I am so impressed! I called a refill in at 9:49am this morning and I was contacted at 10:37 and told that my prescription was ready. This is only the third time I have dealt with them but each time is beyond my expectation. read more

Huge thanks to Dennis and staff at Camelback Compounding Pharmacy... this place is really special. I utilize the in-store USPS office often and the pharmacy on occasion when I have the need. Compared to the big box pharmacies, this one really shines. I recently needed a special prescription that my dermatologist called into this pharmacy. Within a few hours, the pharmacy called me to make sure I was okay with the price before coming in and confirmed it would be ready for pick-up that same day. I went in the next morning and had fabulous customer service, I think from Dennis (the founder / owner) himself. The day after, I received a voicemail thanking me for my business and offering to help if I had any questions or future needs. In addition to the above, the onsite Hallmark store offers fabulous cards, stickers, trinkets and gifts. Parking is easy in the private lot and AJ's is conveniently located in the same shopping center in case you need groceries like I typically do. I will be back... hopefully more for the post office than the pharmacy, but grateful they are here when I need them. read more

They are very communicative and check with you before filling any change to the prescription. Very friendly.

I have to tell you that I have used 3 other compounding pharmacies over my many years and the professionalism, expedience, efficiency and communication is top notch! I am a disabled senior and anxiety dealing with the horrible lack of customer service with companies these days it tough on my anxiety. I am so happy that my first experience with Camelback has been amazing. Looking forward to many more years. Thankyou for making my life just a little less stressful. read more

I always go in here to pick up prescriptions. And I usually have the same kind lady helping me out. And today she was so kind and so generous to offer one of her holiday baked goods to me. It's nice to see a company that still values good customer service. And I have to mention the fact that it's the cutest little pharmacy ever! read more

I used to use a compounding pharmacy just a few minutes away. It would take 7-10 days to get a refill. I always felt like I was bothering them. I cannot believe the efficiency and professionalism of Camelback Pharmacy! I live across town from them and I get a refill in two days with them shipping it! The pharmacists Jace and Phong are the best. read more

Even though I live in Northern California, my Naturopath is in Scottsdale. We do telehealth and my prescriptions are filled through Camelback and shipped to me. I have had the best customer service and always work with the most kind people. I get text reminders when I'm due for a refill and they even knew that my doctor moved to a different practice as it was impacting several customers. I know I go above and beyond but it's always humbling to find another group of people that also but their best out there. Healthcare is a demanding job because you're not building widgets, you are handling one the most precious resources a person has, and I thank Camelback for their excellence!!! read more

Service is absolutely exceptional. So helpful and friendly. Even when you can't find their door. Lol

I was pleasantly surprised when I recently had a prescription filled with this pharmacy. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. Not only that but I really feel like they genuinely cared about me and my well being. They were able to get a hard to find medication for me quickly. They were so responsive to getting my prescription transferred and they couldn't have been more efficient or helpful. It really felt like individualized care. What an amazing thing for the community to have this place. read more

I'm so glad I needed a special cream for my baby's diaper rash. These guys are the best!! I just love them.

These guys called and wished me a happy birthday on my birthday, that pretty much says it all about how they treat their customers, never heard of another pharmacy that does such a thing. Also, I've had awesome experiences with getting my scripts filled there. Their team rocks. read more

I just have to say that Dennis the pharmacist is very personable! I told him a story well over a year ago, haven't seen him since... always seemed to miss him and when we spoke on the phone the other day he remembered. I found it very touching. I love doing business with him. During COVID things were very clean and and touch less. I highly recommend this pharmacy and the personal touch they offer. Would totally give him 10 stars read more

We use Camelback for our pets' prescriptions - liquids tend to cause less blood loss on our end than pills. They are great about communicating/calling when scripts are ready, and are conveniently located. The people who work there are always friendly and efficient. The only downside is dealing with parking - it's easiest to park in the AJ's lot if you can find spots. read more

