Took another 15 minutes to get them to understand the insurance. Picking it up took another 15 minutes even when they called to tell me it was ready a few days later. Seems they never have what I need in stock and it takes at least 2 days to get. Now it seems they are stuck on automatic refill. I tried changing it on their website but it won't allow me too. I called and they said they took it off auto refill and the website has it off auto refill but for some reason they keep auto refilling it. If they can't get something as simple as this correct it concerns me how they manage to get the prescriptions correct.

Make sure you plan ten days for a refill. There are great people that try to help but the staff seems perpetually overwhelmed. They clearly need more people for this location. I believe this is a corporate issue. I had the last straw today. I have been waiting days for post procedure med. Got a message that says I have to wait three more days.
