I love coming to this Walgreens because it's so laid-back and chill. Sandy has amazing customer service skills and she always helps me out when I need to find some thing. They have the best variety of frozen foods down to great hair care products. read more

We live in the neighborhood, it's convenient...but.... Just walked in mins ago. Stephanie and ?? standing at front counter chatting. I walk up, and wait. They seem oblivious to me. After a couple mins, ?? walks away and Stephanie looks over at me. I have to point, and ask. Sullen, poor customer service attitude. But, I see where it comes from: Cecelia (Mgr) comes up to scan my id, looks like her dog died this morning. Such negative attitudes. I'll be writing to corporate. read more

They don't always have a pharmacist and today their store is closed and I can't pick up my prescriptions. So i'm not very happy, and i've been going to the store for over twenty eight years. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy is by far the worst. The customer service is terrible. Every time I go there my prescription is not ready or they don't have it. It takes forever to get a prescription. Guaranteed at least 24 hours and usually only if I call or show up. If they have it at all. But the staff is so cranky. Just plain rude. My husband had neck surgery and is unable to talk clearly and the lady who answered the phone kept rudely asking him to speak up because she couldn't understand him. Forced him to go into the pharmacy only to yell across the room to the lady helping him, to require his ID but you can't understand him. So unbelievably embarrassing and disgusting. Someone who has been through so much and can't talk to them be degraded by forcing him to show ID and to be called out in front of everyone. Just ridiculous. Find a different pharmacy. We already have. read more

Avoid this pharmacy. They take forever. Been multiple times and it seems like the normal rate there. Better off transferring your prescriptions to Fry's. read more

I have been coming to this location for many years, I'm living on the east side and the west side and I still use this location. I've never had the customer's service that I had on January 1st. The assistant manager is the most rude individual I have come across and the way she speaks to the other employees is unnecessary, Dolly was assisting me in the morning wonderful cashier. Very very helpful, when asking The question to her assistant manager about the pricing on the item I was purchasing The assistant manager spoke to her in a way that an employee should never be spoken to, especially in front of the customer. I had picked up Hallmark ornaments that were reduced. The sign on the location said all Hallmark items 70% off but when I got to the register it did not read that. So Dolly asked The assistant manager and she just started yelling and waving her arms that she's not arguing about it. Just give it to her, I do not believe an individual should be spoken to in this manner. Number one but yet in front of a customer is totally unacceptable. If this item was not included in the markdown then it should have said specific items. Not all, but I wasn't going to argue with her ruin My day because she's angry and seems to not like her job. I will continue to come to this store, but this individual should be spoken to about the way she treats people and how customer service works, not saying I'm always right but I brought the sign up cuz she wasn't going to go out of her way. It's specifically said what I had said it said and she was having a meltdown. Needs to be addressed by upper management. Needless to say I did not purchase the items, came back to speak with the manager, I was told he was on the phone and he would be with me in a minute, young lady checked again with our me asking and I was told he was still on the phone I said I would wait, needless to say, 35 minutes later I picked up my prescription and I'm now on my way out. Now I understand the training that has been given to the assistant manager. read more

I ordered an at home rapid Covid test. I chose the test with good reviews and selected "no substitutions." I was texted that the test was ready for pickup. I clicked the link. Is said to press "I'm here" since I was already there. Then it asked where I wanted to pick up the test and I chose "drive thru window." I was prompted to ask for the test at the drive thru window, which I did. The lady at the window acted like I was insane and that they "usually do those up front." I explained the process I went through several times before she said "oh, it just not ready yet." A few minutes later, the lady gives me the bag. At this point, I'm so sick and so worn out by their incompetence that I leave and go home. When I get home - they have given me the low rated test that has "a high amount of false positives." I called to address the situation and the assistant managers solution was to have me drive back so they could give me a refund - AND GIVE THEM THE TEST BACK!!!! I probably have covid, and they want to take a test back that I've touched?! Did someone with Covid touch the test before I got it?! This is beyond bad customer service - its a public health and safety issue! I will never go back to this location and literally no one should! read more

