So we went and this branch is very clean and organized. one thing I love about coming to pharmacies is I could grab some make ups, yeah I only get my make ups at the pharmacies or Walmart hehe! it doesn't have to be expensive to be pretty let me tell ya! haha and another thing, I have some sort of fascination with stuff animals ever since I was little! they just give special kind of happiness Lol ^_^ and this over here got more stuff animals.. and my latest favorite now are things called-" Squishmallows"! they are just super cute, soft, and just soo squishable! hehe we are kinda in the mood of collecting them all!^_^ So while we're waiting for my prescription (which didn't took for so long) we took our time to grab these stuff animals. Glad they got what we were looking for! Okay so all in all, everything looks good, customer service is great and we were able to grab all the things we need, even our 'wants' hehe keep it up!

It told me that not only were my prescriptions ready, but that the pharmacy was currently open and open until 6pm tonight. Of course, when my wife pulled up, there was a written note on the window saying "Pharmacy is closed @ 1:30pm (it was 2:30 when she got there, so lunch was definitely over) The register staff just said "the automated times aren't official". What a joke. Why have the automated times at all? Why have an automated phone system if it gives incorrect information? I'd rather speak to a human that could've told me this hours ago instead of wasting our time like that.

Outstanding Customer Service That Truly Makes a Difference!…read more We cannot say enough good things about the exceptional customer service we received last night at our local Walgreens (store#07933)! After a late-night Urgent Care visit, we urgently needed to pick up both pain medication and antibiotics. With Walgreens being the only pharmacy in our area open as late as 9:00 p.m., we headed there as quickly as possible (always observing the posted speed limits`~), hoping to get our prescriptions filled before closing. Unfortunately, we arrived just after the pharmacy had officially closed. However, rather than turning us away, the pharmacy team of three young professional ladies went above and beyond by graciously accommodating us and fulfilling our prescriptions when we needed them most. Their kindness, understanding, and willingness to help during a stressful situation meant more to us than they probably realize. This is what exceptional customer service looks like! It's one thing to provide a service during regular business hours, but it's another to demonstrate genuine compassion, flexibility, and a commitment to helping people when they need it most...and boy did we need their help. We are incredibly grateful to the Walgreens pharmacy staff for their outstanding support and for making a difficult evening so much easier. Employees who go the extra mile deserve to be recognized and celebrated. One last shout out, the cashier was extremely polite and he greatly complemented our overall positive experience. We highly recommend our local Walgreens for its outstanding customer service. Thank you to the entire pharmacy team for showing that a little compassion and a willingness to help can make a tremendous difference! You have certainly earned our appreciation and loyalty. We salute you!

This pharmacy literally almost killed me…read more I recently moved to AZ and had all my prescriptions transferred to CVS. I called to refill my seizure medications. The tech on the phone assured me it would be filled the next day. I never got a text saying the med was refilled so when I called to inquire as to why, they told me they wouldn't have the medicine in stock for a week. He told me even when they did get it in stock, there's no guarantee they'd have enough for me. I needed my doctor's approval to send the script to another pharmacy but of course this all happened on a Saturday when offices are closed. I had to go to an ER to get an emergency script sent somewhere else. I'll never use CVS again after this experience.

You have to leave a message and they call you back later. Most stupid policy I have ever head of for a public company that many folks rely on. you may have to wait up to an hour for them to return the call to get the information you need. I could have driven to the store and back in that length of time. I thought telephones were for communicating. When they did call back, they told me they did not have the Rx from my doctor and that they must not have sent it. I was in the doctors office when he sent it. They told me I would have to all my doctor back and have them all it in or send it again---problem is it was late on Friday afternoon and my doctor was closed. I will have to wait for at least 3 more days to get this Rx filled. Had they answered the phone when I called, I would have been able to contact my Doctor and get the situation corrected and had my Med on Friday, not I will not be able to get until later on Monday. DUE TO A CRAPPY POLICY BY CVS. ONE WOULD THINK THAT A COMPANY THAT HAD Record revenue of $402.1 billion (up 7.8%). WOULD BE ABLE TO HIRE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO ANSWER THE PHONES. I GUESS GREED HAS OVERTAKEN OUR SOCIETY OVER PUBLIC SERVICE. THEY KNOW YOU REALLY NEED YOUR MEDIATIONS SO LET IT BE YOU THAT HAS TO WAIT AND SUFFER, NOT THEM.
