I've been using Full Circle Health (Aviation Medical Solutions) for my Pilot physicals for many years. One doesn't normally use the same Doctor as both their AME and PCP, but I have 100% faith and trust in Dr. Eric Shreder for all my medical needs. He is personable, highly professional and nearly always on time. He listens, asks questions and provides expert care and advice. This is no patient factory. This office used to be the absolute best. How you can go from first to worst I haven't t slightest clue. Though, I can say I used to see Dr Frye before he parted ways. I don't know if it's a coincidence but since he left it has been awful. They don't answer the phone. Ever. If you leave a message, it falls into a black hole and they don't call back until after repeated attempts. If you're lucky. I needed a prescription refill. That's all. Just a refill. They said we need to see you. Okay fine. If you needed to see me, perhaps you should've called me to schedule the appointment a month prior to my meds running out. Instead I had to call you. Strike one. So then I let them know I've been out of meds for two days at this point. They say they will refill my prescription but I need to come in. No problem. I go in the next day. Mind you my insurance changed and I had to do a cash pay. $100. Still not a problem. I understand. They said they would provide a supply prior to the appointment. Again, nope. Strike two. After the appointment they would certainly refill the prescription right? Wrong again. Strike three. It's been three days since my appointment and I still do not have a refill. (It has now been ONE WEEK since calling them about the refill.) The pharmacy still hasn't heard from them. Added bonus, they prescribed a one off med after my visit. Can you guess if that prescription has been sent to the pharmacy? It hasn't. I leave another message for the black hole. No response. What the eff am I supposed to do? Go without my meds? Drive over there? Chew them out? I had to make an appointment with another office for two weeks out. So I get to be unwell for two weeks because of their negligence and absolute lack of care. Go somewhere else. This place is a disaster. read more

Well over a decade with Dr Shreder, and can wholeheartedly recommend him and his practice. He handles my airline captain medical every six months, has treated several conditions, and even birthed my two children. I have been a patient of Dr Frye for over 15 years. I don't know what has happened but it seems like the office has changed and not for the better. I recently was sent for an MRI and 10 days later no one has called with results. I have reached out to the office 3 times and was told someone will call me back and so far no one has called me back. I should have learned my lesson because in March I was sent for testing for my gallbladder AGAIN no one called me with results & then I get a call from a surgeon saying I need my gallbladder removed, too bad I had to hear from a Dr I never saw and NOT my Dr!!!! read more

Love seeing Sarah here but the front desk girl with big eyelashes is extremely rude. I've almost decided to stop going here and look for somewhere else because of her. I talked myself out of it because I love Sarah. The girl that checks people in is extremely unfriendly and have overheard her laughing at patients for not losing weight. You'd think the first person you interact with at a place like this would be expected to have a better attitude. I've been going to this office for atleast 10 years. During that whole 10 yrs they've changed providers on me multiple times and I stuck with the same office only because it was more convenient than finding a new provider. The turn over at this office is constant. You never see the same people or have any form of consistency. Today was when I finally had a enough. I had done fmla paperwork here every 6 months and always paid $30 dollars. Today they tried charging me $200 and were not willing to work with me at all. The office mgr came up and very bluntly said I had 2 options either pay the $200 or cancel appt even though it was obviously a recent change. She was very rude and did not offer any solutions. Doctors are stressful as it is and to have to go to an office you've gone to for years and be treated that way was insane to me. I will not be going back here and I caution anyone who likes to see consistency with their medical providers not to go this office. read more

This place is a money machine for Dr. Shreder. One day he told me he could help me, "get rid of that." He was referring to fat under my chin. I asked how and he said PIG BILE INJECTIONS. I said, "WHAAAT??? Don't you think suggesting a better diet would be more appropriate?" He said nothing, turned and walked away. They make you jump through so many hoops and act as though you're a bother instead of treating you with compassion and patience. If I could rate them zero (0) stars I would. We were patients of Dr. Frye who left in the middle of the night and now they have released us as patients due to their scheduling. We have gone to Full Circle for years, but since COVID and their reduced schedule last year we did not need to schedule an office visit. NOW it is our fault for not coming in and we need to be scheduled with another nurse practitioner. Who it the client here? How about some customer service? Good riddance!!! Follow up review: had occasion to bring my wife in, got an appt within 2 days (for the PA), and at her appt, she got in and out in 27 minutes! 1. No patience for patients. The office manager is not understanding when they screw up so bad that it puts your husband's life in jeopardy, that maybe, as his wife, I might be a little upset. Especially when they want me to see the same person who fucked up with my husband. Are you seriously kidding me??!! But I'm just rude, like he said. This office has changed over the past few years. No one knows what is going on and what patients are being seen for. If you, by chance, get unlucky enough to see his nurse practitioner or whatever she calls herself, you're in for the fight of your life. She does not know why she is seeing the patients or how to read simple blood results. Even when you tell her that the results shouldn't be that high, she blows you off. In the past 2 weeks dealing with this office, they have fucked up at least 5 times. Whether it be faxing orders, returning calls, listening to symptoms, getting blood results, it should not be this hard. This office is the epitome of Dr's being Dr's for money. Every time I'm there, they push drugs for things you don't even have!!! They are the biggest dope pushers I've been to in awhile. read more

