I decided to start writing reviews on places I love because more people need to know about great experiences and not just the bad ones! I appreciate reviews so much. Leaving my home state of Washington I was nervous to get all new "people!" It takes a long time to trust someone 100% with your face! Today was my second time coming here. I saw Rory for my Botox and she nailed it the first time! I'm one of those "tight but not too tight and I want a little movement but not too much!" I was not expecting it to be perfect the first time around! Today, I saw Sarah for my facial and she was so lovely and knowledgeable. My skin was GLOWING!! Definitely recommend the hydro facial if you're wanting to start over with some fresh skin. Feels amazing! Bought some Obagi product that I love and was happy they sold it there, as it's my favorite skin care line. I go back next week for facial threading and can't wait! I highly recommend this place for all things skin and body. I signed up for their monthly VIP which will ensure I get my my monthly maintenance! I did have a couple good appointments with Rori - she's great. But can no longer support due to the owner William F. Fulton - so condescending and disrespectful I had to leave. I asked about botox in the trapezius muscle (traptox) and he said "that's not a thing sweetie you need to see a physical therapist". I asked other questions with the same level of contempt. I got under eye injections there. I had to go back each week for 5 weeks to touch up and fix bc my eyes didn't look good. They gave me an extra bike at no charge I assume bc my consult didn't match my results. As time went on, recommendations of what to do and not to do conflicted with my original consult. My eyes were good enough after 5 weeks so I thought I'd be good for about 7-8 months but it's been 1.5 months and I already look horrible - it's disintegrating rapidly. I called them and they didn't call me back. I won't be going back and don't recommend them for eye treatments. My daughter has been going to SKINovative for over a year for monthly facial treatments. We had been satisfied with the service and the staff that provided it. The issue arose with the price increases that we were not notified of. The procedure that she had been getting went up significantly and we had no idea. When I called to discuss after the appointment and charge I was told an email was sent (which I never received) and sorry nothing could be done. Office manager called me back and was extremely rude and condescending. Said price increase was due to covid and they are a small business trying to survive. Blamed it on the cost of gloves needed by her staff. When she earlier told me they are a "professional office with over 10,000 clients". All I wanted was to understand why as a long term client I wasn't given the consideration when we called to schedule a notification of price increase. Very sad to have to leave this review but feel people should be aware. This business is NOT concerned with client retention or customer service but would rather lose a LONG TERM client over a price increase. Guess we are just 1 of 10,000 so doesn't matter to them. I was super impressed. We live in Washington most of the time and I was desperate to get some botox since everything was closed at home. I called in and chatted with Jill (very sweet) and they were able to see me the next day. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I saw the Dr and the nurses with several patients and they were all so nice. Rori did my treatment and she is awesome! Very sweet and gentle. I'd recommend her to anyone, even if you're afraid of needles. I will be having all of my treatments done here in the future, plane ride and all. Rori noticed my ear that had some damage from my childhood and recommended a non surgical solution to fix it. I can't wait to come back and have it done since I've been insecure about it for so long. Added bonus, the new patient price is $7.99 a unit. I highly recommend Rori and the clinic. I wish I could give them all more stars! read more

