My new pharmacy has requested transfer of all my medications twice and it still has not been completed. Rosys currently does not accept my insurance, but the cash price for most of my meds is under $10.00. I previously had trouble with getting my prescription on a previous insurance. Compared to the big box pharmacies, this one really shines. I recently needed a special prescription that my dermatologist called into this pharmacy. Within a few hours, the pharmacy called me to make sure I was okay with the price before coming in and confirmed it would be ready for pick-up that same day. I went in the next morning and had fabulous customer service, I think from Dennis (the founder / owner) himself. The day after, I received a voicemail thanking me for my business and offering to help if I had any questions or future needs. In addition to the above, the onsite Hallmark store offers fabulous cards, stickers, trinkets and gifts. Parking is easy in the private lot and AJ's is conveniently located in the same shopping center in case you need groceries like I typically do. All it asks "if you'd like to have your prescription mailed to you, please press 2". I've been getting my prescription from them for almost 4 years, maybe longer, and had no idea I was paying this. I don't appreciate the lack of transparency. Other than this, my experience with this pharmacy has been smooth sailing. I think their automated system needs an update. I spoke with someone from the business and said my peace. They said I actually had acknowledged the shipping fee back in 2021, which wow, that's when I was deep in my cat eating my comforter, sheets, clothes, pillows, etc. than, I must have missed this very critical info. So I apologize for being wrong about shipping fees. She also said that since shipping fees vary state to state, it's hard to update an automated system, and to that I say you can absolutely add an "shipping charges may apply" regardless. I am changing my review to 5 stars because otherwise this, they have been trustworthy and have never been late for shipments.

I have experienced repeated receipt checks and security treatment that made me feel singled out. On September 23, 2026, I was stopped and asked to show my receipt after purchasing three 20-ounce Cokes--one was already being consumed and two were in my bag. What especially bothered me was seeing White customers leave the store with larger quantities of products, including 12-packs, without being subjected to the same treatment. This is not about one receipt check. It is about the repeated pattern of being singled out and treated differently while shopping at this location. I should be able to shop for groceries without feeling watched, targeted, or treated as though I have done something wrong. I am extremely disappointed with the way I have been treated at this store and with the way these incidents have made me feel as a customer.
