It wasn't easy for me to find parking, even late at night, but I did find one space nearby. It seemed like about 20-25% of their floorspace is alcohol, but in the rest they have a very wide variety of things, tailored to the local college student population. They have a small selection of fresh produce, they have fresh meats and cheeses, as well as a lot of canned/preserved foods and frozen foods. They also have a small/basic selection of pet supplies and they have kitchen utensils. Overall this seems like a very versatile shop, having just about everything you need, until 2am. The place was clean, well lit, and I was very comfortable shopping late at night. The cashier was polite and friendly, though he didn't offer me a receipt and I didn't notice until later, and I would have liked one. Oh well. I bought a pre-made turkey & cheese croissant sandwich for $7 and it was decent.

While it is a convenient location and the staff and store and gas are just fine, there are a lot of shady things happening in the area, and it is not deemed to be a safe area. There have been a number of shootings near or at the gas station (but again, not the fault of those who work there). While I haven't used most of these, this particular location has gas, an ATM, coffee, froster, roller grill, sloche, hot dogs, Easy Pay, Inner Circle, Amazon Pickup, a Gift Card Mall, and Circle K gift cards. They do not have a public restroom at this location though. Enroll today with Easy Pay (https://www.circlek.com/easy-pay) and save 30 cents off per gallon for the first 100 gallons and 10 cents off per gallon thereafter. You can also join Inner Circle (https://inner-circle.circlek.com) and save 25 cents per gallon on your first 5 fill-ups. You can then get rewarded in many ways with deals and personalized perks. You can save 3 cents per gallon every day, and after spending $500 on fuel, food, and beverages, get upgraded to a Premium Member and save 5 cents per gallon. There are also sweepstakes and other special promotions (which I won a Circle K gift card last year), and I also receive text messages when the Diamondbacks strike out batters at home (for a free item or gas discount). I also receive 25-40% off every now and then, and I am notified with a text. If you get the Upside app, you can also earn back up to 20 cents (or more!) off per gallon of gas and even at restaurants and groceries. Feel free to register at https://upside.app.link/NW7BQ to get an extra 15 cents per gallon back on your first purchase. You can even use this AND the Inner Circle or Easy Pay offers at the same time as long as you register a credit card in advance. Needless to say, I save a lot and get free items regularly from Circle K, though this is not a Circle K I would typically frequent.
