so good on TV. And for that we paid $23 read more

I went through the drive through last week and ordered a burger. I paid, they put the number on my side view mirror and was told to pull around and wait. I waited 20 minutes and finally called inside to ask where my burger was. It sounded like a manager who answered the phone so I explained the situation. She said she'd send it right out along with some coupons. I hung up and waited for another couple of minutes until someone came out with my lukewarm burger and not one coupon. It wasn't even super busy at the time I was there. There was one car ahead of me and who knows how long he had been waiting! I've been a fan of Culver's but not anymore after that experience. I want to give a shout out to Paul and his amazing crew!! My daughter has recently developed several allergies but still wants to enjoy a cheeseburgerfrom time to time and this location partically has gone above and beyond. They have even looked at boxes to double check and more. For example today, we had more doctors appointments and she wanted a treat. We mention her allergies as we always do and this particular gentleman recommended the lemon ice since cant have the ice cream. He went double checked saw it didnt contain her allergy and the crew cheered. Have been to culvers multiple times for their custard treats, but this is the first time for ordering a hamburger. I was told it was better than In-n-Out, and that assessment couldn't be further from the truth. Ordered the deluxe cheeseburger with bacon. First, the burger was lukewarm, so that the cheese didn't even melt. Onion was over powering, the veggies were so-so and the patty itself must have been pre-cooked or sitting in a warmer...(it wasn't fresh cooked). The entire burger lacked flavor (save for the mustard I added) and quite honestly, it wasn't worth the price. Just didn't cut it. The onion rings were the bright spot and they did not disappoint. Crispy and flavorful, served hot (not sure what happened to the burger). Will return for the custard, and possibly onion rings, but In-n-Out wins this burger battle battle hands down. read more

On this day; we went to this location on Fri Feb 3rd after 4:30p; they were extremely busy. We placed our order, got our drink & number to wait for our order to be ready. We noticed they make ice cream & or concrete orders 1st while you are still waiting on your food. Our suggestion would be to please make all ice cream orders once food orders are complete to avoid your desserts from melting. After we got home we noticed our fries were in over cooked & some were burnt as well. We were disappointed because we enjoy all their food & anyone packing orders should not place overcook fries in a customer's bag. A tip please check your food before leaving especially your fries. Unfortunately, the customer service isn't always up so far, especially when I go in there for a DoorDash is. They are very aggressive about you confirming the order on your app before they even show you the food or allow you to actually confirm that it's all there or confirm that it's even the right name. They're just not polite about it. I won't be taking orders from here anymore and because of this experience, I won't even really go here anymore because honestly, there's plenty of burger places around and about customer service if you're not polite I won't eat there. As far as their food, the burgers are pretty good and the french fries are OK if they're not undercooked which happens often. Edit, I'm back to bring the stars from three down to one because I was just in there and treated more rude than I probably ever been treated at a place and I can't believe the way the manager Lady was talking down to me.
