I had to select one star to write my experience otherwise at this time this company would not get a single star. Here's the deal. I dropped a huge glass jar on my foot this past weekend on Saturday which landed me in urgent care with an injury that was shocking to me as it disabled me to drive and plenty of stitches on my foot. I called first thing Monday 6/21/21 to give them a heads up that I don't know what the situation will be but please note I may have to call and reschedule. No doubt I called today to reschedule and the girl on the phone tells me the computer will charge me $25. WTH!! I am calling to reschedule not cancel!!! This is when I take time to write a review as I never do!! This is when I say humanity matters and so do situations when a customer is asking for respect no matter your rules, system or whatever!!! I had a Precision Dermaplaning Facial with Ashley. She was AMAZING! She asked me about my skin and beauty routine and I informed her I wanted to treat my dry skin as I had tried a chemical peel two months before but didn't get any results. Buyer beware!!! I had to cancel my appointment, which I did when confirming through their text service that I needed to reschedule my appointment and I would not be in. They confirmed saying someone would get back to me shortly which they didn't. Later I looked at my credit card statement and they charged my credit card 25.00 for a no show appointment. When I called and wanted my money back they said they could give it back to me only as a credit. When I asked that my credit card be deleted I was told she couldn't do that either. I went in for laser hair removal on a package of six. When I told them I was dissatisfied with my results I was told that I would need more treatments therefore I bought another package. After those treatments didn't get me any further than I already had gotten I was told that the technician that I had previously used wasn't doing it correctly. I was given one free treatment and then needed to pay for the next ones I chose to do so. About 10 treatments total and still have hair on my legs. Not to mention the countless nagging to buy into their monthly program for 50.00 a month but you can't cancel at any time it's a 12 month contract! read more

Originally I started going here because I purchased a Groupon for Laser hair removal ( which worked wonderfully) and decided to try out one of their facials that came with a back facial. This experience was so relaxing! Since then I've become a member, which is not something I'd normally do, but I'm so glad I did! This monthly facial has done wonders to my skin, I had dark spots beforehand and acne, my skin is completely cleared and glowing even. The staff is so nice, the manager is so relatable and knowledgeable about everything they are doing so wonderfully. I recently found a deal to have laser hair removal in one small area, 6 treatments for a super low price. Thought it was too good to be true but went for it. In two treatments in and haven't had to shave since I started the treatment. Im also a natural red head so it's supposed to not be as effective... But these girls do such a great job and take there time, do the area and around, go slow and steady, and do several passes. They PAY ATTENTION to details and know their stuff!! Totally worth every penny!! Reception gal is my favorite part of the visit. Totally friendly finds you deals and ways to save, knows her girls and matches you to your best fit. She's on top of it!! I first discovered this place with a groupon for a microdermabrasion facial and fell in so much so that I immediately signed up for a monthly membership!! They also offer a ton of different services my fave being the lash extensions. I've seen ericka all times I've been there and I absolutely adore her! Very disappointed with this place! They up charged me for a dermaplane facial versus a microderm facial when I questioned it I had 3 sassy girls who work there stand at the counter and school me on the difference of procedures which had nothing to do with the price. Bad move on their part I just went to the website and both facials are exact same price. Trust me I weed out this BS every single time! Thoroughly disgusted that they ruined my sweet daughters day and got more money out of me than they should have. Also we requested no extractions except for the nose, by the time the facial was over the lady had popped and squeezed her entire face. It was bright red and over irritated.