This store is horrible when it comes to online pick up orders, they tell you it will be done in 30 minutes but it's been an hour without an update. Went into the store, first off horrible customer service and i when they chose to 'help' my order was even started. This store location doesn't need to offer online pickup, if they can't keep their word. And when you do go in the store everything that you want is locked up so you have to go on a wild good chase to have an employee unlock the item. If you're going to lock up so many items at least have a button for people to press so that an employee can be notified we need assistance, like a lot of other stores. read more

First and last time I go to this walgreens. Walgreens customer service was rude. I went to pick up a package and the front lady was rude as hell. I stood at the FedEx stand for a few minutes and no one came over so I walked over to checkout area and asked the nice lady if the FedEx desk was open she asked some other worker who was leaning on the counter doing absolutely nothing and said "um call the FedEx desk." Is that how you talk to another employee in front of a customer?! My jaw dropped. She called over intercom for someone to help me and the lady helped. I got my package but whoever the Asian chick was standing doing absolutely nothing was rude. Her conversation with her other colleague was obviously more important. I was picking up a package but left upset because she was so rude. Walgreens has been around forever and I expect better service. read more

I happen to see those scores in some of the reviews and it almost broke my heart. I live right next to this Walgreens and it is my favorite place to shop. Unfortunately this neighborhood has its issues and there needs to be more policing. But when it comes to customer service and kindness and caring the staff and employees at this Walgreens are the best. They know who I am... they greet me and they even ask about my family. The pharmacy staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is right. The shelves are always stocked beautifully. I love my Walgreens and all of its people there. Thank you for all you do..... read more

Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and left. Came back and 6 cars in line behind the same car I was waiting for earlier. So I went in got the prescription and decided to look at hair product. The staff treated me like a shop lifter. Grabbed the thing in front of her and said you need this let's go. Terrible Walgreens. Drive the extra mile to the next one read more

My favorite Walgreens! I live in the neighborhood so we practically visit every day. Gina, Sandy, and Charise are so nice & personable, along with many others. I think I've seen or interacted with the entire staff there at some point and they are all kind hearted and helpful people. If Walgreens ever changes this team of staff I would probably go to another place, but I really love the people working here and that's what will keep me coming back to this place even when I move. read more

What is it with checkout people no matter where you go? They are having conversations with their co-workers, other people in line besides you, people entering or leaving the store etc etc. This opens up the opportunity for them to enter something you are purchasing into the register incorrectly because they are not paying attention exclusively to YOU and YOUR order and are therefore distracted. Hello cashiers everywhere: PAY ATTENTION to the person you are checking out and ONLY that person. Basic cashier and customer service 101. This happened to me at this store. The checkout person was having a conversation with another employee and he did not enter in my balance rewards card which evidently unlocks the advertised sale price on something I was buying. I personally handed this individual my card. I did not realize this until I got home and was going over my receipt and realized he screwed me over because he was not paying attention. So I overpaid for something because of his negligence. Thanks Walgreens I would surely "BE WELL" if I had the savings in my pocket I was screwed out of by your negligent employee. Signed, On the corner of not so happy and not so healthy. read more

The pharmacy staff is always so very busy, but they are somehow able to remain friendly and very very helpful. The store is only 1 block from I-17 so there is the expected crowd of panhandlers in or near the parking lot. But I really do like this pharmacy because of their super service! read more

This is the closest Walgreens to my house and I cannot stand how they always only have one person on the registers. I go to CVS a lot now instead because I know if I go here ill be a minute because it will take me two minutes to get what I need a 10 to get through the line. I'm good. read more

I never thought to do a review on Walgreens. I have been going to this Walgreens store since 2003. I've gotten to know many of the employees including Kent, the manager, Cindy, pharmacy, Sally, photography, prior manager, and experienced in every department at Walgreens. The people make the store. Anything you need ask and they will do their best to find it for you. If you have a defective product like I did at one time - - heating pad - - they will make it right for you. I don't have anything negative to say about the store. I will continue to use Walgreens because it is convenient and I really like the people who work at Walgreens. read more

Pretty standard Walgreens! Most of the people who work there are nice. Never had any issues.

