I will not go to a Walmart or anywhere else for my pharmacies prescription prescriptions not to mention the people are nice always willing to help and a great location to find anything you need you need hygiene. It's there you need laundry soap. It's there you need medication or a brace. It's there. I would definitely suggest going to a CVS over any other Pharmacy but when it comes to the medicine counter, not all pharmacy run the same luckily this one here on Bell runs quickly, smoothly, and efficient.

There are 2 lanes, one for Rx drop offs, and the other for picking up filled prescriptions. They are usually very busy but these days that's nothing new. Everyone is short staffed and overworked. So I remind myself to have a little patience, and enjoy some music in my car while I wait my turn. When I greet the pharmacist tech with a smile, I always get one in return. Two more things I like about Walgreens... when my prescriptions are running low, they will call my doc to get a refill for me! That's made possible through their app. Gotta love technology. And at the end of each year, they give me a printout of how much I've paid for prescriptions, so I can use that for taxes.

As I walked over, I heard the cashier tell him I had been waiting 45 minutes. His response was, "It's part of the process," which I found unprofessional. He then looked up the prescription and told me it was out of stock. I explained that this information would have been helpful before I waited 45 minutes. He offered no apology or acknowledgment. He said I could pick it up at another location. I told him I would get it from the store on Saturday, and he replied, "I don't get prescriptions on the weekend". No apology or empathy. Another occasion me and my friends came here to buy some snacks on christmas and me and my other black friend got racially profiled for stealing stuff and my white friends got treated like normal civilians not theives she accused us of stealing liquor when we walked out with large drinks and snacks. The location is convenient, but there's trash everywhere and the station has missing nozzles. There's very limited parking at the front entrance, so it's challenging if your goal is just to go to the convenient store. The last time we were a pump was malfunctioning and spilling gas everywhere.
