    I'm honestly really upset I have to leave a review like this, I've done my research I've looked at so many places, for Ciao Bella to have this result and response it completely blows me away. I referred my fiancé to here to get a nose procedure, it was the non surgical nose procedure. We met with the dr and he explained that it would help him breathe more and the reshape the way the showed us in the 3d before and after. It was a 8 minute procedure that was $2700 where they ensured us that the sutra will dissolve. Over the next few weeks the bandages came off we could tell instantly there was problems, his breathing became worse, his nose constantly bleed and the tip of his nose and nostrils where crooked along with a painful sutra sticking out. We called back for a follow up apt and they said come back in two weeks once it heals, we came back they told us come back in two months. At that appointment they said oh the knot in the sutra is shifted and made your nose crooked, when he asked isn't the sutra supposed to dissolve they said no it is a plastic piece and will not, come back in two months. We came back the same doctor told us oh your nose is crooked you will need surgery, not acknowledging their fault or miss information on the procedure. They said they would call us back with a quote which was extremely surprising especially sense they admitted that it was their doing a few months back. Ciao Bella quoted $4200 to fix his nose surgically, cut cartilage and reshape. Please understand this whole time his nose has still been bleeding, there is the sutra that is sticking out at the base of the nose between the nostrils. His nose is constantly stuffy and it is even harder for him to breathe then before. Along with every time his nose is touched it is an extreme sharp pain for him. I am absolutely stunned that because of a faulty procedure that resulted in a deformity, pain and breathing problems they requested us to pay more to fix their mistake. Before this procedure his nose was symmetrical and there was just a bump on the ridge (which they stated they could fix). Now including all the results I listed above one nostril larger then the other and the space between the bottom of nostrils and tip of nose is slanted. Ciao Bella did bot offer to fix their mistake with out more payment or offer any other solution to make things right. This is sadly a terrible experience with what I thought was one of the best cosmetic surgery offices in the valley. Please beware of any procedures done with this institution. They show no remorse or care for their patients.

    I had a breast reduction with Dr. Flint four years ago and I was immediately unhappy with my…read moreresults. I mentioned how unhappy I was at every single follow-up appointment, but was gaslit out of my feelings. It is only within the past year that I've gotten around to doing revision consults with other surgeons -- all of whom were shocked at my results. Several of them made comments asking if my surgeon was new, if this was their first day, if this was their first time doing this procedure, if they just "winged it" without taking any measurements, etc. I've now had multiple other surgeons offer to do my revision for free because of how poorly my procedure was done the first time! I trusted Dr. Flint with my self-esteem, my health, and my life. I repeatedly voiced my concerns to her, and in response, I was horribly mistreated. Dr. Flint insisted that I had unrealistic expectations, that I was being difficult, and that the very obvious mistakes I was seeing were not actually there. She even went so far as to complain about me to the nurses in the hallway right outside of my room. Dr. Flint watched me cry during my follow-up appointments as I expressed how disappointed and mutilated I felt...and she had no empathy for me. She has taken absolutely no responsibility for her mistakes, nor has she made any effort to amend them. Dr. Flint was dismissive, arrogant, cold, and just mean to me from the moment I met her to our last appointment where I left crying and decided to never come back. I thought I could handle her horrible bedside manner because she seemed like a competent surgeon. But I never would've imagined I would end up like this, and dealing with Dr. Flint's contempt whilst experiencing the emotional devastation of a botched procedure made everything much, much worse. I would have more grace for her if she had met me with empathy instead of cruelty. I would not recommend Dr. Flint to anyone. If you're looking for a surgeon, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I don't think Dr. Flint deserved the trust I gave her, and I certainly don't think she deserves your trust. I'm not one to leave reviews, but after receiving confirmation from multiple other surgeons that my results were not just bad--but shockingly bad--it felt too important not to. I would hate to see anyone else suffer the way I have because of Dr. Flint.

I know I have…read morea hearing issue but also wanted to see what was going on with repeat ear and sinus infections as well as bumps/sores in my nose. His words after looking ONLY at my nose was "I don't see a problem." Seriously my nose was tender to the touch due to the sores. The audiologist was ridiculous. She put a sample pair on me that were not working right/not programmed properly. I tested them for almost 2 wks, went back and told her the pair she put on me didn't make a difference. She claimed to try to change but couldn't figure out how so told me to take the first pair home and try them again. They didn't work the 1st 2 weeks so now they were supposed to magically start working? OR I could buy a pair (over $4,000). The overall experience lacked care and compassion from staffing, on time appts (I understand a few minutes late but not 45-60 minutes for every appt), follow up from there office, etc. oh, and I bought the brand Widex that she suggested, but not from them. And I paid a lot less than what they were going to charge.

    The wait is unbelievable! On my first visit, they did not have that board that indicates how long…read moreis the wait. So I would notice that everyone who came in later than me were going in first?!? So I asked the Front desk why? They just were rude and made me feel like I was a bother. After 2 hours wait I finally got in and Dr Chuang had no bedside manner whatsoever. I try to ask a question and he would interrupt me and not bother to listen to my question that my questions never got heard much less answered; he was rushing and quickly passed me on to another tech to do my hearing exam. On my follow-up visit, I was first to check-in and only person in the waiting area and noticed there was now a board that indicate how long is the wait. It showed zero minutes. I was pleased as I had another appointment that I need to be on time right after this one. Other patients started to come in and they again got called in before me. I looked at the board and it showed this time a 45 mins wait. I went to the front desk, and aired my grievances, asked for a refund of my co-pay & cancelled my appointment. I don't think staff and doctors care at all. A BAD EXPERIENCE ALTOGETHER!
