Extremely disappointed with my experience I came to La Vida Med Spa in April specifically requesting Dysport. During my consultation, I was encouraged to try Jeuveau instead because it was on sale. I explained that I had previously tried Jeuveau for nearly a year at another med spa and did not love the longevity or the results, but I was still encouraged to move forward with it. I contacted the spa because I was already noticing movement returning in my face in the first 4-6 weeks and was disappointed with the results, especially after spending nearly $500. I returned because I was still unhappy with the results and wanted to achieve the outcome I originally came in for. At that visit, I was charged another $450+ to finally receive Dysport. There was no real accommodation offered other than being told it was "new client pricing." At this point, I have spent close to $900 in less than four months trying to get the results I was expecting from my initial visit. What is most frustrating is that I specifically communicated my concerns about Jeuveau upfront based on my previous experience, yet I still feel like my concerns were not taken seriously and absolutely ripped off. I also received a follow-up call from a manager after expressing my disappointment. Unfortunately, the conversation left me feeling dismissed. I was told that results vary from person to person and that there would be no reimbursement or resolution. The conversation also focused on the fact that I did not come in at the two-week follow-up, but there was no issue at two weeks -- the movement and concerns developed afterward. I understand that results can vary with injectables, but I expected better communication, customer service, and accountability when a treatment was recommended despite my expressed concerns. After spending nearly $900 and feeling like my concerns were more focused on generating another charge rather than ensuring I was satisfied with my results, I will not be returning. read more

I love coming to La Vida and have a couple of friends now that come here too. i have been a client for a couple of years now and it is my go-to place for skincare! I absolutely love going there as it is a simple, friendly place and very consistent with treatments. I always leave pretty satisfied and confident that in a couple of weeks they will text me to check if everything is ok, if I need any touch up, etc... basically follow up to make sure I am happy with services or if anything else is needed. I think that's a really nice service that they provide. I don't have the membership but have been considering since I go there with a certain frequency so it probably makes sense so I can save up a bit. read more

Rae is amazing, I'm so so grateful to have had her as my injector. She is super knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, was thorough in explaining all my options, and her suggestions to me were so appreciated and helpful. I won't ever go anywhere else. Also, management went above and beyond to help me with my membership and making it work for me. Overall, 10/10 experience and I would recommend 1000%! read more

I am a member here and love the staff, honest and helpful when you have concerns about Botox and skincare. Good deals every month!!

I had my first microneedling appointment with Brianna! She was so nice and it was a wonderful experience that was completely painless, she has been there since 2020 and definitely knows her stuff! Very informative and this was my first time at this location after just moving here and I am always insecure going anywhere with a bare face because of my acne scars, I felt very comfortable and not judged at all which is always my biggest worry! Glad I have two more sessions with Brianna and excited for my journey here! :) read more

Rude and incompetent. It was my first time going to a med spa so I have several questions. One question about reducing my happy lines was responded by the tech telling me to lose weight. read more

Tried to price online and they immediately start texting, next day I received SIX phone calls back to back while I was at work. I literally had to put my phone in airplane mode and block the number so they would stop harassing me. NOW I have random local hair salons calling my number and I did not look at hair salons online. Be careful giving contact info to this business! read more

I saw Dai a couple times before canceling my membership. I only cancelled due to money reasons. If I acquire a sugar daddy in the near future I will be going back to Dai! lol She was so sweet and always answered any of my questions with knowledge and care. read more

The employees here are very nice. However my sister and I will NOT be returning. Our dysport we had done recently has worn off already. I had mine done originally on 5-25 and had to go back to get more for the product to only last so long. Wrinkles are back in full force! So glad I didn't sign up for the membership. Really annoying I waisted so much money. read more

1. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. 2. New patient pricing. (BOOM!) 3. Clean & pleasant office. I can not stress enough how important it is, to have decent lobby/waiting room furniture. If I enter an establishment, and the lobby furniture is trashed/a million years old, and/or there's stains all over the floor, I'll never return. Why would I pay good money to be in a garbage atmosphere? I'd go elsewhere. 4. Perfect location for me read more

Shawna has been the biggest blessing in my life. In the beginning of this year my skin completely broke out with hormonal acne and I tried everything under the sun to fix it. After about 3 weeks of seeing her and switching all of my products to PCA (which she recommended and uses during services) my skin has done a total 180. She is so kind and compassionate with her clients. I can't thank her enough for taking the time to see me every week and getting to know my skin better and better each time. read more

The employees were all really nice but I think I got a bad batch of Dysport because I am not seeing much of a difference. Dysport usually works really well for me so I am surprised I don't see any improvement after spending as much as I did. I was hoping this would be a great find but I guess I'll have to stick with my far away spa that does a great job & has reliable product. read more

