The pediatrician called in a prescription for a diaper rash ointment, the hours posted on line showed this pharmacy is open until 5 but it turned out they actually stop filling prescriptions at 4, the diaper rash cream called in will take at least 4 hours according to the person answering the phone to make and there is no way to get it because it was 3:55 and they're closing the filling portion of their business. I've been using Clarks Pharmacy for the last three years and have always had a great experience, the folks I wind up speaking to on the phone are always very professional yet friendly, and occasionally they even call me when I'm due for a refill but had forgotten to call them - I don't know of any other pharmacy that provides that service! Their prices are good and their shipping is prompt. I actually switched (a year or so ago, but only temporarily!) to another compounding pharmacy that was much closer to me, but that other pharmacy pricing was substantially higher for the same prescription and it didn't seem to work as well - I noticed a difference in how I felt in just a couple of days on their version of the same compound - so I switched back to Clarks and will not ever switch away again.....lesson learned! And I've actually moved away from Arizona, but since they will ship to me anywhere, I will still keep my business with Clarks.....I'm a very happy customer. read more

TIRED OF PAYING HIGH PRICES... then this is the place for you! I was SHOCKED when I called the owner and cried on the phone about how high my pets medication was who suffers from Valley Fever. When he quoted me the price, I almost fell off my chair. They are here to serve not take advantage of their customers, and if you are going anywhere else for any of your medications, then you are doing yourself and your bank account a disservice. I've been coming here for my compound prescriptions for years. Until recently, it was a great experience. Friendly, efficient, timely. Seems they've added some new staff (Kim), and the place has gone down hill. Last month, we waited 10 days for them to refill a prescription, even through they had it on file. This rude staffer kept giving excuses, was extremely short on the phone, and always acted like my phone call was a total bother, and that she was entirely overwhelmed. It was clear the script got lost in the queue, and rather than bump it to the top of the heap once the error was noticed, they made us continue to wait by putting our script back to the bottom of the pile. Horrible service, discourteous, complete lack of follow-up. If you want to wait forever for a refill and be treated like crap, then come to Clarks. I hate panning this place, as the pharmacist, Rudy, is fantastic and approachable, and his wife equally so, but the new desk staff means we'll be filling our prescriptions elsewhere. read more

This is the worst service I have ever received. I called the pharmacy and a woman answered and confirmed that they had all of the ingredients for a compound my daughter needed. When I went to the store to drop off the prescription there were two people working a woman and a man. I showed the woman the prescription and she walked into the back, not even two seconds later she came back saying they didn't have all of the ingredients and when I told her I called she played dumb and said it must've been the guy who answered. she then proceeded to tell us that there are three people in line ahead of us and she wouldn't be able to make it in time (it was 4:15 and the store closes at 5:00). She then went into the back again to see how long it would be to make and told us there were actually fifteen people in line before us, lying to us a third time in a span of three minutes. We will not be returning there and highly do not recommend anybody to go there. I am appalled at how rude she treated me and my family. read more
