    I scheduled an appointment for a 30 minutes mini facial. I had to nurse my newborn baby before I left for the appointment and his feeding took longer than expected, so I couldn't leave with extra time. But I thought it was okay since I would still arrive on time and my forms were all completed online. Unfortunately, I encountered some traffic on the way there due to construction, and my gps updated my eta, showing that I would be 5 minutes late. I called to let them know I was going to be 5 minutes late, hoping they would be understanding and wouldn't cut my facial shorter. They said they can still take me in but my facial will end at the scheduled time, so it would be shorter. Now I arrive to my appointment rushing and tense, knowing that they will shave off every minute of it. When the technician takes me in, she asks me questions that I have already answered on the forms online. So more minutes go by and I end up with a 20 minutes ish facial vs the 30 minutes I paid for. When she is done with my facial, she explained what products she recommended and sent me on my way to get checked out. At that moment, I didn't even realize she didn't hand me a mirror to look at my face after the facial. So I paid, unhappy with the short service and ready to leave. When I get in the car and I look at my face, I see my skin extremely red, almost like a rash, very sensitive and irritated. Funny fact, when I'm checking out the lady in the front desk commented on my face: "your skin is glowing!" ... and because I didn't see my face after the service, I thought that even though I got it shorter, at least my skin looked good. Sadly, not the case. I should have asked for a mirror to see it before leaving. Overall, it was a very poor experience, customer service was not what I was expecting at all. I have never had a service cut out shorter, even if running late, cause people understand that life happens and you should get what you pay for. Specially when giving a heads up of the situation. And second, after seeing how my face looked like after the service, I'm extremely disappointed. My first TLC appointment postpartum and this is what I got. Very unhappy about it. I left them feedback on a link they provided and the manager called me to follow up on that, which I thought it was very nice. I explained everything to her again and she apologized for the miscommunication and not reaching expectations. She was nice and I appreciated her trying to fix the bad prior customer service experience. However, she continued by saying that she checked the cameras and my technician extended the service and I left past time. Not true at all. That false comment blowed everything off. Because they told me that they couldn't honor the full 30 minutes when I called them, I actually checked my phone when the technician was done with my facial and it was 1:01 pm. So no, she did not extend the facial time. She did spend more time with me talking afterwards, recommending products for me to buy. And front desk too, trying to see if I was interested in buying the products or getting a membership. If they consider that extra time checking out part of the facial, I don't. Even by the time I got in my car it was 1:07pm ... So no, full time service was not honored as she was trying to make it seem. She also said that my skin got red because that is the way my skin is... but I have done several facials in other spas and I never left looking like this after a service, or having to put Aloe Vera on my face afterwards to bring the irritation down :( Honestly, I'm blown away by this whole experience and how the conversation with the manager turned out too.

    Obsessed! I have been looking for a new facial place for the last 2 years since moving to the east valley. I used to get monthly facials in Scottsdale and Arcadia where I received amazing service so my expectations were high. I saw multiple instagram ads for Hi Skin and decided to give it a try since they had a discounted introductory rate. I was able to book a facial the same week and was seen by Mary! She asked me questions before we got started about my skin type, the products that I use and what my concerns were. During the appointment she continued to ask me questions and was very thorough telling me every product that she was using on my skin. She asked me if I was OK with her recommending products which I appreciated being asked first! When my facial was done Alannah, at the front desk, talked me through every detail of how the membership works. I appreciated the total honesty from her and my amazing service from Mary that I signed up and purchased the two products that Mary recommended! Great vibes and service, absolutely give this place a shot!

    Worst experience of my life! I had a care credit card and was going to use it. Then the girl told…read moreme they don't take care credit.she told me I could apply with Cherry (which is a horrible company). I did and I was approved for $4,000. Funny thing tho, they picked up an old address that hadn't lived at for over a year. So it comes time to pay and I had to pay $143.00 to Cherry. So I used my debit card. Well since they didn't have my address correct, my debit and credit cards wouldn't go thru. Now mind you, they got paid $2,300 from Cherry already! I was there for 1 hour for injectables and another hour trying to explain to the idiots at the front that they won't be able to take my payment for Cherry because cherry picked up an old address. I told them I would get back in contact with them when I spoke to Cherry on Monday. The process for changing an address with Cherry is sending them an email and then entering it. It takes a week to get into the system, I've never encountered an application for funds that didn't have you enter your name, current address, and social! Stupidity like you wouldn't believe with these two girls. The nurse was even dumber. I'm 68 years old and disabled. I left to go to my car and the nurse, I swear, came running after me and said I couldn't leave without paying Cherry the $143.00. I spent upwards of an hour trying to explain to this idiot that as long as Cherry has an incorrect address, none of my credit cards will go through. Honestly, I doubt that this girl is an RN. She's just too dumb for words. So I'm about to get in my car, when she comes running out with her phone and takes a photo of my license plate. Then she tells me I'm going to have to give her my license. I told her she was out of her mind if she thought I was going to drive back home without a license! Unbelievable. You would think this was the national deficit. Then two days later, I get a call from the police! U politely told them these people are out of their minds and that at best, this was a civil matter! I guess what is the icing on the cake, was that this "nurse" supposedly filled my forehead lines and the lines on top of my upper lip with Botox......not so much! The wrinkles on my forehead and my lip before are the same wrinkles that are here now. These people are nothing but common thieves! This business is a scam! They charge at least 30% higher for juvaderm than anyone else. Stay away from this business! They are crooks. Anyone that would like to see before and after photos to show that what I'm stating here is true, you may contact me thru Yelp. It only takes 1-3 days for Botox to take effect.
