I had been getting my prescriptions at the Walgreens nearby (which isn't that bad, but you have to time your arrival). My insurance changed recently, so I needed to change to an in-network pharmacy. When I visited my doctor and they asked for my preferred pharmacy I gave them Ranch's info. I heard one of the tech's say "That pharmacy is so great they always answer calls fast." Personalized service+ I went in on Saturday afternoon and even though I had 4 people in front of me I waited 2.5 minutes tops. Today, 9/18, the owner posted "a response". There are several problems. First, no response in the 2-3 days I was told. The original problem was Aug. 5th. I had no return call until Sept. 15th but I was not available. I had planned to call today, Monday, but after this response there is no need. Second, I absolutely, positively was there at 2:03 after speeding to get there. The Pharmacist and anyone else would have had to be more than "just distracted" to miss my pounding on the door. That IS A LIE. . I also sat in my car for more than 5 minutes so upset THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE, so the whole story of them standing in the parking lot is also not true, just covering for the Pharmacist due to my complaint to the State Pharmacy Board. The whole "2 minutes" was ridiculous for anyone, let alone a patient of several years. Of course the owner doesn't deny that happened. No excuse at all. There literally is NO REASON to deny a patient in severe need when it had sadly happened before, but with a much better pharmacist. Again, I took a video, so I guess they were so distracted they not only didn't hear me, but didn't see me either. There were no cars in the parking lot, also on video. Next, I was NEVER offered a free delivery - another lie, by this horrible pharmacist. My prescription was not ready 3 days before. As stated, it was called in 10 minutes before closing for pickup the next day. (Phone records can prove this). I also explained why I didn't get there, but no free delivery was ever offered. I don't blame the owner for sticking up for her employee, but at least acknowledge the mistake that should never have happened. I will never return to this pharmacist and everyone else should think twice about going there, if this is standard practice. I have my records, and know what happened, including a recording when I went back on Monday after being sick due to their actions. The owner wasn't there, but to just believe the lies of this "trusted" employee is not a good sign. Is this how you want to be treated when sick? If not, STAY AWAY! read more

I've visit this pharmacy during covid vaccination and I saw few employees took people out of the line and vaccinate people without appointments and under 65 years old. This is not right at all and its against the law. They give vaccines to people they know and I don't recommend going there for anything. You guys are cheaters read more

Never been so disgusted In a practice ever in my life especially during times of a pandemic. They are giving out COVID-19 vaccines to people that they know personally and are no where close to meeting the guidelines of being able to receive the vaccine yet but wouldn't give the vaccine to my family members who are actually at risk. read more

We've used Ranch Pharmacy since 1997. Ranch Pharmacy is excellent! They are professional, helpful and answer your questions regarding your meds. They also deliver your RX if you prefer. If you need a health care 'specialty item' they can order for you if it's available (but they do sell many health care supplies in their store.) No waiting in a long line for your turn! ps. As for the person's post complaining her Rx was changed by her New doctor...it would have been very easy to read the label on the 1st Fill, to make sure the New doctor's name was on the bottle and the new dose was what he told you. read more
