Just an update on my review from a month ago. I have wound care 3 times a week. They are using stem cell treatment. I'm so so sorry I used ciao bella. I should have been referred to wound care much sooner but they did not do that. Thankfully my primary physician has gotten this care for me. I went to Mayo and the surgeon there was shocked by the results of my surgery. When I asked for my records they waited until the last day they legally had to provide them. I asked to speak to their practice administrator and no one contacted me. The surgery was the first week of October and it is March and I am still in pain. Go somewhere else. I'm honestly really upset I have to leave a review like this, I've done my research I've looked at so many places, for Ciao Bella to have this result and response it completely blows me away. I referred my fiancé to here to get a nose procedure, it was the non surgical nose procedure. We met with the dr and he explained that it would help him breathe more and the reshape the way the showed us in the 3d before and after. It was a 8 minute procedure that was $2700 where they ensured us that the sutra will dissolve. Over the next few weeks the bandages came off we could tell instantly there was problems, his breathing became worse, his nose constantly bleed and the tip of his nose and nostrils where crooked along with a painful sutra sticking out. We called back for a follow up apt and they said come back in two weeks once it heals, we came back they told us come back in two months. At that appointment they said oh the knot in the sutra is shifted and made your nose crooked, when he asked isn't the sutra supposed to dissolve they said no it is a plastic piece and will not, come back in two months. We came back the same doctor told us oh your nose is crooked you will need surgery, not acknowledging their fault or miss information on the procedure. They said they would call us back with a quote which was extremely surprising especially sense they admitted that it was their doing a few months back. Ciao Bella quoted $4200 to fix his nose surgically, cut cartilage and reshape. Please understand this whole time his nose has still been bleeding, there is the sutra that is sticking out at the base of the nose between the nostrils. His nose is constantly stuffy and it is even harder for him to breathe then before. Along with every time his nose is touched it is an extreme sharp pain for him. I am absolutely stunned that because of a faulty procedure that resulted in a deformity, pain and breathing problems they requested us to pay more to fix their mistake. Before this procedure his nose was symmetrical and there was just a bump on the ridge (which they stated they could fix). Now including all the results I listed above one nostril larger then the other and the space between the bottom of nostrils and tip of nose is slanted. Ciao Bella did bot offer to fix their mistake with out more payment or offer any other solution to make things right. This is sadly a terrible experience with what I thought was one of the best cosmetic surgery offices in the valley. Please beware of any procedures done with this institution. Overall awful experience. I waited a long time to post this review because my husband not only had 1 surgery here, but 2 surgeries without acceptable results. We gave them various chances to make things right without success. I also had lipo performed here and was unhappy with the results. The anesthesia they use is a "twilight" which means you are not fully out/unconscious. I woke up multiple times during my surgery crying and had clear memories of the immense amount of pain I was in. For spending so much on lipo I expected more significant results, not the case. I could've just kept to a stricter diet and laid a personal trainer for more noticeable weight loss/aesthetic results. I had the worst experience at this place.. I had tummy tuck that went horribly wrong!! my cut was lopsided, and when I asked them why I was told that one of my legs is shorter than the other one!! The most stupid excuse I have ever heard in my life!! Plus I can't feel that area at all, even when it itches so much, I don't feel it anymore when I itches that spot! Then after three years, I still have my wound not healed after using everything that they suggested to me!! I tried to go visit another doctor and they all suggested to me that I need to go back to him because this is a nerve damage and he needs to correct ! one side is up to my waist and the other one is down to my hip!! I had a tummy tuck, lipo, fat transfer to breasts, and nose lift with filler on February 2, 2018. The staff are wonderful. Rosie is very kind and helpful. The doctor is pleasant. Now the results: I am glad I did the lipo with the tummy tuck because I now have an hourglass figure. People ask me if I lost weight, so it's more noticeable. I had a lot of children so I had quite of bit of excess skin. Dr. Z. had to remove my belly button to make it look centered. The scar on the belly button looks terrible. I will never wear a bikini. It looks like a giant donut shaped scar and very raised. I started doing research after the fact, wondering if this is "normal." And I found that belly button scars look better if it is done in a U shape pattern, not a circular pattern in order for to it to look more natural. I wish I knew better. Fat transfer to breast is perfect and natural with only a subtle change, which that was what I wanted. If you ever have a deviated septum for a nose do not, I repeat DO NOT do a nose lift and filler. I warned Dr. Z about my subtle deviated septum and was told it shouldn't be a problem. Now months after the surgery, my nose still looks very crooked. Friends and coworkers asked if I broke my nose. I had to go to another plastic surgeon for a consult for nose repair. I am now told with this surgery I did, I have now a 90% deviation, and it's going to be 12k to repair. I have more breathing problems as well. The other plastic surgeon for the consult also told me my nose lift is set way too high. The filler did not fix my bump on my nose at all as well, it's still there. read more

