Another great stop at Lather for their Cyber Monday and Black Friday Deals. We picked up a few new items as well as our favorites. Service is always wonderful here and the vibe is calm and peaceful.
The ladies at Lather were so informative. We got to try many items, which made our purchase easy. Krista and I were welcomed with water, snacks, and samplers. Lather is a skincare boutique that is vegan, cruelty free and biodegradable. Their products are amazing and smell so good!! I will definitely be going back
My friend introduced me to Lather. She loves their products and now I understand why. The store smells amazing! We did a little body scrub demo and tested out a few other things. I loved the lemon grass body scrub and also the almond shave cream. I bought the shave cream for my husband but ended up stealing it because I loved it so much! I have since been back and purchased the coconut body scrub as well as the eucalyptus foot scrub. They have so many cute gift packs which will be great for holiday gifts this season! Love that everything is clean and free of chemicals.
I've never been to a Lather store before, but have been curious to try their products. This was the perfect way to baptize myself with their products. I walked into a super clean shop with everything neatly presented on the shelves, most with samples. I like being able to see, smell and touch things before I buy, especially skin and haircare stuff! I fell in love with the Pear & Lavender Hand Care Duo when I sampled the soap and lotion. The smell is just dreamy! I would totally buy a body butter tub if they had it! I had to get the duo because there was no way I was leaving the store without it. I browsed the rest of the store and also purchased the Honey Moisture Mask with Propolis Extract and the Quiet Night Relaxing Balm. I will try anything to help me fall asleep. I'm a night owl and have been since high school. I hope the Relaxing Balm helps! It smells nice, very subtle and not super strong. I'll try the mask tomorrow. I love a good moisturizing face mask, and this one doesn't need to be rinsed off, so that's interesting. I signed up for the loyalty rewards, and I already know I'm going to be buying products from here regularly. Anything to spoil myself is worth every penny! The prices are comparable to similar products on the market. I like that they don't use strong scents, and the products are crafted carefully and without the yuckies like artificial colors or synthetic fragrances, and they are cruelty-free! This place has everything! I was only planning on getting one item but ended up finding many more things to buy. One amazing fact I found out is they ship for free anywhere no matter the purchase price! I plan on doing work gifts from here. This is a female owned and started business that caters to everyone. All the products are natural and safe and best of all smells soooo good! They do pamper parties as well. So you and your friends can get catered! I can't wait to try other products. Came for 1 left with 6 ;)
Look no further for your all natural, vegan and cruelty free skincare products!! I went in today and found the perfect products for my skin. The Coconut Oasis Exfoliator and Body Butter feel so soft and luxurious. It's so soft and smells absolutely delicious!! I also bought the Almond Shave Crème and let me tell you, this is a game changer. Not only does it smell amazing but it goes on like butter. I also tried the cuticle oil and the Bamboo Lemongrass exfoliator and crème but I went with coconut because it's just so luscious!!
Yelp held an Elite event at this establishment last year. I made some purchases during that visit. I liked the balm I tried. Today I purchased another box of balm and foot crème to give to my nail tech. Nice staff here. Shared parking lot.
When it comes to choosing skincare products, I find it overwhelming but I'm so glad I was recommended this store because it has become my all time favorite. I usually get their exfoliating cactus flower and aloe gentle face scrub and their honey moisture mask with propolis extract which is exactly what I need. I spend a lot of time outdoors so this is a good way to take care of myself and heal the environmental stress it puts on my face . The fact that their products are natural and safe ,it puts me more at ease when I use them. Also, the workers are so great and helpful.They hook me up with a bunch of different samples to take home every time! I'll be seeing them again when I run out.
Stopped in here with Diele K as she needed to pick up some more of her favorite soap. I have heard of Lather before and was excited to make a stop in. The parking is shared with surrounding businesses but there is a decent amount of parking spots available. Upon entering the location, the shelves were beautifully stocked and it is very inviting. The staff member working was super friendly and happy to help with our questions. I have skin sensitivities/allergens and so does Diele. The staff member was happy to research ingredients and try to find products we could safely use. Pricing depended on the product you were looking for but you are receiving a quality product in exchange. They offer free products/samples as well with qualifying purchases. I ended up leaving empty handed but I know the quality of the soap and lotion because I have used it at Diele's house lol :)
Lather has got to be the cutest skincare/wellness store here in the valley. All of the products are paraben free, synthetic dye free, synthetic fragrance free and coke in eco friendly packaging. Which I absolutely adore because I absolutely love clean products! If you're hesitant on what to buy, I'd highly recommend the blemish control cleansing gel, Australian plum night cream and the lemongrass and wasabi hand lotion!
Here again! This is my 3rd time here. Stopped here on our way from appointments since it's right in the path of travel to home. I had the guy run in and grab my fav products for me. I like shopping here for shower soap, scrubs and lotions. I like that the products are natural and made for sensitive skin which is why I shop here. The products smell good and are not over powering. Of course, I'd go again! There's plenty of parking onsite. All of the staff here have been short of amazing!!!
Previously, I attended a Yelp event at this location and I had on my radar to return! This is about 40 miles from my house, but the Pear Lavender soap/lotion is worth the drive! I have a peanut/treenut allergy, and both times they have been incredibly kind and accommodating! If you need a self-care moment, stock up on products from here! Your mental health and skin health will appreciate it.