Loved Dr Frye but sadly they are all into aesthetics now and their medical office staff are awful. Constant turnover and no one is capable of doing their job. I've been waiting for a prior authorization for medication for 2 weeks now. I've called daily. Nothing... you can't treat patients like that. You prescribe meds but then don't follow through to make them covered by insurance. I had to pay $10 per pill and transfer all over the valley to get them filled under goodrx! I love Sarah DeRubeis, competent Nurse practitioner. HOWEVER. The office staff was the final blow. In March 2020 during the first mask mandate, they didn't enforce it and said Dr. S doesn't even wear one. Went back in June 2020, they were a little better, but masks were pulled up as patients entered. Early March 2021, masks were not worn by 4 office staff, when asked, "it's because they're facing the wall". Patients wearing masks on their chin not asked to comply. This was BEFORE Ducey lifted mask mandate. Wish I knew the name of the office staff who spoke to me on the phone to scold and condescend to me and accuse me of not attending my FUTURE appointment before it happened. One last thing: CVS accepts electronic requests for prescriptions but Full Circle forces them to send dinosaur technology FAX. If you haven't gotten your script filled, call CVS and tell them manual fax ONLY for this practice. CVS gets annoyed at YOU for the extra work. read more

First of all I have to say I had been a patient of Dr. Fry for about 15 years or so. Due to insurance reasons and life changes I had to stop using him off and on but always but always fought to keep an insurance that would be contracted with this practice. I have always liked his bedside manners and friendliness so this review is a very hard one for me but it's been on my mind to share so someone may hopefully look at this and stay alert and not through this just like me....they are not God's even though sometimes we go to them for all the answers and cures. In 2018 I started going in with complaints of swollen Lymph nodes and I wouldn't even ask for copies of my blood work to be my own advocate and verbally and physically there and present asked the doctor why are my lymphocytes high? The answer would be probably allergies or your autoimmune disease. Well in 2019 after many many visits to see him and even after referrals to an ENT I finally insisted on going to Ironwood Cancer Center. I am glad I did not listen to Dr. Fry anymore however I'm thankful for him writing a referral to Ironwood but it turned out I had non-Hodgkin's lymphoma which after many months of sorrow and acceptance I was able to put two into together and realized I had this going on probably longer than 2018 and if I had left it alone And gone with Dr. Fry's allergies notion, I probably would've never found out or maybe when It was too late. So what I'm saying here is this doctor just like many others get complacent on writing prescriptions and taking in the next patient after next patient and they chalk everything to allergies are common cold etc. I wish that he would have taken my health a bit more serious needless to say I stopped going to his practice and I know this review may not affect him which that is NOT my goal but it is to share my feedback so whoever reads this becomes their own advocates and their health and not be led by complacency or lack of seriousness in your health. This facility is awesome! I was helped by Serena & Tonya at the front and they were super friendly!! Offered thee best service Ive ever had in a medical office. Not to mention there was barely any wait time for such a busy unit! I went to see Dr. Shreder for an AME. I was impressed when I found he had also been a flight instructor ! I was seen and treated by Dr. Frye in June of 2017. I had a slight emergency and his wonderful office staff was able to accommodate me and get me in right away. Everyone was extremely helpful (and friendly) and professional. Dr. Frye listened to my complaints and quickly assessed my needs. He explained my options and suggested a treatment. Together we agreed on a specific procedure, which was exactly what I needed to relieve the pain and discomfort I was in. His staff was courteous and made sure I understood his follow up instructions. The nurse took me in for vitals, on time mind you and less than 30 seconds later this guy walks in and introduces himself as Dr Frye. "That's weird" I thought. Jean is very knowledgeable, professional and went out of her way to make me comfortable. I asked about other services and Jean explained them to me without being pushy. My whole family have been patients at Full Circle (Pierpont Family, Lakeside Family) for 30+ years. Started with Dr Morgan and then Dr Frye as a new doctor to the practice over 25 years ago. I called to make an annual appointment with Dr Frye for next week. I went to get my blood labs drawn and gave my doctor name for them to find the faxed order. NO Dr Frye showing for Full Circle. He is no longer with Full Circle and seems he has been gone since September 2020. No one mentioned this when I made my appointment. I called today to find out what the problem was with my blood labs and was informed that my appointment was to see the nurse practioner. No apology or care that I was a little upset that my doctor is no longer my doctor. They won't tell you where he is either. Lame. It seems they have gone more in the direction of how one LOOKS for cosmetic "health" and are not concerned with how you FEEL. The staff used to be attentive and kind. That changed a few years back, but I put up with it because of Dr Frye. No more!! read more
