I have been going to this Walgreens and using their pharmacy for years, I have never had a bad experience.

The older lady in the front with an accent or maybe she just has issue with her mouth is rude as heck. She had an attitude with me returning items that I found SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere. she acts like me returning is coming out of her paycheck and the way she was talking to other customers was rude, she was super short with them and had an attitude. read more

Dear Store Manager, I have been a customer at this Walgreens for many years, and my experience on June 24, 2026, was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at this store. The employee, Renata, displayed a very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude throughout our interaction. I was attempting to exchange my Pedialyte for a similar item and briefly checked my phone to verify information related to the exchange. Rather than listening to my request or trying to understand the situation, Renata immediately became impatient and refused to provide reasonable assistance. She instructed me to go back to the end of a long line and said she would help me afterward, despite the fact that I was already speaking with her regarding my transaction. At no point did she make an effort to listen to my concerns or provide the level of customer service that Walgreens customers should expect. What was particularly troubling was the apparent difference in how customers were treated. I observed Renata interacting with Caucasian customers in a friendly and courteous manner, smiling and engaging respectfully, while I felt I was treated with hostility, annoyance, and disrespect. As an African American customer, this experience left me feeling unwelcome and deeply disappointed. Customer service should be professional, respectful, and consistent for all customers regardless of race. Unfortunately, my experience with Renata was the exact opposite. Walgreens management should thoroughly investigate this incident, review any available surveillance footage, and take appropriate corrective action. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or singled out while simply seeking assistance with a purchase or exchange. After years of shopping at this location, I never expected to be treated this way. The Pharmacy is an absolute joke. As I sit here rationing my insulin since they are still "out of stock" even though this is the 6th day in a row they said they would have it. I finally was able to get through today to find out if they really will have it tomorrow as I will be out, I was told "don't know". I asked if he could transfer the prescription to another Walgreens, he said "yes, you can, just call whichever one you want" and hung up. The out of stock is a regular occurrence with my 4 different auto renewal prescriptions, this follows the 5 days I had to go without my glucose monitor, didn't bother them one bit. Finally will end my misery and transfer to another pharmacy, highly recommend everyone does the same. read more

A gentleman from put of town was asking where an item was, she provided the aisle to go down however the gentleman proceeded down the wrong aisle and her response to me was "* just told him what aisle to go down why would he not understand , oh well". Pharmacy is total disaster. No automated call that script is ready, tried to call and was on hold for one hour and forty minutes (YES, I timed it) before I was hung up on. Call back, get to somebody not in pharmacy named Connor, who says "you'll have better luck if I transfer you back from here" and before I can stop him, I'm back in hold hell but at least this time it only took six minutes for them to HANG UP ON ME A SECOND TIME. So I call back, get Connor again, he tells me they're understaffed and overwhelmed and I explain I'm a patient man but having almost two hours invested in getting hung up on twice made me lose my sense of humor, Connor tells me he'll walk back after he transfers me to get some answers. Four minutes later, guess what? Yep, hung up on again. So screw you, Connor, and screw Walgreens. They are a nationwide disaster and this store is one of their worst, read more

