I purchased a Groupon for three IPL sessions with Giovanni Medspa. When I later attempted to schedule my appointments, I discovered that my Groupon had already been marked as redeemed by the merchant, despite the fact that I have never visited the facility or received any services!! It seems this is something they are doing frequently based off other reviews. This raises serious concerns about their business practices, they are redeeming vouchers prematurely and collecting payment without providing the corresponding treatments. Additionally, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to address this issue. I will reverse the charge and report to Groupon. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise others to proceed with caution. read more

Took a lgbtqia+ friend to get their first neurotoxin injections. Found these folks via Groupon & bought their Dysport lip flip & a separate chunk of units Dysport for a bday gift. Located on the street side of a mini shopping area, I was pleased to find the lobby & check-in area were bright, airy & spotless. A few pieces of tasteful marketing material & a cheerful greeting from the staff made us both feel welcome. We were taken back to the treatment room on time & the nurse did the series of pretty painless injections with little to no bruising. RN injector seemed slightly flustered but was still professional & did a nice job. My friend has been quite happy with the results & plans to return for more stuff. Too bad it's quite a drive from Tucson, but still totally worth it. No problems redeeming or scheduling & it made for a fun gift. Will be sure to buy some treatments for me next time! read more

I purchased 80 units of botox on a groupon and we used 68 leaving 12 in the "bank" after 10 days I still had the same amount of movement.