Customer service was extremely horrible specifically this one older white lady with orange hair when i was standing in line to pick up my prescription she told me " why are you standing there for what do you want" the tone that she said it in sounded extremely rude and once i was finished she said "Don't stand here no more go sit down I have nothing to talk with you about" again in a rude tone. What was even worse was that while I was waiting for my prescription to be filled I saw how she treated this other customer who happened to be a white male. She treated him so kindly and wasn't rude at all even complimented him on his shirt. With me being a hispanic young male this seemed really racist seeing how she treated us so different for no apparent reason. This same employee was also answering the phone and started telling her coworkers how the questions being asked on the phone were so stupid. I wish I could remember this employees names because she seemed to be the only problem all the other employees were extremely nice. read more

They staff here is always helpful and kind. They have a lot of shady people ( customers) here and do the best they can from what I see. They should probably get a raise for the things they deal with alone. read more

My experience here today was absolutely horrendous. I used to stop here frequently, but today was my first time in quite awhile. I browsed awhile, but there were other customers making me uncomfortable and hogging aisles so I wasn't able to look at the things I needed and intended to buy. I needed to use the restroom, and I asked the cashier- who had no line- if I could have the bathroom code. She told me that they do not give it out and that she would need to call an associate to come let me in. I stood at the back of the store and waited. The staff that came walking down the aisle to me was huffy and puffy. I didn't catch her name, but she is a short older lady who looked to be in her sixties and is trying to keep her hair died a terrible shade of inauthentic black. That description should help anyone pin down who it is. She told me that customers like me were a waste of her time and that she didn't have time to be helping people like me. She opened the door for me and said, "Are you waiting for a prescription?" and I said, "No, I am not." And she said, "See, I didn't think so." 1. You don't have to be picking up a prescription to shop at Walgreens. 2. I'm pretty sure you didn't want me taking my merchandise into the bathroom. 3. I will never be returning. Treating customers like that is unacceptable. I wanted to talk to a manager, but I fear she might have been the manager the way she was giving attitude without anyone else keeping her in check. I am absolutely appalled. I put all of the items I wanted to purchase back in their places, and stopped by the cashier to let her know that I intended on making purchases, but their staff treated me terribly and that I would not be returning. She offered an apathetic "sorry", and I told her they were not and left. The scene the staff member was making was humiliating. I'm not a homeless person asking to use your bathroom to "bathe". Why would someone willingly choose to use a Walgreens bathroom? They are notoriously unkept and disgusting. Why would someone "use" Walgreens for their bathrooms? If you need to stop at a drug store, look into a CVS or a family drug store. Even another Walgreens at a futher distance would be worth your time. Waste of time. Pure disrespect. Terrible customer service. read more

HORRIBLE!! Going through the store on a Saturday night with a hand basket and add trying to make sure I got all the items I wanted before the add changed. I started heading up to the front to check out when a blonde Manager walked up to me and asked for the items in my purse. I WAS SHOCKED!! I told her I didn't have any items in my purse, and she yanked the basket out of my hands. I opened up my purse and begged her to look inside for herself, I couldn't believe that she was accusing me of stealing and I desperately wanted to defend myself. She refused to look and instead told me to leave over and over again getting louder each time. I was absolutely mortified and almost in tears, even the other employees looked shocked at her behavior. I couldn't believe that a MANAGER would treat customers that way read more

I stopped using CVS when I was on vacation and had to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens (where I was did not have a CVS) when I picked up my prescriptions I was shocked and thought there must be an error. They were $17.00 cheaper then I had been paying at CVS! I came back from vacation (to see if the savings remained the same) and ordered my prescriptions again through Walgreens. Between saving $17.00 a month and the service of the staff of Walgreens I thought this was the best kept secret. The staff is very friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy employees remembers their customers names, the store staff is not afraid to direct customers to another store if they can not help. The staff will offer to special order a product if it's not already in the store. Why didn't I know about this store? read more
