I went to Vitalize for 2 micro-needling facial treatments and 1 PRP micro-needling session, all about 4 months apart from each other. I could tell a difference in my face's texture and visibility, but after the third treatment, which they recommended, I really noticed a difference. My face has a lot of sun damage from growing up in California and also aging as I am in my early 40's, so to see how smooth my face was after each treatment and finally after the third treatment was a great feeling and assured me that the results were well worth it!!! It has now been 4 months since my services and I couldn't be more satisfied. I only had 20 units of botox when I went so after 4 months I am wanting to make an appointment soon. The time frame averages 6 months but that applies primarily to results from more units. I did have a minor issue during the first month in which I called to see what my options were. It was handled within 1 day, professionally and to my full satisfaction. I see others have left negative reviews in which I personally saw no merit. Just like a hair stylist or gym, we don't all have the same taste so possibly it wasn't a good fit. However, for me, a professional who works in management and customer service, I highly recommend Dr. Nadir and her team. I actually drive from North Scottsdale to see her! read more

I absolutely loved this place at first, I went in for an appointment and they didn't even show up. After sitting there for a 1/2 hour the manager called me saying they weren't going to be there for some time. I think it was my second appointment, anyhoo.. I was upset because I'm a busy person it's kinda far from my house so the manager gave me 20 units of botox credit. I came in to do some other procedures in the meantime and said I would save my credit. I made an appt last Saturday for my credit botox and when I got there there was no credit in the system, the manager had left and I said that's okay the doctor will remember that day. She comes out and acted like I was a liar stating, "Why would she give you that unauthorized credit?" Uhm gee I don't know ? So I left. Racial slurs, unsanitary, rip off, AND poor service Heed the advice of reviews here and save yourself a huge rip off. My experience is exactly that of the others. I have had Botox several times prior at many other places always with very successful results. Arrived at my appointment and sat in a waiting room shared with the doctors office. The room was full of sick people coughing all over me. The receptionist called me back. She is extremely nice. She went to adjust the chair in the procedure room and the back fell off. So she takes off the throw blanket to reveal a disgusting broken patient table with cracked vinyl and rust. Ok, no big deal just put the big fuzzy blanket that everyone else used back on. Because a blanket can be sanitized between parients. NOT. The IV Specialist comes in. She is very nice. We begin talking about pedicures at which point she begins imitating the Viatnamese nail tech ' yooo pick colo' . I found this very insensitive and inappropriate especially since she is a minority herself. But, considering she's about to stick needles in my head, I keep my mouth shut. She finishes the injections and states 'if there is still movement, just call us and come back in. I don't know your face yet'. 10 days later, I can't believe how little results I had. I've had better results with 20 units. I'm 37 years old. 40 units is more than enough for forehead and furrow lines. I call, they say come on in. 30 minutes of sitting with sick people and I am called back in. She tells Tina to load 14 more units. I'm instructed to meet out front where I am then charged an additional $120. I was completely outraged. When someone says, if I didn't do it right, come back in. You don't think you are going to repay, at full price, for her mistake. If my steak is cooked wrong and I send it back, I don't pay twice! Apparently, I'm not the only one who has been duped. $460 and 54 units later.. that is absolutely outrageous! I was apologized to, as I voiced my outrage but no other action was taken. Notice that the office has not reached out to a single reviewer on here. That is their customer service. It's in alignment with their environment, skill set, and ethics. Go somewhere else. There are a lot of great places with the same prices. read more

I bought 20 units of Botox on Groupon and set up an appt on January 7, 2017. After a few days I was still able to move my forehead area. I called a few days later on January 11, 2017 & Tina the manager told me "it takes a week for Botox to work, call after the week & if it's still not working we'll give you more and set you up with another appointment". Well, after a week I went back to the office on January 14, 2017, because the Botox STILL wasn't working (or whatever they injected my forehead with). Tina told come back on Monday, "so they can make it right". She wanted me to go to the office times, waste my time, gas and money and at that point, i just wanted my money back. Tina said she would call me this week (Jan 16) regarding the refund, and I still haven't received a call and no refund. It is clear this "business" does not give the complete 20 units of Botox (as I've had Botox done before) and I am out $140 dollars. Please do not use this "business", they are unfair and the DON'T give the full amount of Botox you pay for. read more

