They recommended a plumber who delivered a scenario (verbally) that was out of sight (financially) and not in the least practical. I then contacted AmeriGas and spent nearly four hours on the phone attempting to get an appointment. This increased to over five hours over the next ten days and I never did get anyone out to the house. Finally, I called Pacific Coast Propane and talked with Tina, appointment set, the next day Joaquín the technician was there early, diagnosed the problem and explained the possible solutions. The fix was agreed on and several days later he was here, fixed the problem which required moving the tank. Several days later Aaron called to let me know he was enroute to fill the tank. Five minutes later he was there and did his thing, Now, why am I responding to this contact? Peoria Az. may be many things, but good timely service is not one of them. Tina , Joaquin and Aaron are three exceptional employees, They were courteous, polite, friendly, open when describing the concerns I had and the various methods of fixing the problem. In these days of the SCAM it almost sounded to good to be true. These three individuals in every way are outstanding representatives of your company. They are obviously members of a close team that knows how to treat potential and now permanent customers. OH! AmeriGas? The day after Aaron filled the tank I received a phone message to call about an appointment, only took them three weeks!

Attempts to be reimbursed for this mistake have hit nothing but dead ends. The manager quickly dismissed me saying it was a Chevron Corporate problem. Discussions with Chevron Corporate (although initially promising) have proved fruitless as well. I've never dealt with a business that seems so uninterested in fixing a problem they created. Evidently greed is more important in their eyes than good customer service.

They really think a lot of him. He would be in the next morning. I couldn't help but sing the beginning melody of the Frozen song while pointing out the snowflakes to him the next day. They didn't get a Christmas decorating budget so he made them to be festive. He kindly made a couple for us with some supplies I provided. So sweet. Our Christmas is extra special this year because of Paul and so is their convenient store. He really makes this location shine in many ways. He said it's all one piece that doesn't come apart. I pointed to the bolt in the back where the lid comes off. So it does come apart, Jack. Well the lid can't be ordered how can you possibly know that that lid cannot be ordered separately when you didn't think that you even carried that brand. Clearly he was lying just to get me to go away to not bother him on a Sunday morning.

Everything was confirmed, got a great deal online with the mileage. Got the keys to a nearly brand new full size truck with a hitch. Exactly what we needed for a good price. You upload photos once you get the keys, to highlight the condition of the vehicle before you leave the lot. We bought the insurance. You can never really have too much insurance. Besides, it is peace of mind. We had an issue after hooking up our own trailer, brought it in and it turned out to be the wiring on our own trailer. They quickly helped us, that was great.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent trailer rental and the way the…read moresituation was handled. The trailer ramp was clearly unsafe. The spring tension was extremely stiff, requiring two people to lower it, and even then it would aggressively fly back up. When I lowered the ramp to load my toolbox, it suddenly slammed upward and struck me directly in the jaw. Had my coworker not been there to catch me and assist me, the situation could have been much worse. What disappointed me even more was the response when I returned the trailer and reported what had happened. Rather than showing concern for my well-being or acknowledging the seriousness of the safety issue, the focus seemed to be on collecting payment and completing the transaction. As a long-time customer, I found that response unacceptable. I have rented trailers and moving trucks from U-Haul for approximately seven years and have always trusted your equipment to be safe and properly maintained. This experience has seriously damaged that trust. No customer should have to worry about being injured by faulty equipment, and no customer who reports an injury should feel as though their concerns are being dismissed. I was told the trailer would be sent for repairs, which only reinforces my concern that there was a problem with the equipment. What concerns me most is what could have happened if someone else had rented that trailer. If the ramp had struck an elderly customer, a child, or someone standing in a slightly different position, the injury could have been far more serious. A piece of rental equipment should never pose that kind of risk to customers. I am extremely disappointed by both the condition of the trailer and the lack of concern shown after the incident. I hope this matter is taken seriously, reviewed thoroughly, and used as an opportunity to ensure that equipment is properly inspected and maintained so that another customer is not seriously injured in the future.

The tanks and the regulator is your responsibility I understand (soap test) the rest of the infrastructure is MY responsibility. If I need the pipes/stove inside my house to be inspected I would hire a licensed inspector. You don't seem to get that you're using words like "risk" and "safety" to extort $69 from customers when AGAIN, all you need to do is a soap test on the regulator and the tank fittings THAT'S IT, that's all you are liable for in case of an incident, and you know it!!!