I've been shopping at Lather for past few years since attending a Yelp event at the Phx store. I thought I already wrote a detailed review for this location, but maybe it was for a specific event. A short but sweet review is that Lather makes wonderful products that are naturally based and have the functionality & quality you'd expect from other high end product lines but using ingredient lists you can feel good about and trust. I absolutely love this brand and will continue to be a customer, as I've tried almost all of the products they make and we are lucky in AZ to have a brick and mortar location since there aren't many. I also purchase products online from them when I don't have time to stop in the store. Their loyalty program is really great with accumulating points that translate to discounts on purchases and special VIP sale events. I love the smell of the products and when you step into the storefront it's beautifully set up and smells very nice. read more

After becoming a regular customer of Lather following a Yelp event, I regularly receive sale updates by email. Last week I received an email regarding a VIP Sales Event and needed some more face wash so decided to drive on over. Everything in the store was discounted, and there were several healthy and delicious snacks, and drinks available for customers. It was pretty busy when I arrived, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful directing us and helping us find products. I grabbed a few of my favorites and a few new products that I spent the wheel for my free prize. I ended up getting a free pillow mist spray and 10% off my entire order. read more

I was psyched to check this place out! I am not familiar with the area so I drove around a bit looking for the suite number. I took a bunch of pictures of the entrance to see if they can help others find the place they are looking for. The store is so cute, everything is color coordinated and easy to find. They have a sink near the register so you can sample some of the products. I got the lavender and eucalyptus foot care kit that comes with socks, and I have to say it really works. My feet get so dry, so this foot care kit is a game changer. I really like how grounded and calm you feel when you are in the store. I know I just went here last week but I am already planning out my next shopping trip. It is nice that you can call the store and order directly from them or you can order online. They have great customer service here and they are willing to share the company's backstory if you are willing to listen for a few minutes. read more

Lather hosted a Yelp elite event over the weekend and I was able to attend. I want to thank the girls that worked there and Lather for the event. It was so much fun! Loved all the products and how clean and cruelty free they are. I would of never know about this place if it wasn't for the event. We got a great swag bag with amazing products. Lather was started in Pasadena, California. The creator wanted to make soaps to help ease her migraines. Opened in 1999, Lather was one of the few skincare companies at the time owned and operated by a woman. Emilie Hoyt is a pioneer for skincare and women's equality. Since opening, the product lineup has expanded to include all types of skincare items. Products at Lather are easy to see. Items are displayed in a way that shoppers may pick up the product. Sales associates are there to offer more than just suggestions. Sales associates help customers try the products. There is even a sink near the registers so that customers may wash off what they came in wearing and/or wash off what one has tried. I came to Lather looking for a moisturizer with sunscreen. Especially living in Arizona, moisturizer with SPF is a must if spending time outdoors. The Sales person was a little rude when I said I use regular sunscreen on my face during the summer. She made a shocked face, then a grimace. It made me feel really self-conscious. This is why I am taking away a star. I'm not sure if I purchased the product more because I wanted to, or because I felt embarrassed. I was quick to purchase the moisturizer I did. I did not really consider other products. I have been using the Daily Defense Mineral SPF 50 moisturizer on and off for a couple of months now. It is easy to find products elsewhere with SPF 10-15. I liked that Lather's moisturizer offers SPF 50. I have fair skin, and have a tendency to burn easily. Lather uses premium and natural ingredients. Moisturizer is tinted so as not to leave white streaks on the face. The product is thick yet goes on smoothly. Non-greasy feel. I have yet to get sunburned when wearing the moisturizer. read more
Yes! Yes! Yes! I had the opportunity to check out Lather and I'm a huge fan. I had a consultation and got to hear the history and mission behind lather and I'm impressed. Alex, who was absolutely amazing, gave me the run down and even let me sample some of their products. Their first store opened in Pasadena, CA in 1999 with a mission to make natural products without harsh chemicals or artificial scents. All products are natural and made with aromatherapy scents. The packaging is also made from natural ingredients, with a tab inside to help them biodegrade. All their labeling is also made with soy to reduce the carbon footprint. How cool is that?! Alex took the time to educate me about all of their products and even asked questions about my skin to give me a write up of the best products for my skin type. I was able to build a nice skincare routine to best benefit my skin. I also purchased the coconut foaming (yes foaming!) body scrub and body whip. The scent is absolutely delicious. They sell a variety of hair care, body care, wellness and aromatherapy products without the toxicity. Do yourself a favor and stop in to sample them yourself. If you're not close by, you can even order online or call your order in to the store. read more

