This one is my favorite Ross so far. I always find what I am looking for (and a lot of things I am not). My favorite thing to come in for are sheet sets because they have a lot of the 6-pc sets (2 extra pillowcases) for cheap. I'm not too picky on my designs, so I always find something. I found a lot of home organization products here, too. I go on weekends and there is never really a line. Usually one cashier and she holds it down (Not always the same one). I really only interact with the cashier and security guard (also not always the same one). Never had a problem with either one. read more

There was this girl who was at the register alone who worked the line up she was really fast she kepted the line going I only waited like 2 minutes I asked her what her name was she said her name was "jolette" such a good worker! Decently clean Ross, with a majority of their items being women's clothing. I came here for some curtains, a new purse, sandals and some weather appropriate clothing for a low price. I walked out with a purse for $20 and 4-5 blouses priced at around $5-10 since I was focused on getting a good deal. The housewares section is lacking as well as the men's and children's section, though this is a normal occurrence I've found with Ross Stores. There aren't many people walking about to help you either. Though, the dressing rooms were well kept and managed well. Just okay, shopping here as most of the items I found to be near normal price at any other stores you could buy them at i.e. Target or Macy's. read more

It has been a while but I'm back now. I use to shop at Ross often but stopped because there wasn't a store as close. I thoroughly enjoy the shopping at Ross. The in-store customer service reps are incredibly helpful, and I find the shopping experience easy to navigate and I usually find exactly what I am looking for. Usually Every Saturdays we go here after a bite of mod pizza ...this place has all cool stuff on earth for reasonable prices..the to go place to buy for a middle class income person with wide options ..only things is first come first serve it before stocks last ...they have vast collections of active wear n all categories and change probably like twice or thrice a week ..which gives lot of option for shopaholics like me and a burn in the pocket when shelling out money at pricer places and that is when Ross helps me out ...good outfits ,great price ...and I shop here for my most requirements and I find good deals somehow so I am happy :) read more

Check out line moved much more efficiently when a girl with the name of "Shipna" or something along those lines took register 5. She was very nice, had amazing customer service and moved quickly despite the amount of items I had for her. There was a large line in front of me before she had gotten there, but once she took her place at the register it started moving so much more quickly. read more

Not the nicest Ross I've been to but has a fairly decent selection (far better then what you'll find at the location that is a few miles west, off Peoria). Fitting rooms actually have doors and not the blue curtains that most Ross' s utilize, so that's a real plus especially when your shopping with a toddler. I know the other mom's (and dad's! ) hear me on that one! Anywho, the staff I encountered was very friendly and kept the store organized. Garments were where they should be (ie size) for the most part and easy to sort through. The shoe department was organized to perfection, which is a rare occurrence at any Ross. But the selection in my size was rather sparse, hence the 4 stars. Overall, this locations selection focuses more on women but there's plenty of clothes for the men and children as well. read more

This location has some of the most friendly service staff. Even the security officer who greets you when you walk in is nice. This location is laid out just like the other stores. It is very neat and organized. The only thing is this is a low inventory store. They do not have a ton of merchandise. They often are busy but the lines move fast at this location since they are always fully staffed. It is defiantly a location I like however I don't tend to score or tons of items due to the limited amount of merchandise. read more

I have been shopping at Ross for 25 years and was shocked today when returning a new pair of leather sandals with tags still on that I paid $19.99 for about 2 months ago. Didn't have the receipt and the cashier told me they had been marked down to .49 cents. I felt cheated, I have never in my life seen a pair of leather sandals anywhere for .49 cents. Or even close to that price. I thought I was hearing her wrong. What a ripoff. read more

It's a pretty clean Ross store, lacking in the "Home Goods" section, unless you don't like a lot of variety and just need the basics. I've picked up some great shirts from here. This is the first Ross I have been to where the Juniors section is of equal or greater size to the Ladies section. Weird. read more

This store is a great store to go look for clothes and other things you might need. The employees there are very kind and helpful. They also have good deals and signature brands. Have a question about something and they will answer your question. What ever you need they will have. One time I was looking for specific kind of home decor that I needed for my room. Then because I was struggling I ask one of the employees for help she said ya ill be with you in a minute. She was very kind compared to other stores I have gone to. After that I kept going to that store for clothes, gifts, invitations, shoes, etc. It is also easy to find the clothes that your looking for. The prices at Ross are nothing compared to other stores. Like if u need a perfume at other stores they will usually cost about $29.99. But not a Ross same with purses. And they even have signature brands with perfumes and bags. So if you ever need to make a quick trip for a specific thing you can always count on Ross Dress for Less. read more

Really 2.5 the store was clean but the selection was very poor. Prices are good if I could find anything. Clothing wise the store had multiples of the same thing. Ross tends to be hit or miss / feast or famine. If you have time to kill take a look...dont expect sandwich helpful sales people. Do expect good prices and regularly changing section. read more

If i could give this place an NEGATIVE 1 i would. Unprofessional does not even cut it this store needs to be shut down. Went in and found a great deal went to check out the young lady grab all of my items and had her manager to check the price of the items(really) then came back and told me this unreal lie...i advised her to try it again i told her i use to work there and i know they don't do not put NEW EMPLOYEE'S on reductions they have a process soooo don't try it she was yout can talk to the manager about it. I told her i will but then she's had to take a call. I she why brick and morter is going out of businesses next time I'll order from AMAZON, maybe Target since they can get it righ . Oh and this is all over baby hand and face wipe that was reduce to 1.47... i guess this site gets what they pay for... never again read more

The Ross stores in Goodyear are inflation supremacists. Shirts that cost 9.99 in the metro area are 13.99 in Goodyear and my stiles are more sorted through up here. I'd say on average prices are 4-15 dollars more than regular ross stores. I still find great deals here and it's super clean, plus the shoppers and staff are more polite. It's a great stop for home goods but not clothes for adult males. All that said I have better luck here then the litchfield road location, which is very picked through. Hope this yelps... 3 stars only due to the king size sheet set I found there today that were super comfortable and only 15 dollars... read more

I love going to Ross and finding everything I need except for groceries. Plus come on now their prices are great! The only thing I don't like about Ross is when I'm looking for a few of the same items. Then I feel like I'm driving around like a lunatic to all the other Ross trying to find what I wanted from the first Ross. read more

This is probably my favorite Ross out of all the ones I've been to (and I've been to a LOT of them since I love Ross in general). Ross stores are hit or miss since they sometimes run very low on merchandise across the whole store (such as after a busy weekend) and do not restock right away. This one, however, is usually a hit for me! I almost always find some good deals here. I purchased my sexy Gucci sunglasses here and got a great deal on them. Very happy. If you have time and patience to look around, you will find some cute/cool stuff. I'm addicted :) read more

I was in yesterday, Sunday 12/10 when the store opened at 8A, and the girl who helped me initially was rude. Short with long straight hair. I asked to see some earrings in the locked case and she was clearly annoyed by the tone in her voice and body language. I pointed to the ones I wanted to see, said that I would take them, asked to see another pair, and said I'd take second pair. She then shut the case and didn't even ask if I'd like to see anything else! She just took them and walked off not saying anything. While I happened to know the drill, and that she was taking them to the service desk while I continued to shop, she shouldn't have assumed I knew that, and she should have said something to me. But not a word. She had me annoyed at that point so I didn't feel like shopping anymore, so I made my way back to the front of the store to pay for the earrings, and passed her, now in a much better mood, giggling with the security guard in the men's dept. She must hate when paying customers interrupt social hour with her co-workers. On a positive note. The young lady who checked me out was very friendly. read more
