He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with patience. It was clear how knowledgeable and experienced he is, which gave me a lot of trust and peace of mind. I actually traveled from San Francisco to Arizona for the surgery, and the entire team went above and beyond to help make the process smooth and comfortable. They were incredibly accommodating and supportive, which made traveling for the procedure much less stressful. The whole experience felt very professional and well organized. His office and team were amazing -- always kind, responsive, and truly available whenever I needed them. Knowing that the office was reachable 24/7 gave me a lot of peace of mind throughout the process. Everyone on the team was warm, supportive, and highly professional, and I felt very well taken care of from start to finish. Marcella the nurse was amazing!! I'm very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering breast reduction surgery.

At the time, I was an uneducated teenager who didn't research surgeons. I ended up with implants that were too large and that I hated almost immediately. After 21 years, two children, and ongoing physical discomfort from the weight of the implants, I was ready to explant. Explant can be intimidating, as you're unsure about how much tissue you'll have left or what the results will be. For me, the added complexity of skin grafts and asymmetry made it even more daunting. I knew I needed to find the best surgeon possible to ensure I was happy with my results and that this would be my last breast surgery. I spent years researching surgeons, and although I always knew Dr. Robert Cohen was my top choice, I consulted with a few others. One surgeon warned that my skin grafts could result in severe asymmetry, and that the graft could even die. In contrast, Dr. Cohen's consultation was reassuring. He simply asked if my grafts were soft and pliable, and when I confirmed, he confidently stated that he could achieve the results I desired. His expertise and confidence gave me complete trust in my decision. Choosing Dr. Cohen was easy. I had followed his work for years and knew he was highly skilled, with a consistent track record of excellent outcomes. I trusted him to deliver the best results, and choosing him eliminated any stress or worry I had about my aesthetic outcome. Dr. Cohen was professional, confident, and direct. Two months before surgery, he drained my saline implants in a quick, painless procedure that gave me time to adjust to a smaller chest and get excited for the breast lift. Immediately after surgery, I was thrilled with the results. My breasts were round, perky, and natural-looking, with well-placed incisions that blended seamlessly with the curves of my body. Recovery was smooth, with minimal pain and no drains (unlike most explant patients). I had no complications, minimal bruising, and received excellent care and follow up from the nurses. The anesthesiologist, also Dr. Cohen, took the time to reassure me before surgery, which made me feel much more at ease. I'm grateful for his kindness. Dr. Cohen's staff was incredibly helpful and supportive, answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way (special thanks to Laura). I feel lighter, look thinner, and my clothes fit better than ever. My breasts are fuller and more beautiful than I imagined--several friends have even commented that they look like smaller implants. Dr. Cohen is truly an artist, and I'm beyond happy with my results. My husband agrees, saying it was "money well spent!" Choose Dr. Cohen--you won't be disappointed.

Eight weeks later, I went back to complete under my bra area and mid-back. Going into it, I was honestly terrified because I'm not a fan of pain at all. But from the moment I walked in, Dr. Hall and his entire staff made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. During the procedure, I was shocked I literally felt no pain. Afterward, I went home, rested, and still had no pain just soreness. The next day was just mild soreness, easily managed with Tylenol. I was already up, walking around, and even working on my computer while following all post-op instructions. This has truly been an incredible experience. I can't speak for anyone else, but I can confidently say that Dr. Hall delivers on what he promises. When he says it's very minimal pain, he means it. And if you follow your aftercare properly, your results will reflect that. I am absolutely in love with my results and feel more confident than ever. I would do it all over again and I am! I'll be going back at the end of the year for arm Lipo. If you've been thinking about it, this is your sign!

Had I known that their incisions are placed in plain sight and not hidden indiscreetly, I would have never gone to them. The Infini liposuction technique that Dr. Shuell used was rushed and aggressive, leaving me with uneven fat removal, cannula marks (stripes on the skin), skin discoloration, and asymmetry. The uneven marks and puncture incisions remained very noticeable even after a year. When another cosmetic surgeon examined my results, he stated the harsh technique was malpractice and that incisions should never be made in clearly visible areas. Check out my pre- and post-surgery photos. Dr. Shuell had also done a fat transfer to my breasts, and in those placement areas, fat necrosis lumps developed. I had to pay to have these hard lumps removed by another surgeon. Plus, when he did the fat transfer to my breast, he broke a few blood vessels, causing a bruised lump that has never gone away. I'm a swimsuit model and can never wear a two-piece bathing suit again. The $12,000 Infini charged me was a total waste of money, and I lost modeling work because of it. It has also caused me emotional pain that you can't put a price on. The best I can do to protect you from the disfigurement I'm burdened with for the rest of my life is to urge you to seek a more qualified cosmetic surgeon and ask plenty of questions.

