I've been contemplating writing a review for months now but kept giving additional chances for improvement on Phoenix Pharmacy's part. I've been using this pharmacy for a year or two now and have had constant issues with my prescriptions! Whether it's my meds not getting filled while on auto refill, getting meds I've repeatedly asked to discontinue. I am having to call in at least every other month, sometimes every month because my meds aren't being filled properly, I have spoken to the pharmacist, pharmacy techs on more than one occasion for the same issue and still continue to have the same problem. I switched to them from Walgreens hoping for a better experience and so far have only been disappointed. read more

I've never been to their location, but as a delivery customer, they were top-notch! Someone always answered the phone when I called during normal business hours... They delivered easily and within the time they indicated. The downer is they don't work with your insurance for most compounded medications (probably because insurance doesn't want to pay for them...jerks). read more

Ok, it's my first time here. I usually go to Melrose Pharmacy for compounding needs but their price was $100 for some Magic Mouthwash the doctor had prescribed. I googled other compounding pharmacies near me and Phoenix Pharmacy came up. I called there and spoke to Liz - she said it would be around $25. I drove over there, they said it would take ~20-30 minutes. Boom! It was ready in that timeframe and it was $32 vs. $100 at Melrose. They were nice and saved me serious money in a world where everything is getting crazy expensive. Give them a try but not on a day when I am going there:) read more

Small, efficient and independently owned. It is recently opened for business. It is located next to NextCare Urgent Care & has a great working relationship by informing them what insurances they accept. Which was originally helpful when I was there on July 4th & the pharmacist came into urgent care to inform them they were open for the holiday. Phoenix Pharmacy serves a wide range of customers with acute (which would've been helpful for what I had-cervicalgia & muscle spasm: i.e., severe inflamed neck pain) or chronic condition. My prescriptions were not able to be filled; due to the fact there was a temporary glitch with acceptance of my insurance. Since it was a holiday; the pharmacist was unable to talk to my insurance company. The pharmacist came out personally to apologize & explain the situation. He said he took my same insurance plan last week & doesn't understand why the glitch but did have the meds. Mind you they are newly opened & it was a holiday. No worries I went to my original pharmacy that had me in their system already. It just would've been very convenient. Otherwise I would've gave them 5 stars for kind, professional service & convenience had it been filled.
