During my consultation, I was encouraged to try Jeuveau instead because it was on sale. I explained that I had previously tried Jeuveau for nearly a year at another med spa and did not love the longevity or the results, but I was still encouraged to move forward with it. I contacted the spa because I was already noticing movement returning in my face in the first 4-6 weeks and was disappointed with the results, especially after spending nearly $500. I returned because I was still unhappy with the results and wanted to achieve the outcome I originally came in for. At that visit, I was charged another $450+ to finally receive Dysport. There was no real accommodation offered other than being told it was "new client pricing." At this point, I have spent close to $900 in less than four months trying to get the results I was expecting from my initial visit. What is most frustrating is that I specifically communicated my concerns about Jeuveau upfront based on my previous experience, yet I still feel like my concerns were not taken seriously and absolutely ripped off. I also received a follow-up call from a manager after expressing my disappointment. Unfortunately, the conversation left me feeling dismissed. I was told that results vary from person to person and that there would be no reimbursement or resolution. The conversation also focused on the fact that I did not come in at the two-week follow-up, but there was no issue at two weeks -- the movement and concerns developed afterward. I understand that results can vary with injectables, but I expected better communication, customer service, and accountability when a treatment was recommended despite my expressed concerns. After spending nearly $900 and feeling like my concerns were more focused on generating another charge rather than ensuring I was satisfied with my results, I will not be returning.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have family and friends who own esthetic businesses similar to here just don't offer laser treatments which is why I went here but this is the absolute worst and most frustrating business I have ever encountered. It seems all of them are the exact same. The people who answer the phones are always rude and short with you. Horrible customer service. I work in health care and I have never seen or been to a facility with such rude employees. Similar to some other people's reviews their selling tactics be aware of. They will ask you at EVERY single visit if you want to add something on and they will keep pushing and pushing even if you tell them no and someone like me told them yes to one of them because they wouldn't leave me alone and now owe another $1000. They don't take no for an answer. I only wanted bikini and legs that was my only concern area which was disclosed with them multiple times but they keep bombarding you and will not stop until you say yes to something. It makes it an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. I am in my early 20's and only wanted two treatments because I was in pain I was told I would start to see results after the third or fourth treatment which was not the case my hair was still the same and there were no changes. Then I had someone in the hospital and many other devastating concerns going on and couldn't continue to pay or do treatments. When I was talking to the women at first before I started anything or did any treatments or started payments I asked if I could stop payments or pause them until I was ready to continue and they told me yes as well as me witnessing another customer being allowed to do so when I went in for my second appointment so when all these things started going on naturally I called them and asked them if I could stop the payments and they told me no. I was confused and irritated because I was told differently. The women told me I couldn't stop payments but I could use them for something different which I told her I couldn't pay right now because of the stuff going on but they don't care and only want your money even though your not going in for appointments to do the "treatments". Then she hung up on me and seemed annoyed because I was frustrated that one of their other employees told me I could stop the payments and not continue them at anytime so I don't understand how it is my fault. They seemed very nice and caring but it's just two faced. I will never be going back there and I guess they can just take the free $5000 because they won't allow me to stop payments even though I am no longer doing treatment and haven't done a single treatment in 6-8 months but have been continuing to pay them for nothing. Absolutely disgusting people and owner and business. Do not go here. There are so many other places please, please, please go somewhere else.

This was my second appointment with her and, once again, my skin looks and feels amazing. My first visit was for microneedling, and after a short recovery with some light flaking, my skin looked more even-toned and noticeably smoother with fewer fine lines.