Thank you Dennis and staff! My prescription was accurate and pricing was better! Great customer service including a follow up call. So happy to have found this compounding pharmacy. They earned my repeat business. I also told my doctors office how pleased I am with the business. read more

My order was dated 7/21/22 the medication was use up by 8/14/22. That's 24 days' worth of medication. The dosage given to my cat was less than prescribe. The pharmacist refused to compensate for the missing medication. This writer would not trust the health of my cat to such a business; either should anyone who cares for the welfare of they're pets! read more

Went to the post office located at camelback compounding during the COVID 19 pandemic and was blown away by the service and the effort to keep the community safe. The customer service was impeccable and it was very obvious how much they cared about their customers. Being pregnant and considered "at risk" myself, I was very appreciative of the service. I will be solely using this post office moving forward. read more

Today was my first time using this pharmacy. I have to say it was such an excellent experience that my whole family will now be using this pharmacy. Everyone was so helpful, insightful and the Pharmacist reviewed all of my concerns. He also extended such kindness to my mother and answered all of her questions. You can alway tell when people love what they do!! This pharmacy had a Great Vibe! read more

They are always quick and easy with what I need. Never any issues getting my script filled.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would have. My husband went in to use their shipping services and the lady with short hair was completely rude. She stated, "that you are raping us of our shipping supplies". The term "rape" was used. WOW! He was using USPS shipping material and shipping it from their store. USPS offers these flat rate shipping boxes as a means to ship priority. Meaning we are paying for the services. I would hope management of this pharmacy get extra help. With employees like these they may go out of business. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone. Do NOT come here if you are looking for customer service. I am appalled with her behavior and the pharmacy's service. read more

100 percent recommend this pharmacy. The owner who I have never met yet goes out of his way to work with patients and their doctors. That pharmacist I was working with was amazing and got me my answer quickly from the owner. They are even going out of their way to find a way to make the flavor I wanted for my medicine!!! Would highly recommend them. read more

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service. From confirming prescription to the follow up phone call, this has to be the easiest, friendliest and professional pharmacy I've been to. read more

Young lady at the front counter was very rude and seemed like she did not want to be there. Seemed like she would rather be on her phone than help me check out. Products were also very expensive compared to cvs. If given a chance for a half star would give it. Not professional at all!!! read more

This was such an amazing pharmacy, and the people could not have been better!! They were not only the best throwback to the way that life used to be here in the valley, but it was a testament to the customer service that this country was founded on!! They have been like family, and I hope I can see most of them at the CVS on 40th st!! It wasn't just a pharmacy, it was a landmark in the Arcadia group of amazing souls. Thanks for the 31 years!! -John A read more

It's a shame that the below review had such a negative experience. I love going to this Pharmacy and to their post office. It's a mom and pop shop. Everyone has worked there for years. It's the type of place where if you live in the neighborhood, they know you and you know them. They've watched my children grow up and I've watched their children help with the family business. The Pharmacist always takes his time with me to make sure that all my questions are answered. And when it comes to the post office, "that lady with the short hair" is really, really nice and would never say anything like that if it wasn't true. No matter how busy they are they have always made sure that everyone is treated with respect and that all of their needs are met. We are so lucky to have them in Arcadia an I will continue to always give them my business. Dear Natalie V- go back to CA! read more

So accommodating. So very friendly. Willing to go the extra mile to help when no other pharmacies in the valley seemed willing. Will be getting my old pup's meds here for as long as we need it. You guys have been great! read more

This awesome pharmacy is a throw back to the good ol days before the big box shops took over with their huge outlets and lack of personal service. I love CVP! They remember your name, your needs, your preferences. I would pay extra to shop here (not that you do) if only just to support a small, locally owned and operated shop. I pass by about 10 Walgreens and CVSs en route to CVP and I'm always glad I did. Keep up the good work!! read more

Have been using CVP since it opened in the 1970's. The service is fantastic and the people are outstanding. Since I moved to North Scottsdale it is not as convenient but I still would not use another Pharmacy! read more