I've never had Botox. I will say I was extremely apprehensive to let my inner goddess unleash her willingness to live out loud for a fresh new look. I decided to make an appointment after stalking their website for a few weeks and looking at reviews on Yelp. I asked to be seen by the Doctor himself. I was on a mission to seek out the best of the best I walked in today and was relieved to see a beautiful and very welcoming receptionist to get the appointment started. She was extremely nice and I appreciated the welcome and just felt a great energy from her!!! . I was also welcomed by Karena and she took photos of my and explained everything she was doing and why. I deeply respect the knowledge she had to share as it eased my nerves going in to actually meet the Doctor. Super pleasant super nice and just overall made me feel really good about coming in. I really like her! Then I was then welcome by Dr. Fulton. I absolutely LOVE how personable he is. He genuinely was interested in my feelings about Botox and was more then thorough about what I was about to get myself into. He made me feel very comfortable. Great Doctor all around!!! Super friendly SUPER NICE and I felt great! He explained everything he was going to achieve based on my concerns and was super detailed which I completely appreciate! We went into the room to do the injections and once again super detailed about what he was doing and went over step by step what he was going to next. He made me feel super comfortable and the room was completely sterile and that's a HUGE PLUS for me !!! I have over 16 years in the medical field and it's always refreshing to see the professionalism of a medical office. My standards are EXTREMELY HIGH and I'm super observant of osha and hippa cleanliness and everything in between. They are beyond my standard of care. They did an excellent job! went here to talk to doctor about varicose veins in legs. Recommended by my Primary Care physician. The receptionist is friendly, but after handing in the forms, I can overhear her and another lady talking about how you could tell from the forms that I was new, and they won't take my insurance. The receptionist finally comes out and tells me they won't take my insurance, but the doctor can still do the evaluation, then I would have to see someone else. I get taken to a small room to see the doctor, and he barely looks at my legs. Tells me to go to wal-mart and get some compression stockings, that it will help with whoever I go see later. Overall, felt a little rushed around for nothing. The receptionist should have asked when booking the appointment what insurance I had, and next time, I know to ask as well. Their website says they will help with your insurance, but I guess that is not really true. "We're in Network on most major plans. " not really....... read more

I went there 3 years ago for laser hair removal. I had to go to my doctor because I suffered second degree burns. My lags will never be the same since that horrible traumatic experience. I had a nice tan, and after researching the "Why" this happened to me, this was what my research uncovered. They never took responsibility for their part. It was technician error. They tried to blame it on the company that serviced their 10 year old equipment. Well, forwarding on to present day: I have scars, bumps, and the pigmentation on my legs has areas that are white,and will not tan. I finally went to a Dermatologist and the "bumps" were precancerous places from getting burned. This was such a traumatic and painful experience and what made it worse was their condescending attitude toward me and what I went through because of their actions. read more

Update: I called at 230am to get an on call number since that's when the thread started to bulge out of my nose. But it rung to a phone instead. Thus I intended on calling the next day, which I did. She came in on her day off? Well I would hope so. She doesn't know what she's doing which is why the thread moved, which is why I had this done on October 2 and I now have not 1 but THREE scars of which I asked your wife about scar treatments and she didn't offer any assistance. 2 of the scars are from the treatment a month ago that I have been avidly using scar treatment oils on and still remain on my nose. The third GASH is from your unqualified nurse poking and prodding at my nose literally 15 times with a needle to attempt to fix my nose. Perhaps her license should be revoked. Not only that but your wife also didn't reply to me when I asked for a refund several times. Your entire office is unprofessional. I didn't follow up the fourth time because I didn't want to drive an hour for Rori to tell me my nose is fine when in reality, she shouldn't have done the thread to begin with, she also shouldn't have created another scar in attempt to fix it which left the thread literally coming out of my nose and becoming infected. She doesn't know what she's doing, neither does Karena. My nose is still red and now I have to see a dermatologist because of your facility. read more

Dr. Fulton and his staff are amazing. They are very professional and accommodating. I feel like I am VIP every time I go in for a visit. Decided to get some cool sculpting done. I had to sit in treatment for close to 4 hours. The treatment I received from the staff was top notch. They set me up with my laptop so I could work. They even brought lunch in for me during my treatment. I was able to work with no issues. No downtime. Highly recommend the cool sculpting. No recovery, and saves you thousands. I have been coming here for a few years now and absolutely love it! They do excellent work and are always courteous and gentle. I am still so mad about how I was treated by Dr. Fulton's wife/ receptionist that it took me a year to write a review. I had 4 appointments at $50 each to get vein surgery. After all the necessary steps and an insurance rejection all I needed was Dr. Fulton to call my insurance company and correct some information to get an approval and schedule the surgery. I was YELLED at by Karena for several minutes who demanded another $50 appointment. Needless to say I'll find another doctor. Take your business elsewhere. read more