Kinda hesitant to try LaVida Med Spa for their massage at first because I'm very particular with massages. I imagined they would be similar to chain spa companies which I'm not a fan of. Hello, I had a terrible experience today with Lavida medspa. The receptionist called Lorraine , was extremely rude. She said my card was declined. However, I found out after calling to the bank for 30 minutes that there is no issue with my card. I was standing in front of her with a broken foot for half an hour and she looked at me down like I even don't have a penny in my pocket.:( She even didn't bother to see twice if my card is working or not! Very unprofessional! The first impression and meet was horrendous. read more

Make sure you know this company has two different names and two different locations. No one told me I had an appointment at a different location until I showed up for my appointment And had to reschedule which is next to impossible to do with them. My husband and I have been coming here for about 4-5 months now and repeatedly have had positive experiences. We are always greeted with a friendly smile and our appointments are on time. The facility is also nice and clean. I am posting my review today because I love Andrea my therapist. Her hands are like bits of heaven all over my body. She covers every inch and leaves nothing unaddressed. Her pressure is perfect plus she is sweet, kind and gifted. Andrea even massaged my dry feet (I'm embarrassed to mention but they were clean lol). And she always locates those problem areas even if I forget to tell her about them. I hope the owner knows how wonderful she is. Therapists like her are worth going the extra for to keep! Love love love her!! Thank you again Andrea! read more

I desperately needed a massage after doing clean up work. Adam was my massage therapist. He is excellent! Truly, an incredible massage. When I was done, I felt refreshed and my body so much more relaxed. Adam listened carefully and gave a precise and thorough massage based on my request for areas of concern. He didn't use his elbows or pressure that was too much. Thankful I found an excellent new therapist! read more

this place straight up shot me full of saline and charged me 520 bucks, they call it , "new client pricing" i went in and got 65 units of what i was told was botox after 1 week i still had no results so i called them they said wait another week them come in for a "touch up". i waited another week , still no results, deff not 65 u its worth of results...thats enough to freeze my entire face, so i show up after 2 weeks of no results and the chick starts mapping out another 65 units on my face and tells me i have to pay but she'll still give me the same deal.. lady what deal??? the one where you sell me 65 units of sali e for 520 bucks and tell me to come back in 2 weeks???!! do not visit this med spa, unless you want to be ripped off entirely by some broke individuals that have to do things like this to make money. i regret ever coming here. they got me for 520 bucks and i never got any results. total rip off. read more

This was my first experience with Dysport and I was pretty anxious about the process but Allison was so sweet and informative at my first appointment. I loved my experience with Dysport and she did a fantastic job, the results are exactly what I was hoping for. THE WORST EVER!! I spent thousands as a long term client for botox. After botched face, crooked smile for months, the owner Meesha was so rude to me! AWFUL! She was so mean on the phone and did nothing to refund me. So much for appreciating your long term clients. She DOES NOT CARE or take any responsibility for her injectors mistakes or short comings. DO NOT GO! So many options, choose wisely. read more

I started going to LaVida Med Spa many years ago and I can say it's the place I always go back to. A wonderful and relaxing escape for an hour or so of your favorite med spa experience. I watched for Botox specials at other med spa but why bother when Member prices at LaVida are the best in town. My recent service was with Allison who is a wonderful nurse injector. Very skilled Botox/Dysport injector and she takes the time to get to know you and your needs. She is awesome. Highly recommend this place for facials and massages too. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about LaVita Medspa. Their services and staff are stellar! Just saw Rae yesterday for a Botox refresh and filler. What is always amazing to me is how well organized they are from visit to visit- they remember and document all of the little things I like and each staff member molds themselves to the way you like service. Rae was super accommodating and the results are outstanding. Immediately with filler I look 5 years younger. I love it! It looks natural- no one would ever know unless I told them! Thank you LaVita! read more

Last year I started coming to LaVida and seeing Sage. She's a great injector and I loved coming to see her. Unfortunately, I got put with Ashley and she left me with spok eyebrows aka bad lifted eyebrows very unhappy and I will be going to a different Medspa. The girl on the phone didn't even seem to care even the slightest. Seems like the only injector that knows what she's doing is Sage and they should hire already one other injector that knows what they are doing. Very unhappy. Will be canceling my membership and my advice to anyone reading this is to run and don't think twice. Their goal is to get you in and out. Very bad business practices. read more

The idea of needles make me nervous, but needles in my face make me sweaty and want to roll into a fetal position. So, when picking a professional to inject stuff into my face, I'm pretty choosy. I've had some pretty bad experiences in the past from an inexperienced face fixer. For example, A few years ago I was given a "Spock" eyebrow. I walked around for about a month with one single arched eyebrow. Everywhere I went people stood by in anticipation for something insightful, interesting or sexy to spout from my mouth. It's like being Chuck Norris or the Dos Equis most interesting man alive yet having nothing interesting to say. It's a real let down for people. I started going to LaVida a year ago and it's been bliss Ever since! They have lifted and poofed all my dents, scratches, and facial fender benders without making me look like an emotionless plastic 40 year old with duck lips. In fact, nobody has even guessed or knows that I get Botox! read more