His positive manner and enthusiasm helps the patients feel better about things. Since the surgery, every doctor and therapist who has looked at the work has commented "that was a good job". It can never replace what was lost, but it's reassuring to know the work was first-rate. Most communication goes through Becca. She can be difficult to get ahold of because she deals with a lot of stuff. They added another person (Shauna), which seems to have helped. They coordinate everything. It is also worth noting that if you have the choice, have Becca or Shauna remove drains and stitches. They seem to have a softer touch for some reason (perhaps because they do it more frequently than Dr Tessler?). I believe they have added another person since last we visited. His office is expanding. The recovery period is long. He said we would hate him for about a year, and then we would love him. There is still some pain. Nerves seem to be coming back to life, which can cause random shooting pains. It's good the nerves are starting to fire again, but the pain isn't fun. We have seen him several times now; follow-ups during the healing process. He continues to be upbeat. In retrospect, we might not have done the reconstruction knowing what we know now. The result was good, but he was right that there would be various levels of random pain for a year. Be aware. I'm submitting this review about two years after the procedure so that I could encapsulate the entire procedure and recovery period. Yelp will date this today, but this whole process started two years ago. We've probably seen him for the final time a few months ago since the healing went well and there's nothing more that needs to be done.

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Flint four years ago and I was immediately unhappy with my…read moreresults. I mentioned how unhappy I was at every single follow-up appointment, but was gaslit out of my feelings. It is only within the past year that I've gotten around to doing revision consults with other surgeons -- all of whom were shocked at my results. Several of them made comments asking if my surgeon was new, if this was their first day, if this was their first time doing this procedure, if they just "winged it" without taking any measurements, etc. I've now had multiple other surgeons offer to do my revision for free because of how poorly my procedure was done the first time! I trusted Dr. Flint with my self-esteem, my health, and my life. I repeatedly voiced my concerns to her, and in response, I was horribly mistreated. Dr. Flint insisted that I had unrealistic expectations, that I was being difficult, and that the very obvious mistakes I was seeing were not actually there. She even went so far as to complain about me to the nurses in the hallway right outside of my room. Dr. Flint watched me cry during my follow-up appointments as I expressed how disappointed and mutilated I felt...and she had no empathy for me. She has taken absolutely no responsibility for her mistakes, nor has she made any effort to amend them. Dr. Flint was dismissive, arrogant, cold, and just mean to me from the moment I met her to our last appointment where I left crying and decided to never come back. I thought I could handle her horrible bedside manner because she seemed like a competent surgeon. But I never would've imagined I would end up like this, and dealing with Dr. Flint's contempt whilst experiencing the emotional devastation of a botched procedure made everything much, much worse. I would have more grace for her if she had met me with empathy instead of cruelty. I would not recommend Dr. Flint to anyone. If you're looking for a surgeon, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. I don't think Dr. Flint deserved the trust I gave her, and I certainly don't think she deserves your trust. I'm not one to leave reviews, but after receiving confirmation from multiple other surgeons that my results were not just bad--but shockingly bad--it felt too important not to. I would hate to see anyone else suffer the way I have because of Dr. Flint.

Funny thing tho, they picked up an old address that hadn't lived at for over a year. So it comes time to pay and I had to pay $143.00 to Cherry. So I used my debit card. Well since they didn't have my address correct, my debit and credit cards wouldn't go thru. Now mind you, they got paid $2,300 from Cherry already! I was there for 1 hour for injectables and another hour trying to explain to the idiots at the front that they won't be able to take my payment for Cherry because cherry picked up an old address. I told them I would get back in contact with them when I spoke to Cherry on Monday. The process for changing an address with Cherry is sending them an email and then entering it. It takes a week to get into the system, I've never encountered an application for funds that didn't have you enter your name, current address, and social! Stupidity like you wouldn't believe with these two girls. The nurse was even dumber. I'm 68 years old and disabled. I left to go to my car and the nurse, I swear, came running after me and said I couldn't leave without paying Cherry the $143.00. I spent upwards of an hour trying to explain to this idiot that as long as Cherry has an incorrect address, none of my credit cards will go through. Honestly, I doubt that this girl is an RN. She's just too dumb for words. So I'm about to get in my car, when she comes running out with her phone and takes a photo of my license plate. Then she tells me I'm going to have to give her my license. I told her she was out of her mind if she thought I was going to drive back home without a license! Unbelievable. You would think this was the national deficit. Then two days later, I get a call from the police! U politely told them these people are out of their minds and that at best, this was a civil matter! I guess what is the icing on the cake, was that this "nurse" supposedly filled my forehead lines and the lines on top of my upper lip with Botox......not so much! The wrinkles on my forehead and my lip before are the same wrinkles that are here now. These people are nothing but common thieves! This business is a scam! They charge at least 30% higher for juvaderm than anyone else. Stay away from this business! They are crooks. Anyone that would like to see before and after photos to show that what I'm stating here is true, you may contact me thru Yelp. It only takes 1-3 days for Botox to take effect.
