Very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about not just skin, but all sorts of things we see in the beauty world today. She's helped me navigate brands and treatments to discover my best results. After 9 months of booking with her, I am finally seeing clear, glowing skin again (since getting off birth control)! Also the vibe and ambiance of this place is great. They offer sparkling wine before your appointment - I'll show up 10 mins early just to sip and relax - and during your appointment, the chairs are very comfy, the music is calming and of course Jaylynn is the best at creating a relaxing experience - she'll offer a blanket and knee bolster for added comfort; she'll use aromatherapy, deep breathing, and head / shoulder massages throughout the session to really help you decompress - I've fallen asleep many times and nothing is better than waking up from a nap with fresh skin. read more

Me and my mom booked to get facials together to try something new. We had booked online where the process is really easy. They had a special where it was $99 for your first facial (not sure if that was limited time or for always). It is good to note that even though you book online and put in your card info you are not charged until after your service! So you can also change or add any treatments you wanna experience. Because me and my mom went on Mother's Day they had little goodies out in the lobby. It was rose and some pastries from Prep and Pastry. You could also build yourself a mini flower bouquet with a table of flowers they had spread out! It was very nice to see these little extras on a special day. Overall the facility looked very clean and bright. The facial itself was very nice! It is 50minutes long and in that personal session I got a skin analysis, different cleansers, a face massage, gua sha massage, scalp massage, hydro infusion, sunscreen application, and eye cream application. Everything was so nice! And my esthetician, Drea made sure I was always comfortable. She was very great and I recommend her if you decide to book! After the facial you get a card with a recap of everything that was talked about for your skin. You get recommendations for products that could help your skin type which is nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars versus 5 is due to the regular prices of the facials. To become a member, as I understand it, is $104 dollars monthly. Plus more if you decide to get enhancements. If you can afford it, great! I've just personally seen cheaper prices elsewhere. However, I know this is a newer facility. Overall it was an amazing time with my mom and I enjoyed it all. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this business and feel compelled to share it. A friend purchased a $125 gift card for me on December 4, 2023. Life got busy, and I recently found the card. When I called to check the balance, I was told my friend had already used the balance on the gift card because staff claimed the card would "expire." This is blatantly misleading, as the back of the gift card clearly states there is no expiration date. When I brought this up, the response was dismissive--they claimed it must have been an "old gift card." Despite this, no resolution or additional incentive was offered to address the issue, aside from the standard new customer discount that anyone could receive. I expected better customer service, especially when this could have been an opportunity to gain a loyal customer. The lack of effort to resolve the situation left me deeply disappointed, and I would advise against purchasing their gift cards. ** I also wanted to add that my mom and I received these gift cards ($250 value). Upon entry, I was greeted with an option for wine or water, and the lobby is full of pretty (expensive) skincare products. It was my first time at Heyday Santan, and I booked a last-minute appointment. The staff was welcoming--they even offered water or wine while I waited. My esthetician, Brandy, was great. She had a light touch, and the gua sha experience was a nice addition to the facial. However, I expected more from the facial itself. I'm used to treatments that include scrubs, blackhead extraction, steam, and tools. Here, it was mostly layering various products, masks, and a bit of massage. Have been seeing a lot of videos on social media about taking care of one's skin and I'll be honest, I don't know much. I wash my face with my body wash, which shocked all the ladies at HeyDay haha but hey we're learning and gonna do better. Figured I'd try this place out especially with their current promotion for new clients. I saw Lauren and she was great. Can't really go into specifics since it was my first appointment and I don't know about the products but she was cool. The facial was nice and relaxing. Lauren was very attentive. Jessie gave me the best facial, analyzed my skin, educated me on specific products that will work best for my skin type and set me up with a daily skin routine. Ok I have say I am super disappointed I seen on the news this morning that they had a so called deal you tradetrade-in. An old used up or not container of your facial product and they would give you a trial size to see if you liked it never said anything about having to purchase a facial so I drove all the way over here so I could try a new product to see if I liked it and she informed me that I would need to book $100 facial as well she stated so they knew what product I needed. I already know what I need the most moisture possible. This should've been stated when they were doing their ad on the news, but it was conveniently left out. I don't like being told I have to schedule something. if I like the service and I like the product I probably would schedule one, but this just seemed very contrived, obviously their way of getting people in the door.It's wrong. I used to be a medical aesthetician years ago. I know the game I'm not playing it. So tired of people trying to pull one over on others. I just pulled up. I've been getting facials at Heyday for the past several months and am so pleased with how my skin looks. Lauren is amazing and explains every product and service for my skin. I had always wanted to add a retinol to my skin care routine but didn't really know how to use one, and she introduced me to the Dr. Loretta products, which are fantastic.
