My flawless skin is now damaged! Because I was heading to a mission in Africa -knowing make up wasn't an option- I decided to have a laser treatment - the next day, my beautiful skin was "pitted" & damaged. I had to beg for an appt- once there, the tech & manager spoke "freely" for all to hear, including myself . She kept saying - "did she sign a consent form?". They are about mid price range but if you follow them on socials they release specials! I first found them through a Groupon a few years ago. My normal nurse left after I had been going to her for a couple years and I've been since seeing Savannah who has been amazing! I definitely recommend requesting her when scheduling. I absolutely love this place. I went here to have them fix an issue that I had from a previous procedure. They got me in that day and even told me I could come in early if I wanted to. I loved that. Everyone is extremely nice here and so very friendly and welcoming. I don't remember the person that did my injection, but I wish I did because she was great. I really loved when she said that one of the injections might be a little 'spicy.' I am never going to forget that, it was so cute and so funny. I look amazing, they fixed the problem and everything worked well before they said that it would and I know that's not a guarantee for everyone, but for me I am so happy I didn't have to wait two weeks for it to work. Very disappointed with the customer service. I paid for a full syringe of lip filler. It was my first time with filler so I only used half the syringe and made sure to ask if I could use the other half later when I wanted. He said yes, you just have to pay the $75 fee to have someone inject again. That's fine. But when I called 3 months later to schedule an appointment to use the rest of the syringe they told me they got rid of it a month later. No one gave me that time table when I asked at my appointment. I would've used the full syringe if I knew that!! I had no follow up calls to notify me that this would happen. So I just lost money for no reason. They didn't even offer to honor the original deal since they FAILED to notify me. read more

I visited allure this week and the service was amazing. I've been to a few medspas and I loved this place and booked another appointment 2 days later. The front desk girls were quick and efficient. Ana my injector was knowledgeable and friendly and I plan to keep seeing her for all my needs. Good pricing and ways to continue to save a few dollars which is nice to see they care about. Expectations were not met. Apparently more time was needed to comply with the request, I made. I wanted sculptors, and flip the lip. Corina used Botox for the flipping of the lips. She gave a pinch on each side of my lips, and I saw no results. Corina said it will take a few days before I can see a difference. I saw nothing. Later addressed it, Corina said to flip the lip, she would need an hour. Clearly she is misinformed. I will not be going back. My experience was not favorable. So I can't recommend this place. read more

Update: 16 days after the procedure NOT ONE person nor the owner from Allure Medspa has followed up on my bruised eye asking how I am doing (still very visible, lots of blood flowed that morning). I did, however, get a voicemail asking me to book another appointment AND also a text. No thanks! My advice: avoid this spa! If you want a caring competent aesthetician, find a LOCAL small business owner where they are fully vested in your successful outcome. read more

I have been coming in once a month for the past 4 months to see Stefany! She's is very professional and will explain everything before doing anything. The office is very clean, taking precautions with Covid. Mask are required, they have sanitizer and use gloves. The front desk girls are always so nice. The laser technicians here are nice; however, they lack consistency, consideration, understanding, and they do not strive to help the clients seek results. They refuse to actually listen to the clients concerns and make reasonable adjustments to help them reach their goals and will give excuses that do not apply to me based upon the facts presented in front of them. They misinformed and misled me into thinking that their machine is suitable for skin tones such as mine, but that is false. Their machines are incredibly weak, outdated, and low quality. They should have been honest and referred me to a highly credible and professional competitor. As a brown skin woman, their machines actually stimulated hair as opposed to decreasing it. So please keep that mind if you want to invest money here. They switch up the technicians last minute and often times use clients (without permission) as Guinea pigs/test dummies to help train new people. That's extremely unprofessional and I did not pay full price for a service to treated by a student who often times will miss spots, require direction, enlongate my appointment, make mistakes, and make the client unintentionally feel uncomfortable in a very vulnerable position. It should be brought to the clients attention BEFOREHAND so they can decide if they want to proceed. I asked to have my package refunded/prorated for what is left because I have completely given up. They kindly refused. I do not trust them anymore with my self care needs. I have referred 12 women here for their self care needs and will advise them to reconsider. read more

I booked an appointment for Botox on July 30th. The nurse at the time apologized and said she hit a blood vein. I have had small round bruises from Botox before so didn't really think twice about it until I woke up with a black eye. I had to cancel meetings with clients and prospects and my boss. Management refused a refund or a credit and did not even bother to apologize for inconvenience. I will never EVER use one of their med spas again and would not recommend that you do either. Their nurses are obviously not trained or have the right credentials to do Botox. read more