Came back again to this little gem and boy am I happy I did?! This charming little facial paradise is tucked away in a shopping mall. Smells amazing the moment you walk in. You can also book a party for you and some guests to enjoy samples and a lovely girls night! Which is what we did. Our 2 hostesses were simply amazing, and we were fortunate enough to try tons of samples and get lots of more samples to take home. Of course we purchased a ton of items as well because the product lines are fantastic! read more
Walking into this store smelled soooo amazing and put me at ease. Wendy was a delight and was very detailed with her presentation. I went to school for skin so this was like walking into a candy store for a child when I had the opportunity to smell so many different essential oils. I smelled a few and knew exactly what I wanted. I didn't think that the lavender would overpower the rosemary and juniper so much, so I do wish I had only done 2 drops of lavender and 4 of the other two. Nevertheless it smells wonderful and I am so happy to have a new Rollie essential oil to take with me all the time! I also received a gift bag with some foot cream and 2 other face? Creams. My hands are always so dry so I will and have used the foot cream for my hands. It smells amazing by the way. It was so nice to have a little hand scrub and smell all the different scents of products. I bought the shaving cream because Wendy said it has a fan following haha. Great experience. read more

I stopped in here a few weeks ago to check out the hype and wow, I'm IMPRESSED! The origin story about the creator is so relatable as I get horrible migraines from synthetic fragrances too! Everything is natural and cruelty free and the products live up to their promise. They have a little sink there so if you're ok with washing off makeup and rocking that au natural look out of the store, I'd realllllly recommend letting the knowledge staff make suggestions so you can try the products. My face was so smooth and plump several days after my first visit! So, of course I came back to stock up on some products I now deem "essential" Also, they'll hook you up with samples of things you'd like to "try before you buy". Just ask! read more

I was so impressed on my initial visit. Cat was so kind; she gave me & my boyfriend a run down on the products & the company. She had me test some scrubs & it honestly made my evening! Gorgeous store; Everything smelled amazing! I couldn't help but leave with a product, and will be back for more! read more

I was excited to give Lather a try as a girlfriend of mine loves their products & I hadn't heard of them yet or even knew where they were located. The management & team here are super sweet and helpful. I came in as a Yelp elite guest & from the moment you walk in it smells amazing! Tranquil spa like atmosphere. I'm big into essential oils so was excited to hear that all their products are cruelty free, natural & that there's only five locations in the U.S.A even though I'm sure some of you probably have tried their products as they are in luxury resorts in town such as The Princess. I tried many of their products and purchased the most amazing moisturizer that left my skin feeling so silky smooth and hydrated all day. The products have a very nice smell not too strong which is a must of you have sensitive skin or nose. I'm excited to bust into the goodies they hooked me up with for attending. Bonus points the shopping center is called Uptown and has a bunch of cute funky little stores & tasty looking places to eat so I'm gonna head there and check those places out too! Thanks lather for helping a girl out with some new skin care goodies. read more