Had a micro needling session with Madison today and I was very happy with my appointment. She completely educated me on how the process works and explained everything she was doing step by step. I can already see results and it's only been a couple hours. Can't wait to see what my skin looks like in a couple days! On a side note, I have also had my IV therapies with Anne here and she is also very helpful in educating me on how the process works. I came in for their summer refresher facial, and it was my first time going to a spa and get a facial done. It was a great first experience. Rebecca was the one who did my facials, and it was amazing, I loved it. I love that she answered all of my questions to the problems I have with my acne and pores, she was very nice and helpful and made feel comfortable. I wish she did more extraction on my nose, but it was a summer deal and for and hour so it made sense if because maybe it was enough time to do it, overall, I definitely would love to go there agian for another facial. read more

I'm so glad I found Vitalize! My husband and I got covid a few weeks back and wanted to do nutrient IVs to try to fight it off. I called Jack at Vitalize and he was awesome. We ended up making appointments for the Meyer's Cocktail Complete and the best part...we were able to drive around the back and get the IVs in our car!! Talk about service! We were so worried about exposing anyone but so believe in the healing power of nutrient IVs that the option to get the IV in our car was perfect. I don't know of any other facility that does this. We ended up getting 2 IVs over the course of our illness and both times, the experience was wonderful. I ended up joining their drip club and plan on getting 2 IVs a month. I feel so much better when I get the IVs and truly believe in the health and healing benefit. I had cancer 10 years ago and am currently cancer free...I attribute my continued health to getting regular nutrient IVs. And added benefit...I have always been told that I'm a super hard stick. Everyone has difficulty finding a vein and starting IVs on me. Not Jack! He has gotten it on the first try each time. Once I recovered, I had my next IVs in the office. It's so clean and warm and welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend nutrient IVs to everyone for overall health and Vitalize is an awesome place to get them. read more

This location is horrible! I bought a $350 Groupon for one syringe of Juvederm. The doctor only used 3/4 of the syringe and told me to come back in within six month to get the rest of the syringe injected into my lips. It's been four months since my initial appointment when I first got the juvederm and when I called to make an appointment to get the rest of my syringe they told me they do not have a record of me ever being there and I will have to pay another $125 "new patient" fee when I already spent $350 on my juvederm. read more

Ann is very kind and knows her stuff. She did more for my son who had a very bad case of valley fever than all the doctors he saw. He was in the hospital for a week they made him worse. I wish I had picked his test results before we left the hospital. like most they are doctors they must know what they are doing they all did what ER doctor said and did not read the test reports. I am so grateful we found Ann she helped him so much. With out Ann my son might not be here today. We did have to go sometimes 3 times a week at first ,then 2 times a week once a week,once every two weeks and then once a month. Now he only needs to go when he feels like he is getting sick or before a trip. He has been seeing her for 2 years now and doing great. I really wanted to like them. Fairly nice staff, Tina and Dr are nice. Problem was I purchased 40 units of botox on Groupon. At my appointment they said to use 20 units per area, so I did forehead and in between eyebrows. After about 10 days I noticed that my right eyebrow was way higher and the muscle still very active creating a lump and large wrinkle. Also still had 11's in between eyebrows. I called several times (no answer) and then left message for office mgr Tina with receptionist regarding the problem of uneven eyebrows.... no call back. Called back following week getting a hold of Tina and let her know the problem. So I went in for "fix". 5 more units of botox above the eyebrow...(paying the full price, not any discounted rate as most places when you have to go back for a fix and taking time off work). Now 6 days later the eyebrow that got "FIXED" is lower than the other eyebrow!! Are you kidding me! I have had botox & dysport several times and am quite aware of how much is needed in my face to see results. So frustrating to spend so much and go back twice to not only have uneven eyebrows still, but my 11's in between my eyebrows look exactly the same as before I went 1 month ago, I suppose to much in forehead and not enough in glabella. It is nice to have a friendly staff, but the skill of the injector and correct results is much more important to me. Thank god it will wear off in few months... and to think I was going to also have them do my crowsfeet! Yikes, I could've had droopy eyes to match my uneven brows. :/ read more
