K O Z E ! Hands down one of the sweetest persons I have ever met IN MY LIFE , SUPER SUPER HELPFUL, I called the Walgreens store today to check on an item's stock, and the woman on the phone her name was Koze was wonderful. She was very kind, patient, and checked the inventory right away. Excellent customer service like this makes shopping here a great experience. Thank you for your help! - Christian (: read more

Neighborhood 24 hour location. Very friendly staff to serve both at the register, photo and on the floor. They do have a pharmacy that is very busy. Check the website for hours of operation as they offer odd hours that change. This not a drive the pharmacy location though designated 10 min pharmacy parking. This is a very busy park area due to high traffic. The side of this Walgreens is not the largest but they are well stocked. They have e a small cosmetics department and a pretty nice size liquor department. read more

I've had the pleasure of visiting this location several times throughout recent weeks and have come to find that there is a very kind, helpful, and professional employee named "Carrington" who has been consistently delightful! Carrington will make sure you feel valued as a customer. In addition, he provides such great customer service so that you not only feel welcomed, but also appreciated. I hope that Walgreens continues to hire staff of his caliber and promotes them promptly! read more

Walgreens - Receipt for Trail Mix - Drugstores Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

The cashier at the front "Letty" is extremely disrespectful, no eye-contact whatsoever, sarcastic tone, this girl does not want to be there. Also, she, literally accused me of trying to steal! She had a bag sitting on the counter where customers place their items and have them bagged up. After I was finished paying, I went to grab my bags, and naturally thinking that all the bags were mine, I went to grab them all. She then started accusing me of trying to steal her bag!! Are you kidding me!! read more

This is an average Walgreens but is 24hrs which is a big plus. However, I rarely shop at 4am. I bought an Arizona watermelon drink for only a $1 for 20oz. on a hot day is a nice, inexpensive respite. I knock off a few stars since I don't find it professional for the manager to be holding me up buying chips for himself. I've never seen that before and is rather uncouth. The cashier didn't smile or even look up at me. read more

I love the main pharmacists at this Walgreens! They are both so kind and they really care when you ask them questions. If you aren't happy with your Walgreens pharmacy, consider switching to this location. You won't be sorry. read more

This pharmacy gives out incorrect information about what is covered under your health plan. It has happened to me twice now and I have informed my insurer about it. They are trying to get me to pay them for things my insurer says I don't need to pay for. I'm switching to a different pharmacy. read more

Andrea in the liquor department is a rock star. Super friendly and nice. I had only a rough idea of what I wanted. She made great suggestions and was super helpful. I don't really drink and needed total handholding. She was the perfect guild. read more

Walgreens - a car parked in front of a walgreens liquors store - Drugstores Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Tried to call about a Pokémon mystery box and Sean/Shawn just couldn't handle my questions in regards to the product and hung up on me. When I called back he left me on a continuous cycle of hold and auto redial until someone else finally mustered up the courage and picked up the phone. Horrible customer service. read more

Walgreens pharmacy at 27th ave and Carefree Hwy in Phoenix could not have done any better job totally screwing up some prescriptions I had. Not any chance what so ever they will get a chance to do it again. Walgreens you are OUT! read more

They are your average walgreens, but I have found a couple well priced gems from time-to-time. They carry those Bai drinks usually with a 2 for $4 price tag. I remember seeing some beer priced $2.99 a 12-pack, miller genuine draft I believe. Also I saw advertised a bottle of sauza for $4.99. It's crazy how sometimes they just want to pretty much donate-to-the-cause. The staff is solid and never complaining. Arizona Tea is 2 for 1 at the moment. There are some vagrants from time to time posted outside which can be a but unnerving when you are attempting to patronize this specific location. The 24/7 is a plus other than the seedy foot traffic commonly lingering. 3 stars read more

This place hit 10/10, there's a worker that looks like mr. Beast makes my day every time