1st visit: for taking a passport picture for my kid. Everything was perfect, however, they asked to come in 2 hours for pickup and it was not ready immediately. Not far from home so decided to go back and return to collect it. 2nd visit: On collection, I took and directly went the home with the thumb drive that had the digital copy we wanted. On checking the digital copy, we noticed that they transferred the non-edited on to the thumb drive. Hence, the hard copy and digital copy were not matching. 3rd visit: Went to check if they can somehow copy the edited picture but they, unfortunately, couldn't as the so-called system doesn't allow it. However, the representative was very nice and he really tried to fix the issue. Since he couldn't he refunded the complete amount even though giving us both hard and soft copies. I went to Walgreens trying to buy a margarita mix and the employee working refused to sell it to me even though I am 21 because I had a friend with me who was also 21 and didn't have her ID on her. My friend didn't even enter the checkout line, but the employee still refused me, claiming it was a "law" she needed to see both IDs. I looked it up, proved her wrong, and she still refused. I have COPD, And recently contracted a serious lung disease. Between the two, I am very ill and in very much pain. Because I am too sick to drive my doctor suggested I have the meds he prescribed delivered. I began calling Walgreens pharmacy at 11 am. The phone would ring, be picked up, and immediately put on hold. After 30 minutes on hold I hung up and tried again with same results. This went on until 1pm, their lunch time. At 2pm I called again with same results--at least 4 times. I decided to call the store manager and each time was told they would check into it. Having heard doing back I called Walgreens Corporate office and spoke with Karen. She was very nice but she transferred me to a man who took my info and transferred me to another man, while telling me this would me taken care of. The last man I spoke with took my credit card number for delivery. This all started on Monday. My doctor wanted me to start the meds right away as I have some medical tests on my lungs Wednesday. Now its Tuesday and still no meds. I am very ill. Too ill yo drive. I need another pharmacy. Walgreens is fine if the meds needed are routine.........but this is not routine and is life threatening. Wish I could leave 0 stars because this pharmacy is beyond a JOKE! We have medical insurance and they wanted to charge us $150 because we didn't have our physical insurance card on us but still had our member ID and everything which never was an issue in the past. Said we can look up a coupon but didn't want to give us the exact name of the medication our doctor wrote so we couldn't find the coupon. This is another review where I wish I could get less than one star and I don't write these often which should say a lot. This pharmacy is HORRIBLE... the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in the history of pharmacies. One person says one thing, another person says another thing, and the pharmacist says something else completely different. This makes your prescriptions never be on time, you have to go through a million extra steps, and they never tell you the correct information. I have told them multiple times the problems I have with them and they have yet to fix it. I am so disappointed at this local pharmacy and after today, will not be returning to them. This pharmacy is unbelievable. They sold me ozempic (brand new prescription) with inadequate amount of disposable needles or instructions on how to use the medication. Went back in to ask questions and they said they didn't have the time. No attempt to understand the issues/confusion or to resolve them. Literally a shoulder shrug. Have to agree with the recent reviews. Pharmacy is so slow. I'm in the line right now and someone just left as they cannot wait any more.. The most ridiculous experience I have have here is that while you are in the line, cars appear through the window and they take precedence. The one time came from the doctor with contagious flu I tried to use the drive up window and the woman told me I HAVE to come inside to get the RX. She said she knew I needed the RX urgently but I had to come in. Some of the issues I know seem to span from people's insurances not paying for Medicine so they have a long conversation about it thinking the pharmacy rep or clerk can do anything about it. Back again Aug 2015. We had 3 prescriptions called in here to the pharmacy voice mail that us never checked. My Dr called in a prescription after surgery. Not there 1 hour later. Had to get the oncall Dr to call in another prescription at 445pm. Called at 6pm no prescriptions for me. Called the on call service Dr (2nd one) they called it in. Came down 20 min later. Nothing. Asked them to check the voicemail. They have 3 prescriptions for me.... oh but there are other people waiting ahead of me so it will be 20 mins. This place is dead. I need to remind myself Albertsons, CVS and frys are just down the street people. read more

It is so unfortunate that our closest Walgreens seems to struggle in all areas regarding staffing and customer service. This time, I utilized the printing/photo department to print off a SINGLE page document, since our home printer was not working. I uploaded the document and waited for confirmation that the printing was complete and ready for pick up. Two days later, stopped in to pick up pictures that were ready and while the employee could see my request in the queue, he was unable to print it off for me at that time and stated he needed to clear the queue and the printer didn't have paper. What???? I said ok and I hoped it would be ready soon. I got the confirmation email and text the next morning at around 9, went in at about 2 p.m., and the employee stated he couldn't find it, saw it on the computer, and again, couldn't print it off for me and could I come back a little later? TERRIBLE service. Horrible organization in the photo department and so frustrating. Walked out again without the document. I need a new printer so I don't have to count on Walgreen's ever again for any document printing. read more

I had a prescription filled by this Walgreens only to make it all the way home and see that I didn't get the full quantity. Promptly called the store to only be put on hold for 40mins before talking with someone. Mistakes happen, I get it. Person on the phone said come back to the store to clear up the matter. Once in the store I had to sit and wait for another hour for them to call my insurance to verify the matter. What does my insurance have to do with anything with a mistake by the pharmacy?! If I am prescribed 3 insulin pens and only get 1 of them, shouldn't there just be 2 extra pens sitting there like I am in the waiting area?! I came with my receipt and hoped that a simple mistake could be handled simply and rectified easily. Someone from Walgreens should audit this location. read more
