My husband needed several biopsies done, and if you've ever had a skin biopsy, you know the numbing process can be one of the most uncomfortable parts. The medical assistant was amazing. She did everything she could to keep him calm, explain what was happening, and make the process as quick and comfortable as possible. I was charged as a member to my account, which then overdrafted m account by $30. So My account then was -111.52. I immediately called and no one picked up for like 10 minutes. I sent a text message with the screenshot showing that their automatic charge overdrafted my account and within minutes a gal called me back. She started the refund process and said she would have the regional manager get back to me. I was sent a text message but I have been in shut down mode as money is tight and that absolutely ruined my plans for feeding myself and getting to places I needed to be. Today, I conversed with the regional manager, Ivori and no positive resolution was given. Hi, Skin refunded the membership fee but I'm still out -12.52 because of the overdraft fee. Not okay. I signed a contract. This shouldn't have happened. I loved coming here. The gal I had, Kaitlyn, left but she was fantastic. It was the one hour a month I got to treat myself. However, I have disabilities that required I make a choice of putting my account on hold or taking care of myself. I signed the waiver on the 14th after receiving it on the 13th and thought I was in the clear until April as it says in the form. I was happily a member for like 3 years and even worked with them personally. Lo was awesome. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and 10000% more stressed out in life now because of their mistake. I was in contract and they admitted it was their fault.

During my consultation, I was encouraged to try Jeuveau instead because it was on sale. I explained that I had previously tried Jeuveau for nearly a year at another med spa and did not love the longevity or the results, but I was still encouraged to move forward with it. I contacted the spa because I was already noticing movement returning in my face in the first 4-6 weeks and was disappointed with the results, especially after spending nearly $500. I returned because I was still unhappy with the results and wanted to achieve the outcome I originally came in for. At that visit, I was charged another $450+ to finally receive Dysport. There was no real accommodation offered other than being told it was "new client pricing." At this point, I have spent close to $900 in less than four months trying to get the results I was expecting from my initial visit. What is most frustrating is that I specifically communicated my concerns about Jeuveau upfront based on my previous experience, yet I still feel like my concerns were not taken seriously and absolutely ripped off. I also received a follow-up call from a manager after expressing my disappointment. Unfortunately, the conversation left me feeling dismissed. I was told that results vary from person to person and that there would be no reimbursement or resolution. The conversation also focused on the fact that I did not come in at the two-week follow-up, but there was no issue at two weeks -- the movement and concerns developed afterward. I understand that results can vary with injectables, but I expected better communication, customer service, and accountability when a treatment was recommended despite my expressed concerns. After spending nearly $900 and feeling like my concerns were more focused on generating another charge rather than ensuring I was satisfied with my results, I will not be returning.