Sometimes life just takes you to the drug store... you know, bits and pieces like deodorant or floss and you don't want to brave Target or the like. Nice things about this Walgreens: -Open 24 hours -Not too scary to enter during any of those 24 hours -As reliably good, speedy service as one can expect at a Walgreens -Clean and neat -Well stocked - whatever they carry, they are never "out" of it -Next to the best UPS Store in town Word of warning:, entering the parking lot is like being a ball dropped into a pinball machine - don't lose focus or you'll get smacked. read more

Photo center is awesome - lovely employees and great quality prints. I had business cards printed at office max and they were off centered and awful. Placed the same business card order here and they had them done perfectly in ten minutes. I will be back! read more

I shop at Walgreens all the time with my big family! For the most part they are inexpensive. They will match prices on most things and they now have a new program where we earn points so we get money taken off our bill. Since I shop there a lot, I usually get around $5.00 taken off my bill, and I still get the clearence prices as well! read more

Everyone here seems overqualified. They are open late and remain accommodating. The management team always jumps in at the right time, and, James is incredibly courteous and kind. Really appreciate this Walgreens. read more

I'm going to rant on Walgreens now that I have beaten up CVS. They are switching generic labels without a consult! The one they switched me to does not work for me. Remember this: Not all generics are created equal! When I complained, they said there was nothing they could do. I politely pointed out the liabilities. What if it was a heart medication they switched that was not as effective? They don't seem to care. So, be sure if your medication look differently on refills, you check the manufacturer against the prior manufacturer. Methinks they are saving money at our expense. Or the prescription benefit manager programs aren't riding herd. Whatever, it still screws the pooch consumer. read more

I changed my opinion for the better, after several recent visits. IMO they are responding well to the coronavirus situation. It seems they are trying hard to stock things people really need and set limits on things that are hard to find. Cashiers have been nicer than at most other stores. Like all other stores, they cut back their hours due to the need to disinfect, etc. but they do have early hours for older people. I was sick for a month and had to get a few Rx during that time. Everything was seamless. I'm glad things are picking up, because this store is so convenient for my family. read more

Stocked shelves, has a Red Box, photo center, pharmacy, although the food prices are a little bit higher than elsewhere. There's a weirdo working the counter and his name is Michael. So if you get stuck with this guy checking you out, be prepared for his little smart ass quirks. Anything is fair game: your ID, your clothes, etc... Other than the creeper, this Walgreens is not incredibly busy and also has a decent size liquor department. read more

This is the worst, most unorganized pharmacy I have ever felt with. My prescription was simple and found at most every big name pharmacy (CVS, Frys, etc). I was in a rush and had to get to work and I was told I could come pick up my script quickly and easily on my way. I waited over an hour and no one could adequately explain to me why. They were rude, slow, and there was even one pharmacist who continually took breaks to eat some sandwich in the back rather than simply refill my prescription. I was absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism displayed here. I forbid anyone to waste their time here at this location. read more

I am speaking of the Pharmacy as I have not had contact with the rest of the store. The Pharmacy staff that I have had contact with on numerous occasions are rude, condescending, unfriendly and seem to have a go somewhere else if you do not like it attitude. If they tell you to have seat while they try to find a medicine they do not have "in stock" you might as well leave. I recently experienced that routine and watched the pharmacy person who was suppose to be "calling" around make one call in 20 minutes and then sent the cashier back to report she could not locate it anywhere. I have had many experiences with other Walgreens and they have always been very positive. What is the problem here? read more

I have been to this Walgreens particularly the pharmacy a number of times with no problems, today was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a drug store and pharmacy. I called to make sure my Rx was ready and the automated service said yep, it's ready this was at 5:45, it was called in at 2pm. I call again to speak with a pharmacist and 28 minutes later they can't find my Rx. How does the automated line know I have a Rx but the actual pharmacist doesn't? So at 6pm they say oh yes 10 minutes it will be ready. I show up at 6:45, not only is my Rx not ready but the pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I finally got my Rx at 7:15. With all the other options of drug stores in my area I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
