From the moment I reached out by email, Kaylie responded quickly, answered all my questions thoroughly, provided a very reasonable quote, and scheduled me within two weeks--all through email, which was so convenient. At my appointment, the check-in process was simple and efficient. I only waited about five minutes before being called back. Dr. Lehrer was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained the procedure clearly, answered all my questions, and was able to perform the excision right then and there. The procedure was quick and painless. Afterward, he gave clear instructions on the healing process, and the nurse provided ointment and written care instructions. I also asked about preventative care for sunspots, and Dr. Lehrer kindly prescribed Tretinoin and even offered to adjust the dosage if needed--such thoughtful care!