About 2 years ago my wife & I had some work done by Dr Zavala. Dr Zavala thought we should have some lipo under the chin and my wife an eye lift. I also wanted to have some volume added to my cheeks in which Dr Zavala recommended injecting these tiny spheres that would have collegian form around them to create volume. We are both in great shape, eat right, don't smoke and on occasion have a glass of wine. Work out everyday at a gym but are in our mid 50s and thought it wouldn't hurt to make a few improvements. We spent a week at a hotel to recover & be available for the follow up the next week since we no longer lived in AZ. After a couple months we were to come back for pictures to compare results. The problem was sitting with Dr Zavala looking at the pictures neither he nor ourselves could make out ANY change other than my wife developing a lump on her left eyelid she was told to put pressure on and rub and it would go away. Two years and it was still there till we had it removed a few weeks ago by an eye plastic surgeon for another $1700. Also now are necks look horrible! read more

Every scar on my face and every thing I hate is because of this guy. I was supposed to go one time. I ended up going once and then for free many times as they tried to undo the damage. The first procedure he slipped across the table with an injection that was supposed to go in My cheek. He immediately said he would dissolve it which made no sense because it was permanent which left me with a permanent lump under on eye. Then I had also had lazering which left me with permanent marks that they repeated the procedure several times for free to get rid of which made it worse and worse. I had a mommy make over last year, and Dr. Edjuardo told me over the Course of the year I will see continued improvements. Which I have! I had breast implants, tummy tuck and Brazilian butt lift all at once. The first couple months as expected I was swollen up, things have got better and better for me and I am soooooo happy with my body now! I had a very ugly tattoo on my stomach and when I had the tummy tuck it was a bonus I got to get rid of that tattoo as well! That in itself was worth the money. I am going back to get SmartXide treatment now for some scarring on my face from acne and to smooth some wrinkles. I am looking forward to going back to them. I know I am in good hands. Possibly they pay for these reviews.  A year ago I had the opportunity to have plastic surgery done with this doctor and I wish I had never done it. My liposuction is all in bumps and asymmetrical.The work was horrible and non-professional.  The pictures that thet post on his website cannot be thier his work.  After the surgery, I found the same pictures on another website for a different plastic surgeon.  All the areas that he touched need a corrected and it appears they don't care if you are happy or not.  They already have your money. When I said that I was unhappy with his work, they promised to fix everything but only made it worse. I paid about $19,000 for his work, but never got the my Brazilian butt, he replied that I did not have enough fat - I'm sorry, but when I paid for it, why didn't you tell me this before the surgery. Because he need my money! Before you decide on the surgery, look for reviews of this clinic, I am sure that you will find a lot of negative feedback. My opinion do not go. So, I am Natasha's husband and can add to this diatribe as a response to the claims of this surgeon's office. I paid for these services, so I can confirm this is not a "fake" review. I can say that the work done is like a bad paint job ... looks good from 20 feet away, but when you get up close the flaws are very obvious and unacceptable. I made my free consultation appointment over the phone. I went to my consultation. After receiving a bill for the free consultation I was told, actually only the first 10 minutes are free. Then if you decide to go forward it's a full charge appointment. I did think it was weird to have so much done for free. They did do an extensive appointment and gave me lots of information. I was actually going to book the surgery for the vein treatment they referred me. But I never received a callback. I called a few times. Please read! I had my procedures done back in 2016, Dr Zavala gave me curves where I wanted but I paid a very high price and I don't mean monetarily! I went through the consult talked about everything I wanted done, all my past medical history, all prescriptions I take and the pros of having local anesthesia (twilight surgery) instead of general. I was told I would be a good candidate and so I went for it, it was a BIG deal for me! Day of surgery as i'm walking into the OR he mentions he might need to do a T technique on me, I had no idea what that was but okay he knows what he's doing. Well next thing I know i'm waking up in the middle of my liposuction and part of my tummy tuck. I start freaking out crying, begging him to stop and take me to the hospital to finish my surgery (which he said he had rights at and is literally 2 minutes away). At one point I had staff holding me down, with a paper cloth over my head as I pleaded with them to stop. I was in so much pain and terror I really can't even begin to explain. I end up waking up again in the recovery room and when Dr Zavalla came in to see me I was so traumatized all I could say through the tears were "why did I wake up? Why wouldn't you stop?" His response to me was I had a high tolerance to the anesthesia (in a tone as if it was my fault) and he couldn't just leave me half done. I understand not wanting me to be half done but when a patient is awake begging you to stop and to take them to the hospital, that is exactly what should have been done. Now I just think, if he would just treat his patients like someone he valued, he would never even consider not using general anesthesia. If it was his daughter on the table that day, I have no doubt they would have been at the hospital in no time. So yeah, I do have some curves now but I was literally tortured to get them! The icing on the cake is my belly button looks like awful, I don't wear a bikini in front of people i'm not comfortable with because it looks like it's coming inside out, and my incision line opened up in 2 places one being that "T" area he talked about so they ended up scaring much darker. Don't be fooled into local anesthesia, these procedures REQUIRE general and should not be something you gamble on -"high tolerance." He knows better. read more

