I'm very thankful there was some assistance as soon as I walked in. I don't like to look around and waste time when someone can give me their opinions and show me where the best products are. My hair looks so shiny when I use the ion shine serum, I really needed an oil based serum that tamed frizziness and gave a nice shine. Although there were many brands to pick from it seems it was still a good pick! I also needed clear small hair bands and there was one one package left. However, the employees were stocking the shelves so it's possible whatever was missing from the empty shelves would become available when the employees finish stocking all the products. Amazing service! I actually had a young lady do an amazing job with recommendations on various beauty products. Like give this girl employee of the month! I walked in, she greeted me, and asked what brought me in, helped me pick some items. She actually gave me choices. I'm the type of customer that wants to hear what the best is but also other potentials so I can make a good choice. She did just that. She followed through with the sale and rang me. I love Sally's! I'm the type of gal that likes to save money on beauty. Many times I find myself pampering myself to save on cash. Sally's is the best place to shop for professional beauty products for women like me that can do it ourselves. Maybe a manicure, facial, makeup, waxing or a new hairdo the licensed sales associates are an added resources if you need suggestions on how or what to do. They even offer loyalty programs, such as the Beauty Club Card for our non-professional customers and the Sally ProCard for our professional customers. These cards offer discounts on every item in the store. Great way to save! This is my first time at this location. The staff said "hello' the moment I walked through the door. They even asked me if I needed help. The great thing about Sally's no matter which location you shop at they are all organized and have the pretty much the same layouts so it is easy to locate the items you shop for the most. Men, Sally's is here for you too. You will find items that you use including clippers. Next time you drop in be sure to grab a store flyer. I went there yesterday to get hair dying products. I have severely black hair and wanted to dye it green. The girls working there gave me excellent service, explained the level of bleaching I would have to do to get my hair to the right level to accept the color dye. I ended up with a level 8 bleach kit which was only $9.99. Unfortunately, they did not have a green dye that I wanted, but they advised me that since my hair is so black, the bleach will most likely make it yellow so the blue dye will most likely turn green. They also gave me great advice on how to stretch out my product so that I'll get more out of it (add conditioner to my dye) and how to take care of it after it's done. I walked away with everything I needed to get the job done and it only cost me $20. read more

Terrible service. I've been shopping at this location for years and today I had the worst experience. I checked the hours listed on the website before heading to the store. I know sundays they close early and I didn't want to be that person who walks in right before close. Per the website it states this location closes at 7pm. I arrived at the store at 5:55pm and the doors were locked with customers inside. I waved down an employee to ask why the door was locked and he stated that they were closed. I asked if I could grab 2 items which were right in view. It would have taken me less than 30 seconds to grab the items I needed and be at the register to check out. He was very rude and stated that the registers close automatically at 6pm. I asked to speak with a manager because I know from being a store manager myself that the registers don't automatically close on their own. He stated there was no manager and that they were short staffed. (yet there was 3 people working) He then told me to leave and that he wouldn't give me a managers name/contact info. By this point it was 6pm and there were still people in the store shopping and being rung up. So much for those registers automatically closing. I would have been in and out of the store in that amount of time. Poor service, I would recommend hiring better staff that actually knows customer service and can handle being "short staffed". read more

Well this is irritating. Tried to stop in to buy some nail polish quickly and i see this sign. "Back in 15 minutes. Thanks, management". Never in my whole life have I seen a retail store close their doors for unknown periods of time. So I waited a while and finally someone came walking up with some fast food bags and opened the doors. When I went inside, I expected to see ONLY that employee, working alone that day, maybe got hungry and went to get some lunch (still not happy about the store being closed, but it's a little more understandable). Only to find out that there were THREE employees working on the store that day! I dye and cut my own hair. They always have what I want/need in terms of hair dye. When I come in they ALWAYS ask if I need help, answer my questions, and give me guidance. When I have a certain color in mind, they tell me their professional opinion but also allow me to make the final decision w/ no pressure lol. Their makeup selection is big, but the products themselves are usually average not great. I LOVE their eyelash section, there is so much to choose from. The girls are always nice, there is nothing I can complain about! read more

Terrible service. I already don't recommend my friends to Sally's and this added to my point. I called to see if they had developer (4th store I called because there's no call waiting so I had to wait for a free line for someone to pick-up) and she tells me that they're only doing curbside pickup, which I already know because I'm in the parking lot and read the sign. She tells me that I can't even do that and have to wait until tomorrow even though they're not closed for another hour. This is definitely not how you run a business. You might as well be closed for the day. This isn't the first Sally's I've been to today either. Terrible chain. read more

I placed an order on May 4th. Got notification that the order was delayed. Then it arrives on May 12th, in a small and broken box via UPS. When I opened my box, I was more upset as to what I got! ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER GLUTEN FREE & KIRKLAND PROBIOTIC GRANOLA!?!?!?Not what I ordered, definitely not sold on their site! What should my reaction be? I'm more than upset even more now since I have been calling their "CUSTOMER SERVICE" line since the 12th! I have called the stores and was redirected back to their website. Felt like I was in a department store! Exceptionally nice Sallys 743 E. Bell Road. I was greeted when I came in, the sales associate was extremely helpful. The store is incredibly organized with wide aisles, and very well stocked. I found everything I needed and more. The store is a little out of my way, but happened to be shopping near by so I went in. I have shopped at this location before, but after last night I will never buy a brush or comb from them again. I was actually waiting for my pizza next door and I was walking by this Sally's. I look in through the window and a woman with her 4 or 5 year old daughter are inside. The mom wasn't paying attention and as I stood outside, I saw the little girl comb and brush her hair with no less than six different brushes and combs, then put them back on the shelf.
