mediocre experience. Pros: I was able to make a same day appointment withing 4 hours of wanting to be serviced. The staff was extremely friendly, and kind. The facility is very clean and beautiful. Cons: I booked for a prenatal massage. I am 7 months pregnant and extremely achy and sore. I work 9 hours a day at an office so i have a bad back, shoulders and with the pregnancy horribly sore feet. That is usually all I need to say for a massage therapist to know what to work on. I have received amazing prenatal massaged throughout my pregnancy, and i am familiar with all the spas and resorts throughout the valley. Although very kind, I feel this masseuse did not pay attention to the areas of concern I highlighted on the intake form, and that we spent time discussing before hand. There was no specialized attention to these areas, and the pressure was extremelyyy light. I am a very shy person and do not like confrontation at all, There were two times I ALMOST got the courage to speak up to see if she can work harder or deeper on my back and feet and by the time i was about to she was moving on. I actually feel like she spent more time on my front side, which should not be the case if we talked about my back and neck. I spent close to $160 after tip to basically have lotion rubbed on my whole body very very lightly. I picked this place based on the 5 starts review, and it seems to be a better option of you are looking for a facial, or maybe the head spa, but the massage was not therapeutic at all. I'm writing this from work where my back and shoulders are still killing me and the most terrible part is i paid for an extra 30 min because i needed extra work on these areas. I left extremely disappointed and subsequently I'm looking for another place to go to to fix these areas of concern as the massage I received here did nothing for me. read more

Three generations--grandma, daughter-in-law and granddaughter--had a spa day today. We each had a package of services: facial, massage and golden glow body treatment. We enjoyed a delicious lunch from Postinos in a private room at the spa midday while we compared notes about the services we received. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist was so informative about their offered services and overall very helpful. From the moment I walked in, Jade provided me with excellent costumer service and made me feel welcome when she took me to back to their relaxation room. I really love this spa. I had a disappointing facial at another spa in Gilbert, and said okay I'm done with facials. Then I said facials is a good way to pamper myself...so I'll try another spot and see if I get a better experience. This experience was good. Well not good but amazing! I booked a last minute same day appointment and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I got their signature cleanse with Jess and this my first time getting a facial. It was extremely relaxing. Only 'complaint' would be that the pressure was a little too light and would of preferred more hard next time. I would probably go back if I am ever in town again and want to treat myself. read more

Being new to Gilbert I have taken my time finding new businesses and people to help take care of me. Unfortunately, I had terrible thoracic pain a few days ago that Chiropractic care alone wouldn't resolve, so couldn't be patient. I could've settled for a light Massage Envy appointment that evening, but knew I needed more, so waited to see Jamie the following morning. And thankfully I did! Massage therapists really do not get enough credit. When I say this woman is a magician, I mean it from the depths of my shoulder blades. Now this kind of magic isn't sprinkles and cotton candy it's more like cayenne pepper, but so so worth the pain. To top it off, she does cupping, which I am oddly addicted to. I walked out with immediate relief, mentally and physically. I am thankful to have found this little gem and will definitely be back. This review is a few weeks overdue. Thanks to a gift card I won at a charity event, I learned about Cleanse. I was excited to book my nano needling appointment with an upgrade to the neck and decolletage for the day after Thanksgiving. Plus, I took advantage of their eye and lip treatment special for my birthday month! First, it's the cutest place! Clean, modern, and comfortable. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and Lisa, one of the owners and who performed my nano needling, welcomed me warmly back to a service room. Lisa asked me about my skincare history. I wasn't sure if I wanted a micro-needling or a nano needling. I'd gotten a micro-needling before, but the downtime is a few days, and my face took at least a week to recover. It would have been the same price, minus the neck and decolletage. She explained both services in detail and looked at my face and ultimately suggested that I try the nano needling since I was using a gift card for it. Lisa made sure I was happy with the warmth of the bed, and let me know every step of the service. It was nice to get some face care education from her, too. She's super nice and professional and warm at the same time! The nano needling is not painful. I thought it felt good. It took less than an hour, and then I was on my way with some wonderful samples. My experience couldn't have been better. It was the perfect refresher for my face after the holiday. What's super cool is that two people have complimented my skin since getting the nano needling. One even told me that I look 18. With my 47th birthday fast-approaching, I'm happy! I look forward to going back for peels and more at Cleanse Face and Body Bar. One other thing to note: A lot of the add-on services are $30 to $50, which is extremely affordable for the service and extra pampering for your skin. read more
