During my consultation, I was encouraged to try Jeuveau instead because it was on sale. I explained that I had previously tried Jeuveau for nearly a year at another med spa and did not love the longevity or the results, but I was still encouraged to move forward with it. I contacted the spa because I was already noticing movement returning in my face in the first 4-6 weeks and was disappointed with the results, especially after spending nearly $500. I returned because I was still unhappy with the results and wanted to achieve the outcome I originally came in for. At that visit, I was charged another $450+ to finally receive Dysport. There was no real accommodation offered other than being told it was "new client pricing." At this point, I have spent close to $900 in less than four months trying to get the results I was expecting from my initial visit. What is most frustrating is that I specifically communicated my concerns about Jeuveau upfront based on my previous experience, yet I still feel like my concerns were not taken seriously and absolutely ripped off. I also received a follow-up call from a manager after expressing my disappointment. Unfortunately, the conversation left me feeling dismissed. I was told that results vary from person to person and that there would be no reimbursement or resolution. The conversation also focused on the fact that I did not come in at the two-week follow-up, but there was no issue at two weeks -- the movement and concerns developed afterward. I understand that results can vary with injectables, but I expected better communication, customer service, and accountability when a treatment was recommended despite my expressed concerns. After spending nearly $900 and feeling like my concerns were more focused on generating another charge rather than ensuring I was satisfied with my results, I will not be returning.

What is more of a concern is when these recommendations seem to be based more on a predetermined quota than on an individualized assessment. An injector cannot accurately determine how many units you need simply by looking at your face without having you make the expressions necessary to assess your muscle movement, such as scrunching your nose or raising your eyebrows. Every face is different, and treatment recommendations should be tailored to the individual, not driven by sales targets. How is this place still open guess it's the "marketing" since it's a chain. Very disappointed it was a complete waste of time.

I went to Pure Vanity for the first time and saw Grace for a dermaplane facial, and she was amazing. You can immediately tell she really knows what she's talking about. She explained everything she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would help my specific skin type instead of just giving generic advice. I have super dry skin, and honestly she gave me more helpful information than I've gotten from some dermatologists. What impressed me was that she didn't just know about the products she was using -- she actually understands skin and how different skin types react differently. She explained things in a way that actually made sense to me. She was also really easy to talk to and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and fun. One thing I really appreciated was that she took the time to talk through next steps and help me come up with a good plan for my skin moving forward, but never once made me feel pressured to immediately book more services or buy products. It genuinely felt like she just wanted to help educate me and improve my skin. I left feeling like my skin looked great and like I actually learned something too. I absolutely love Pure Vanity! The Chandler location has the best customer service I've experienced in the industry and it's so nice to be repeat customers knowing that they know who you are and care about you, too. My first time was in January where I got to enjoy a 2-hour facial and massage, and I even tried Microdermabrasion for first time. I was a little nervous about it, but Erica went through the whole process with me, thoroughly explaining the procedure and what to expect. I received Botox treatment for my forehead as well as other areas of the face expecting the standard outcome--reduced movement and a smooth, even appearance. However, even after a full month, my forehead still moves significantly, and the results are clearly uneven. Some areas responded to the treatment while others did not, which immediately raised concerns for me. I made my first notification of the poor results as soon as I noticed this inconsistency, questioning why some areas were working while others were not. The service was performed by a young lady who, in my opinion, did not seem fully knowledgeable about how the treatment should be properly applied. While I am not a medical professional, I have had Botox done before and recognized right away that something was wrong. I only felt injections in two areas of my forehead, and I left the appointment looking like I had "two horns," as if all the units had been concentrated in those two spots instead of evenly distributed. Additionally, the area between my eyebrows still has noticeable movement, when there should be none. When I brought these concerns forward, I was asked to return so they could take photos. After doing so, I was told I needed to wait an additional two weeks to see the full effects--even though other areas had already taken effect. This explanation felt dismissive and did not address the obvious imbalance in the results. What's most frustrating is that no meaningful solution was offered. There was no refund, no corrective treatment, and no accountability for the poor outcome. The only option presented was to wait longer or come back again--which would have been my third visit for the same unresolved issue. At that point, I chose not to return. This experience has been incredibly upsetting. Facial treatments like Botox require precision, expertise, and trust. When done poorly, it impacts not only your appearance but also your confidence. The lack of care and refusal to provide a reasonable resolution only made the situation worse. I would strongly advise other women to shy away from this provider based on both the poor results and the lack of customer support.

It seems this is something they are doing frequently based off other reviews. This raises serious concerns about their business practices, they are redeeming vouchers prematurely and collecting payment without providing the corresponding treatments. Additionally, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to address this issue. I will reverse the charge and report to Groupon. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would advise others to proceed with caution.
