What a shame. My account has been on hold for a few months as my finances have been inconsistent due to medical. I saw it was going to charge me a few weeks ahead so I called to cancel my membership. I was convinced to stay on as a member and would be charged April 24th, 2025, which I thought by then it would be a good chance I'll have the finances together or a little better off. I was charged as a member to my account, which then overdrafted m account by $30. So My account then was -111.52. I immediately called and no one picked up for like 10 minutes. I sent a text message with the screenshot showing that their automatic charge overdrafted my account and within minutes a gal called me back. She started the refund process and said she would have the regional manager get back to me. I was sent a text message but I have been in shut down mode as money is tight and that absolutely ruined my plans for feeding myself and getting to places I needed to be. Today, I conversed with the regional manager, Ivori and no positive resolution was given. Hi, Skin refunded the membership fee but I'm still out -12.52 because of the overdraft fee. Not okay. I signed a contract. This shouldn't have happened. I loved coming here. The gal I had, Kaitlyn, left but she was fantastic. It was the one hour a month I got to treat myself. However, I have disabilities that required I make a choice of putting my account on hold or taking care of myself. I signed the waiver on the 14th after receiving it on the 13th and thought I was in the clear until April as it says in the form. I was happily a member for like 3 years and even worked with them personally. Lo was awesome. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and 10000% more stressed out in life now because of their mistake. I was in contract and they admitted it was their fault. read more

I did try their really good facial and the esthetician that did it was Laura I believe. I found her to be friendly, easy to talk to and knew what products to use on my sensitive skin. I will be back to try other facials. I found the environment relaxing as well as clean which is big for me. The colors and look of the place are also appealing. I did purchase a product and look foward to trying more. They do have 3 different membership types and it seems flexible which is great for me someone that travels etc. Lastly Evelyn was awesome checking me out and clearly is good at being personable and giving good customer service. Visited hi, skin for a facial- the air and sun in AZ do call for them more often. I noticed this spa to be new(er) to the area, and they actually had availability to book me same day. The facial itself was nice, tailored to my skincare needs. I love that she used professional techniques to promote lymphatic drainage, etc. The only draw-back for me was the atmosphere. The lights inside are bright, and the chairs were not comfy (to me). The pricing is on the medium to higher side, with an introductory offer to try them out, which was nice. Had my first ever facial with Ellie! She was so sweet and talked me through the whole process and made sure everything was comfortable. I have a gluten allergy and she made sure all her products were safe for me which was amazing! Everyone here was so professional but super personable and sweet. They have lots of products for sale as well, so if you love something from your appointment you can leave with it day of! The space was very clean had a good vibe as well. Would give zero stars if possible. I made the trip to the Gilbert location this evening only to encounter a closed office. No one would answer my phone call and when I checked my email, it said my appointment had been canceled but did not give a reason why. A phone call would have been appreciated as I moved my schedule around for this and now wasted an evening on an appointment that never happened. This is extremely rude and disrespectful behavior by a business. I have no desire to reschedule and I will not be recommending this place to others. read more

Zero stars. I promise, go somewhere else. Not worth your time or money. They carry a couple quality product lines but their technique terrible. No a semi-warm hot towel is not a "steam towel". I have a subscription to this place, so I get to have one of these great facials once a month! I love how dermaplaning is always included and they are very in tune with what you and your skin want and need. My skin feels like buttah when I leave! I had a great experience at HiSkin! I love how personalized the facials are and how knowledgeable the estiticians are! The place is quite cozy and you can even warm up with. We started off talking about My current routine and skincare needs. She walked me through from there every step of the way and explained the product and their benefits. We did a mixture of different mask that all smelled so good and felt so hydrating on my face. I also got dermaplanning which is always such a game changer. My other favorite sorts were the deep tissue massage which felt so good for my tmj and the ref light therapy. I walked out glowing and my face felt great! Can't wait to go back again. read more

Went to HiSkin and received a facial. They were good about asking me about my skin concerns and it seemed like it was taken into consideration. However, my skin is on the SEVERE dry side and my skin had a very bad reaction to the facial. I was recommended products that I later found out does not go well with sensitive, and severely dry skin. After a week or two trying the products again, left my skin in worse shape than before. I went to return the cleanser I bought and was told since it's been 7 days there's nothing they could do for me. I was never told about their return policy and the lady said "it's on the receipt" which was only sent to my email. I found this to be extremely frustrating considering I spent over $200 dollars on products that they recommended on top of a very expensive facial. A 7 day return policy is absolutely ridiculous considering it takes much longer than that to figure out if it works for you or not. I told the girl this is upsetting because I was sold very expensive things under their expertise only to be told they can't do anything for me. But she did put me in the direction of the local homeless shelter if I wanted to take my products there..... Very unfortunate experience and will not be going to a Hi, Skin place again nor recommending it to friends/family. read more

