This Walgreens has the absolute slowest drive up lane to pick up prescriptions I have ever been in. I gave the benefit of the doubt the first two times I was in line to pick up meds but now the 3rd time and I have been sitting here for 30 plus minutes waiting behind 3 cars. It makes me wonder if they are growing, harvesting and producing the meds while we wait. read more

All the same problems, but even worse now. A private equity firm has bought Walgreens and you can clearly hear the death knell. The shelves are still bare, the POS system is still a POS, the mentally-challenged employees are all still there, however, today's vapid manager (Kayla) had even worse customer service skills than 125 -year-old Patricia on the front register! Between the two of them, it was the blind leading the blind, while several customers were kept needlessly waiting in line. Save yourself considerable time and hassle and go to Target. read more

Lady at the photo counter would not let me print a painting from the 1500's due to copyright infringement. She was very angry. I had to reassure her that I was not trying to fight her, I was just trying to understand why they couldn't print them. She informed me that I needed copyright release forms. Congrats to Walgreens though this lady did not want the corporation to be sued. Was willing to fight me through the phone over it. Great pharmacy staff, very busy, but they're on the ball! Just switched to this one, and it's a night and day difference.

Let me just say .. their pharmacy staff is amazing ! I am beyond sad that my insurance changed and I can't come here any more ! They have always been phenomenal at getting things filled , reaching out, communication and finding me a good price I'd I had to pay out of pocket ! They even have pup treats for the drive through ! The pharmacy staff need more customer service training. My wife visits doctors office in the morning and the doctor ordered a prescription to this Walgreen's pharmacy. The doctor said she got the confirmation from the pharmacy before 1:00 pm. However, when we arrived this Pharmacy, the staff insisted they have no order from doctor. They kept us waiting in dark. My wife asked the doctor to resend order. So we have to come back three hours later to get our prescription. read more

They get 4 stars because of the excellent pharmacy staff, always friendly and professional. I usually don't have to wait very long to get my prescriptions but it is not uncommon for them not to have something in stock and have to order it which means you have to wait a week sometimes. The rest of the store is pretty nice, always clean and organized. Their wine selection is limited, not as good as CVS and pricier too. read more

so disappointed with my pharmacy experience. I have been going here for the past year. my prescription ran out and no one told me. once I got it called in it has been the biggest hassle of my life to get it filled from here!! I have talked to many people as there are never the same people answering each day I call. I was told I would have my prescription today. didn't receive the call and when I called it was the wrong one! still had to talk to 2 different people to find out they don't have it still. all the pharmacist said was who did you talk to yesterday when you were told it was ordered and would be here today! I don't understand why customer service is so lacking now!! I'm moving to a different pharmacy next time I need a prescription!!! read more