I am 5 months post opp. My procedure was fleur de lis tummy tuck (upside down T) lipo 360 and bbl. I am extremely unhappy with the results & post-care . I have tried to voice my concerns over and over to only receive dismissal and be patronized via Dr Edgardo Zavala that I just need time, more time to heal. I understand that a 100% perfect ruler line up and down and side to side is not realistic. However my incision scars are so jagged it's like a partial race track, very sloppy work. It's been this way since 24 hrs after my husband and I removed the dressing (which will require more procedures to correct). Dr Zavala reaction one week post appt was " idk what happened it was straight on the table." My left and right flank side are uneven. I was told by Dr Zavala probably one of my hips/leg is shorter than the other & I should get it measured to see. Naturally I have a very flat square behind. I was hoping for a nice round butt to give me some shape, confidence. And what I received is semi full behind all in top portion, shaped completely uneven. If I can recall Dr Zavala stated like 900cc was put into each side. Instead of my butt curling like a nice c look like shape of a v. It's all hip and top heavy with nothing mid & bottom butt. My stomach went through a much harsher tummy tuck because I was told by Dr Zavala I had so much skin that pulling from the sides and down will produce a smaller, snatched stomach and waistline. Results: I have a decent size fat pocket/skin in upper stomach that is very noticeable in anything fitted I want to wear. 1.5 weeks post surgery my incision opened in few spots and became very oozy with yellow/green color. I was told that is was not infected so I didn't need antibiotics as I requested. I was given instructions to sponge bathe and change dressing twice than down to once a day. After 5 weeks of not getting better and frequent in office visits I was doing. A coworker who was also a medical assistant gave me an antibiotic in pill form, 1.5-2 weeks of applying on the wound it cleared up and finally closed. Thank you Olena, I was finally able to fully shower again. I strongly discourage anyone who is considering surgery at Ciao Bella please do your research and go with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who is held accountable for their work and has proper credentials to perform the work. The easiest & cheapest way out will result in shitty work & higher cost to fix down the road! Like others in reviews are stating I do not see how any before and after pics advertised could be actual clients or just one unlucky women to have all these needed corrections. read more

I am left with a tummy that looks 3 months pregnant - way worse than it was before. The doctor is trying to blame it on "weight gain" but there is a 2 pound difference between my original before in January and my picture now post second surgery. They do not know what they are doing there and your body is something you can never regain. Please do your research and go with doctors that are trustworthy. These are not. I went and had 6 consults done with 6 different surgeons about getting a breast augmentation. I wanted to get as many opinions and a good feel for who I wanted to have perform this surgery . I was very nervous and on the fence about whether to do it anyways. The moment I went to dr zavala I knew I was going to have him do my surgery! He was very knowledgeable and treated me with so much respect. He kept saying " ask as many questions as you want tell you feel comfortable" I didn't feel like my questions were over looked. I checked in as a new patient 15 minutes early, even though I told the girl I booked with that I would be in Phoenix and may not be able to arrive until My 12:15 appointment time.after giving her my name, the receptionist told me my appointment was next month ! I just moved here a couple months ago and needed to get a latisse refill as well as some juviderm injections. The little girl at the front counter informed me the dr was in surgery until 3:30. Highly disappointed since I am out of latisse and wanted the juviderm injections a few days before my husband got to town for the holiday. Now I have to scramble to find someone else who can get me in over the next day or two. Lousy front of office help that seems inept and useless. read more

I just had my left saphenous vein treated and two sclerotherapy treatments. Angel and Dr. Zavala are really great at what they do. I'm always a little nervous when I get a treatment, but they talked me through it and made me feel comfortable. They are extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. I've never had a bad experience here. All of the staff here is really friendly and helpful. I hope I don't need another treatment for awhile, but I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more