Be aware that these people get you for 3 months and then they keep on getting your money and don't have the decency to call you for an appointment. I'm retired and I get very little money monthly and they without any regard took $500.00 from my bank account. Now that I went there and requested my money back the manager told me to deal with it and go do my things, because she assumed that I had other things to do. She takes me as an idiot because I knew that she was kicking me out of the facility very diplomatically. I hope they are conscious and refund me the $100 that she said that they will do. I scheduled an appointment for a 30 minutes mini facial. I had to nurse my newborn baby before I left for the appointment and his feeding took longer than expected, so I couldn't leave with extra time. But I thought it was okay since I would still arrive on time and my forms were all completed online. Unfortunately, I encountered some traffic on the way there due to construction, and my gps updated my eta, showing that I would be 5 minutes late. I called to let them know I was going to be 5 minutes late, hoping they would be understanding and wouldn't cut my facial shorter. They said they can still take me in but my facial will end at the scheduled time, so it would be shorter. Now I arrive to my appointment rushing and tense, knowing that they will shave off every minute of it. When the technician takes me in, she asks me questions that I have already answered on the forms online. So more minutes go by and I end up with a 20 minutes ish facial vs the 30 minutes I paid for. When she is done with my facial, she explained what products she recommended and sent me on my way to get checked out. At that moment, I didn't even realize she didn't hand me a mirror to look at my face after the facial. So I paid, unhappy with the short service and ready to leave. When I get in the car and I look at my face, I see my skin extremely red, almost like a rash, very sensitive and irritated. Funny fact, when I'm checking out the lady in the front desk commented on my face: "your skin is glowing!" ... and because I didn't see my face after the service, I thought that even though I got it shorter, at least my skin looked good. Sadly, not the case. I should have asked for a mirror to see it before leaving. Overall, it was a very poor experience, customer service was not what I was expecting at all. I have never had a service cut out shorter, even if running late, cause people understand that life happens and you should get what you pay for. Specially when giving a heads up of the situation. And second, after seeing how my face looked like after the service, I'm extremely disappointed. My first TLC appointment postpartum and this is what I got. Very unhappy about it. I left them feedback on a link they provided and the manager called me to follow up on that, which I thought it was very nice. I explained everything to her again and she apologized for the miscommunication and not reaching expectations. She was nice and I appreciated her trying to fix the bad prior customer service experience. However, she continued by saying that she checked the cameras and my technician extended the service and I left past time. Not true at all. That false comment blowed everything off. Because they told me that they couldn't honor the full 30 minutes when I called them, I actually checked my phone when the technician was done with my facial and it was 1:01 pm. So no, she did not extend the facial time. She did spend more time with me talking afterwards, recommending products for me to buy. And front desk too, trying to see if I was interested in buying the products or getting a membership. If they consider that extra time checking out part of the facial, I don't. Even by the time I got in my car it was 1:07pm ... So no, full time service was not honored as she was trying to make it seem. She also said that my skin got red because that is the way my skin is... but I have done several facials in other spas and I never left looking like this after a service, or having to put Aloe Vera on my face afterwards to bring the irritation down :( Honestly, I'm blown away by this whole experience and how the conversation with the manager turned out too. read more

My sister and I came here last night for a little sisters date night. We both really loved our facials. I had David and he was great. I love that the facials are tailored to your individual needs. David gave me a face massage like nothing I have ever experienced before, I could only describe it as what I would imagine a car wash on your face would be like. It was just lovely! I didn't feel pressured to purchase their membership or products, but I did purchase the recommended products because they were just so luxurious feeling! She asked me questions before we got started about my skin type, the products that I use and what my concerns were. During the appointment she continued to ask me questions and was very thorough telling me every product that she was using on my skin. She asked me if I was OK with her recommending products which I appreciated being asked first! I had never heard of Hi Skin until after the San Tan Mall store opened. I heard about their New Client offer and wanted to try it out, with it being so long since I last had a facial! My first appointment was about two weeks ago and I thoroughly enjoyed every part of the experience! Making an appointment was super easy, and the store was so cute and clean and modern looking. My esthetician was super friendly (I think her name was Jess or Jessa?). She explained every step of the process, and I love how the facials are all completely customized/personalized based on my skin's needs and concerns. The facial was very relaxing and unique, and all of the products she used smelled amazing. By the end my skin felt so smooth and refreshed and looked glowing!
