I do not go to this Bath and Body Works location often but the husband and I were out shopping around here and I need some things that were on sale. Any location that I have been to is quick to greet you when walking in and ask if you're looking for something specific. This store was no exception, when we walked in we were greeted and I made a beeline to the wallflowers and hand soap. If I don't go and grab what I walked in for I'll easily spend over $100 on things I didn't intend to buy. It's not hard here lol everything i was looking for was in stock in the scents that I wanted. Checkout was quick and painless and we were done within minutes and I was out with my goodies. This won't be my last time in BBW and I know I'll be back soon. So I had a pick up order that I was not able to pickup on 2/22/2024 and iam still waiting for the refund. It showed in my bank account and then the next day it was gone. I called my bank and they said the merchant pulled the refund back so I called bath and body works numerous times and they just kept saying the refund is on the way well to this day I still have not received the refund and when I call them they say the same thing over and over. My wife loves their lotion and candles and so we go here often. Normal prices are always high but Bath & Body almost every time has some or other deals going on and hence products come very reasonable here. It is a great gifting option for anyone. I just had an absolutely horrible experience in this store. I came in for some candles and someone asked if I need help, I said no. Then another person asked, I said no, I'm good. Then a third person asked and I said no, please, I'm just looking and you're the third person to approach me. She said, well, that's our job. No, it's not. Some of us suffer from anxiety and just want to not have to make small talk! I've never had this happen. Teach employees to take social cues and let people shop and enjoy their experience in your store. I was in there less than 2 minutes and felt chased off. I am all for employment but they have way tooo much people working here that block every corner of the store and annoyingly won't let you shop in peace. I only come in when I know what I want and try to be in and out in a few minutes. Everytime I come to this location I get more disappointed than the last. Today was the last straw, I came in wanting to do an exchange, 3 AROMATHERAPY (stress relief) body creams, and as soon as I entered one of the associates, (can't remember her name but she has black hair) NO HELLO FROM HER OR NOTHING, she looked at me as if I was lost, and I said "I just wanted to do an exchange" and responded in a very condescending tone. She said "Okay...." and another associate said "Go ahead and choose the ones you want to exchange them for hunn" As I was looking for the 3 body creams I wanted to exchange them for, I heard the same woman with black hair great every single customer behind me "Hello, how are you doing today? Please let me know if you need anything, or have any questions" and I just felt so crappy because I was thinking "maybe she's having a rough morning" and was going to let it go. But nope CLEARLY that woman had some sort of personal problem with me. Then I went to the cash register and the associate refused to do the even exchange. So she had another person do it with no problem. From the moment I stepped in, until the moment I stepped out of this store I felt like if I was being looked down on, and discriminated against truly. Convenient, but small location located off of the freeway. Stopped into B&BW to take advantage of their wallflowers that were on sale and made a small haul. The staff was welcoming and tried showing me some of their favorite scents. They have a wide variety and was glad they placed candles as scent testers, so shoppers don't have to fumble around opening the wallflowers. Store was very clean and organized, a bit small however. Went to this store to do an even exchange on a candle I ordered online. The salesperson said that they can't do an even exchange on online orders. Finally, the manager allowed it. The annoying part was when the salesperson took a copy of their policy and ask me if I want to take a picture of their policy. So uncalled for. Before I go about how Kelsi is AMAZING the store is immaculate. Everything is stocked, faced, no holes and just pretty, everything I see made me want to try and buy. I did leave with plenty of things haha! Kelsi however is 100% embodying customer service. She's completely honest and so sweet to her customers. I walked In and she immediately ask if I need help then ask and she'll run to us. She explained the deals, showed me awesome fragrances. Overall, she made it feel so comfortable and pleasing to shop. I have not been to this location before its very well stocked and the lady who greeted us in the door was super friendly. The cashier not so much but she did hook me up with a coupon I couldn't get my phone to load it. I have a complete obsession with Bath and Body Works so I can't say anything bad about the products. This place is my favorite to get smelly perfumes and lotions, I went in today with my grandmother and just got stared at, I guess they are giving out those bath n body works paper bags to carry your stuff in, I wasnt given one until I left. They acknowledged my grandma which was nice but I felt like I was intruding- not sure what's going on with the employees. I'll be going to a different one from now on. read more

Great sales here. I mostly take advantage of the wall flower sales, especially if there is a coupon you can use with it. I prefer this location to Desert Ridge Marketplace when I dont have a need to hit up other stores. It's nice and visibly located. I can get in and out quickly. Lots of parking available without the marketplace crowd. read more

One of the worse experiences I've had at Bath and Body Works. First of all, the store reeked of their new fragrance when I walked through the doors. I was in the store for five minutes and my clothes lingered with that scent. In addition, the scent was so strong that I got a headache. Ouch. Yeah, I like Bath and Body Works stores, but there was way too much body spray or perfume around that entrance door! I'll start by saying I'm a HUGE fan of Bath&Body Works! I love their candles and hand soaps most of all! I shop here pretty much every month, online and in store. Why the two stars you say? I had a terrible experience at this particular location. I will probably not feel comfortable going back and instead will go to the Norterra location. I was shopping for candles and soaps in this occasion. I walked in and my husband had to use the restroom, so he went to the register in the back to ask the sales rep. (She was the only one working in the whole store). Marybeth rudely laughed in his face and just said No. He thought she was joking and just laughed, but that was it. Another customer saw how the sales rep. Treated my husband and nicely said that he could go next door to target and use the restroom. It was embarrassing. We can totally understand that maybe it's policy to not have a public restroom, but she didn't even offer an explanation or anything. He had to run out. I don't believe that the sales rep. Knew he was actually shopping there. My my my was she surprised when he came back and was with me shopping. Her expression told it all and then she turned on the charm and kept trying to compliment us. Her behavior ruined my whole shopping trip and I put some of my merchandise back because I was no longer in the mood to shop. I always love going to Bath and Body Works even though I end up spending more that I want because I have no self control lol today however was a great visit as soon as me and my daughter walked in Kelsey (spelling?) greeted me and my daughter and was super friendly and fun, she helped us smell All of the candles,lotions,sprays and sanitizers and was so good with my daughter. Not as clean and neat as most BnB Works. They do try though. The staff is nice. Needs to be cleaned and organized a bit better. This one seems to carry less stock than others. My favorite BnB Works are ones where they take the time to put the sample smells with the Wallflowers, so you don't have to go looking. I love coming here and buying stuff because everything smell so amazing. This is where I buy all my hand sanitizer that I take with me on my various trips around the world. Everyone always loves the smell of them, never a complaint. I also buy all my hand soap for my bathrooms here and again, everyone loves the smell. After you wash your hands you can smell it on your skin for hours and it's so luscious. And their candles may not last long but they fill the entire room with yummy goodness. This store smells like heaven and I could just live in it. Plus their prices are usually reasonable. They are always having sales so I just wait until I can buy in bulk and then I stock up on my favorite scents. read more

This location is beyond annoying...from the second you walk in, to the second you leave the sales reps will NOT leave you alone. PEOPLE I'm there to smell candles, I'm not buying a car.
