I love coming to La Vida and have a couple of friends now that come here too. i have been a client for a couple of years now and it is my go-to place for skincare! I absolutely love going there as it is a simple, friendly place and very consistent with treatments. I always leave pretty satisfied and confident that in a couple of weeks they will text me to check if everything is ok, if I need any touch up, etc... basically follow up to make sure I am happy with services or if anything else is needed. I think that's a really nice service that they provide. I don't have the membership but have been considering since I go there with a certain frequency so it probably makes sense so I can save up a bit. read more

I had my first microneedling appointment with Brianna! She was so nice and it was a wonderful experience that was completely painless, she has been there since 2020 and definitely knows her stuff! The employees here are very nice. However my sister and I will NOT be returning. Our dysport we had done recently has worn off already. I had mine done originally on 5-25 and had to go back to get more for the product to only last so long. Wrinkles are back in full force! So glad I didn't sign up for the membership. The employees were all really nice but I think I got a bad batch of Dysport because I am not seeing much of a difference. Dysport usually works really well for me so I am surprised I don't see any improvement after spending as much as I did. Shawna has been the biggest blessing in my life. In the beginning of this year my skin completely broke out with hormonal acne and I tried everything under the sun to fix it. After about 3 weeks of seeing her and switching all of my products to PCA (which she recommended and uses during services) my skin has done a total 180. Hello, I had a terrible experience today with Lavida medspa. The receptionist called Lorraine , was extremely rude. She said my card was declined. However, I found out after calling to the bank for 30 minutes that there is no issue with my card. I was standing in front of her with a broken foot for half an hour and she looked at me down like I even don't have a penny in my pocket.:( She even didn't bother to see twice if my card is working or not! I desperately needed a massage after doing clean up work. Adam was my massage therapist. He is excellent! Truly, an incredible massage. When I was done, I felt refreshed and my body so much more relaxed. Adam listened carefully and gave a precise and thorough massage based on my request for areas of concern. this place straight up shot me full of saline and charged me 520 bucks, they call it , "new client pricing" i went in and got 65 units of what i was told was botox after 1 week i still had no results so i called them they said wait another week them come in for a "touch up". i waited another week , still no results, deff not 65 u its worth of results...thats enough to freeze my entire face, so i show up after 2 weeks of no results and the chick starts mapping out another 65 units on my face and tells me i have to pay but she'll still give me the same deal.. lady what deal??? the one where you sell me 65 units of sali e for 520 bucks and tell me to come back in 2 weeks???!! do not visit this med spa, unless you want to be ripped off entirely by some broke individuals that have to do things like this to make money. i regret ever coming here. they got me for 520 bucks and i never got any results. total rip off. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for about 4-5 months now and repeatedly have had positive experiences. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and our appointments are on time. The facility is also nice and clean. I am posting my review today because I love Andrea my therapist. Her hands are like bits of heaven all over my body. She covers every inch and leaves nothing unaddressed. Her pressure is perfect plus she is sweet, kind and gifted. Andrea even massaged my dry feet (I'm embarrassed to mention but they were clean lol). And she always locates those problem areas even if I forget to tell her about them. Last year I started coming to LaVida and seeing Sage. She's a great injector and I loved coming to see her. Unfortunately, I got put with Ashley and she left me with spok eyebrows aka bad lifted eyebrows very unhappy and I will be going to a different Medspa. The girl on the phone didn't even seem to care even the slightest. Seems like the only injector that knows what she's doing is Sage and they should hire already one other injector that knows what they are doing. Very unhappy. Will be canceling my membership and my advice to anyone reading this is to run and don't think twice. Their goal is to get you in and out. Very bad business practices. read more

This was my first experience with Dysport and I was pretty anxious about the process but Allison was so sweet and informative at my first appointment. I loved my experience with Dysport and she did a fantastic job, the results are exactly what I was hoping for. I started going to LaVida Med Spa many years ago and I can say it's the place I always go back to. A wonderful and relaxing escape for an hour or so of your favorite med spa experience. I watched for Botox specials at other med spa but why bother when Member prices at LaVida are the best in town. My recent service was with Allison who is a wonderful nurse injector. The idea of needles make me nervous, but needles in my face make me sweaty and want to roll into a fetal position. So, when picking a professional to inject stuff into my face, I'm pretty choosy. I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past from an inexperienced face fixer. For example, A few years ago I was given a "Spock" eyebrow. I walked around for about a month with one single arched eyebrow. Everywhere I went people stood by in anticipation for something insightful, interesting or sexy to spout from my mouth. It's like being Chuck Norris or the Dos Equis most interesting man alive yet having nothing interesting to say. It's a real let down for people. I started going to LaVida a year ago and it's been bliss Ever since! They have lifted and poofed all my dents, scratches, and facial fender benders without making me look like an emotionless plastic 40 year old with duck lips.
