Went to fill propane bottle early 7 am was told they don't do propane till 9am. Which was fine I understand. With working nights have to roll with it. Used to things not operating at the time I am awake. But came back at 3pm. Noticed 3 plus employees before asking about it and was told they can't because of the weather. 70 degrees out and not raining. So will not be coming back. 5 star to Paul the manager. Always showing a great rapport with employees. I usually don't visit inside. I just get gas to take advantage of the Techron fuel and go. Our girls have been losing their teeth, so I have been sneaking in here late at night for toothfairy money. I walked in one night and the whole place was decorated with these giant custom snowflakes. They were beautiful. I asked where they got them and if they were available to purchase. The employees told me that their manager made everyone of them. There was over 40 of them hanging. They really think a lot of him. He would be in the next morning. I couldn't help but sing the beginning melody of the Frozen song while pointing out the snowflakes to him the next day. They didn't get a Christmas decorating budget so he made them to be festive. He kindly made a couple for us with some supplies I provided. So sweet. Our Christmas is extra special this year because of Paul and so is their convenient store. He really makes this location shine in many ways. They are always out cleaning something when I visit to get fuel. read more

So, got gas and went inside to cash in a couple of scratch tickets. Guy cashed them and then...would not sell me more because Quincy was with me and HE is not 21. WTH?!? Sorry, but I don't really care that you've been "having real problems with teenagers sending people in to buy tickets for them..." If you want proof that is not the case here, fine- see same last name & address on driver's licenses?!? 52 years old and I can't buy a damn lottery ticket because my 19 yr. old son happened to come in the store with me?!? Not one of my typical stops, but decided to stop here for gas when I was in the area. It's all you can expect from a gas station, but it's very clean and in a nice part of Surprise. The shopping center here makes it a perfect stop after dinner, grocery shopping or if your too tired from grocery shopping to cook little caesars is also in the same plaza. Gas was a bit pricy, but compared to California who's complaining. read more

A few of the workers here are super nice and friendly but others seem like they couldn't care less about customer service. We frequent this gas station because it's the closest and often time we are crunched for time. I'm not sure who takes inventory but often times they are out of specific items, the soda machine is constantly broken or they're out of a specific soda, certain overstock is kept in the office and some of the workers are too lazy to check and instead tell you they're sold out (when I know for a fact they're not). The soda machine is often extremely dirty and messy. While I understand they can get busy, they seem to be understaffed. When we can spare the extra 20 minutes to make a round trip to QT, we most definitely do. read more

Four Sons Chevron is the closest gas station / market to me and the only one within about a mile and a half. They are a neighborhood market, located on the same block as Marley Park and have marketed themselves as such. It is so disappointing that over the 5 or six hundred times I have been inside to purchase something, there is almost always a line of 6 to 8 people. Nor a big deal if there were more then one cashier working, but, if is true that one cashier is behind the counter. I'm not talking about 3 in the morning, I'm talking about 7 or 8 in the morning or at 9 on a Friday night Its amazing how much traffic this place gets and they skimp on the cashiers. If there is someone else there, they are smoking, in the back doing something or just in the office... no one calls for help. I don't think they pay enough attention to individuals who hang out in the front. I've seen anything from beggars to a person selling watches and others eyeballing cars people just got out of... and they probably think that because it takes so long to buy a candy bar, why not look inside the car, just not a safe place at night after 10 ish. The store is clean, bathrooms are clean and they make sure they keep the shelves full of chips or whatever. Gas prices are always higher then competitors. So I've been here many times, but today, I popped in for hot chocolate. As I was looking around the counter through the MANY choices, I turned the corner to be asked "Would you like a free Iced coffee?" Why, YES! Yes, I would! They had just finished installing an iced coffee maker and wanted a customer to sample it (they made sure I grabbed the large) and showed me where everything was. I've always been impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness at this location. It was not necessary, and they very well could have tried it themselves, but once again, they've done right by the customer...and made my day:) read more

Why do you seem to be going down hill at this Chevron?? The people inside are great ....it's the management that sucks! Fix the receipt dispensers at the pumps. I need the receipt for my business to account for travel time. I don't want to have to come inside the store for a stupid receipt because you have failed to fix the receipt dispensers. I've asked your employees several times and they've even shown me receipt paper is inside the machines at the pump but the dispensers don't work. You've got about 1500 potential customers when the apartment buildings open across the street. It would be a shame to lose them because you won't maintain your equipment. And from the looks of some of your reviews..... you gotta some work to do. FIX THE RECEIPT DISPENSERS! read more

Shitty service 90% of the time . They don't clean. There bathrooms are allways out of paper towel.

Definitely not a fast gas station. However for the most part or any time except for today very nice employees! I believe this girl is new but they aren't giving cash back and she was extremely rude about it. Even you continuing to be rude with a smart comment as I walked out the door! Stopped in to get some snacks on our way to a softball game and spent about 15 bucks. I used my debit card and asked for 40 back because I needed some cash for next day. The attendant started to tell me that I had to notify her prior to getting cash back and proceeded to tell me that I had to inform her that I want cash back due to them having limited cash. For the weekend. If that is true then don't offer cash back and my slices of pizza was nasty maybe I'll be back but I will always get cash back with out notice just to piss you off read more

This place is very poorly ran, it is the only gas station I know that takes an hour to run in for a pack of smokes, bad customer service, out of stock of common items, have had multiple problems. Avoid if you can. read more

So I stopped in for some scratch off lottery tickets to put in a raffle gift for a business partner of mine. I tried to by them with American Express card and it was denied because they said it had to be paid by a debit card. So I asked the cashier if I buy a gift card could I purchase it? She really didn't answer me she just rang up the gift card and I paid for it. Then I proceeded to pay for the lottery tickets with the gift card...DENIED! The employer asked her manager for help. After a while of trying it the manager then said she forgot that gift cards cannot be used towards lottery tickets. Ok so I asked for a refund. I told them I buy lottery tickets at QT on the American Express all the time with no issues. She said well we aren't QT! No kidding!! I didn't appreciate the rudeness! I then said why did you sell the gift card to me when I told you I was going to use it for a gift card?? The employee then blurred out " I thought you knew what you were doing?" Well, like I said earlier I never had this issue at QT and wasn't aware of their policy!! They should have told me this BEFORE I continued to buy the gift card!! So I asked for their corporate phone number and address so I could possibly make a complaint for them to see if I can get a refund. The manager gave me a really hard time with this almost refusing to give me the information. I told her I wasn't leaving without a phone number and that's all I wanted, not a big deal. So finally after some arguing she gave me a number but no address. When I left the store I called the number and it said the number was not in service. So I tried the number a few times thinking maybe I dialed it wrong but again not in service. The staff here need to be more educated on the gift card process obviously. And the manager is flat out rude. I work in customer service for over 20 years and they really need to be trained on it. I stop here a lot for drinks and snacks for my kids but I'll be damn if I ever stop here again. These people don't realize I work for a huge fleet company giving them business on their gas services. They won't be seeing our fleet there anymore. read more

The car wash damaged my RAV4. I felt my car being jerked around during the wash, sure enough it practically tore the rear bumper off. Don't use it!!!!! It will damage your car!!!!! Please go anywhere else. read more

Me and my husband go to this gas station pretty much every morning before work. The morning shift is awesome, they always make sure the store is clean and presentable for customers.
