It was a deal on the app for 2.99 vs paying the normal $7.50 or so for what it would be without the deal. Thought it was a great deal so I grabbed that off the rack right under their deals displayed above on the tv, the hot and ready to go foods and made the sandwich all up with jalapeños and onions etc.... I was also going to grab the other deal they had for buy one get one free for the chicken Parmesan Chicken sticks and I'm glad I didn't because they would have had to be wasted and thrown into the trash with the sandwich and drink because when I got up there to the front I was told "umm, the thing is.... This has cheese on it..." (the sandwich I'm guessing) "so I can't give you that deal" I had no idea how they made the sandwiches I just grabbed on of many. I said "aren't they all that way??" As I walked over to check, and they are all that way the way they make them so I guess you have to make a request for one to be made from scratch and ask them to NOT put cheese on it and then wait however long for it to then be cooked in order to get the deal... how crazy is that and what a huge waste of food that is when I see people walk in there, quite literally every single day, that grab handfuls of the hot and ready food and just walk right out with nothing said to them! (Homeless or drug addicts I suppose) but still for that to be an issue for something having cheese on it, to be a deal breaker. I didn't know they make all of them that way I just grabbed a biscuit! Idk it's just crazy to me how some people's minds operate and maybe they think I'm the unreasonable one, I don't know but my logic tells me that cheese is the least of my concern in this situation and that I'm not gonna pay over double the price for something because a slice of cheese. Never have had a problem with QT until this one store #410 and it sucks because our new office is opening up soon right next to this place..... hope others don't have to waste food like that...

The young man at the counter basically yelled at me that $50 was the limit, and he proceeded to act so rude to me, I even offered him a $10 tip, as an apology, which he shoved back at me. I feel that he was racially profiling me. He was a young black man, and I am a 60 year old white woman. I think the managers of this property need to hire employees that respect everyone, not just a limited type of people.

I rang the bell for assistance, which didn't work--something the employees were apparently aware of but never addressed. Even though staff saw me standing there, no one came over to help. One employee was chatting with another while checking out customers but still didn't acknowledge me. I eventually had to walk over, wait in line, and ask if someone could assist me or if I was supposed to help myself. Only then was I told, somewhat rudely, that the bell was broken. This kind of service is unacceptable--customers should not have to chase down help, especially when the staff can clearly see someone is waiting. A little courtesy and attention would go a long way.

We encountered (2) employees first thing with rejection. My husband was not wearing the right color! I said please show me where it says dark color shirt is the wrong color, or too dark. FYI that is completely incorrect because we spoke to the passport office that day and they said the only color shirt is not recommended is white. Facts incorrect. These two woman know who you are, bottom line was they did not want to work. And certainly she did not want to take our photos. Here is another bid bit on the photos they were incorrectly done they were not centered either. They have a chart there and they were rejected costing us additional money to redo. They empathetic about out situation and sent us to another CVS close to the passport office and got them to fix them. They get the bad photos from that store on Cotton Ln all the time they said.
