Pharmacy staff is unprofessional, unpleasant, dismissive and disrespectful. As someone extremely sensitive about pills -- I haven't even taken Tylenol in years -- starting RX treatment for the first time in my adult life is a big deal. Naturally, I have questions about what I'm putting in my body and how it might affect me. The impatient pharmacist wouldn't even gave me his full attention. He and the staff made it clear that my questions and concerns were an inconvenience. That's unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Patients are already dealing with pain, stress, and serious concerns which lead us to take these medications in the first place-- our concerns shouldn't be met with dismissiveness and attitude when trying to understand our treatment. Taking 5 minutes to explain something with patience and respect should be basic standard. It's concerning that it isn't here. Thank God I live in California and don't have to deal with this sour, childish, immature, unprofessional bs again. When a family member mentioned possibly switching to this pharmacy, I told them not to bother -- there are far better options where communication, human care and decency are a given. Pharmacy get your act together. Healthcare?! More like CARELESS. Fix your nasty attitude. Customers do not need more stress ON TOP of their ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATIONS. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The entire staff at the pharmacy counter is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist himself was the worst of the group. He spoke to his team and patrons in line with zero respect and offensively rude. The Minute Clinic staff was even worse and after waiting an hour we left without completing our appointment. I have shopped at this location for more than a decade. For the most part I would say I have been happy with the customer service but in the last year and since installing self service check out, I continue to encounter the same rude employee who insists that I use self-service check out. (even though there is a register open and she's standing around watching the customers) At the end of the day, I must say that when your customers come in often we are sick, exhausted, and would appreciate service and a smile. She made a mistake on medication I brought it to the rph manager attention and he didn't seem to care. Then tonight I went in the get medications and she was so rude and told me to read her name badge so I don't misspell her name, because I said I'd be back in the morning for some else to run my medication through the insurance. I think they need a system that automatically let's them know it's time to fill a prescription, like Walgreens does. You have to stay up until midnight to call in an order. Also they tell you when it will be ready and when you go there it's not even close to being ready. Night time the drive thru is closed, and they should have signs posted early so people don't show up in PJs. This is the only 24/7 CVS pharmacy in the area so they should know they are going to be packed and busy especially during flu season...yet they literally only have 3 ppl working throughout the day and the poor pharmacist works crazy long hours. Really annoyed with this pharmacy. We always use this location as it is around the corner from our house. However, they seem to not be getting the prescription for my baby who is in pain. The doctor has sent it multiple times. When I called the pharmacy to ask if they had received it and what I needed to do for them to get it since they haven said they haven't received it after it being sent multiple times, I was told go to a different CVS location or try Walgreens. SERIOUSLY?! They obviously do NOT care about the customers or business. I get times are tough but it's no excuse to be rude to customers asking prescription status or asking other ways to get it to them. read more

I am a creature of habit and usually when I find a business that has good customer service I will keep going back to that business. However, tonight I did not go to my usual CVS and went to a different one. I went into CVS because my nephew had been feeling ill and I thought it would be a good idea to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine would be the appropriate medicine to take. So I went to the pharmacy to get some assistance. There were three employees behind the counter. Not even one of the employees greeted me or even acknowledge I was waiting. After a few minutes of waiting I finally asked if someone could answer a question. The employee gave the impression that they were annoyed. I purchased a few items a d left the store. If I could give this place a negative star I would, I've had multiple negative experiences here. Once I dropped off a prescription at midnight it wasn't ready until 9am. I usually call and ask about my prescription before I pick it up a few hours after dropping it off I called and I was told 1 hour. I gave them an additional hour and it still wasn't ready. I was told that they would expedite it come back in 20 minutes. I gave them another hour. Nothing! I dropped off a prescription and then took my wife to the ER she was seen treated and released, prescription not ready we debated where to eat finally made a decision drive to the restaurant ate and drove back still no prescription. I had two prescriptions one for 16 pills the second for 28. It's not that hard to count. I was furious stay away from this place from personal experience I will not drop off a prescription here at night it's faster to wait until morning and take it to your local pharmacy. read more

The Pharmacy drive through is convenient however taking 2 and 3 days to fill scripts is crazy. I had one script called in by my doctor and they called me 3 days later to tell me if finally had been filled. I went to pick it up and they then tell me they were finishing filling it (even after the call saying they had completed it). They sent me a text a couple months later to remind me to fill my script and asked if I would like it to be filled. I replied and said yes. I received a confirm of date and time it would be completed of 2 days. I went to pick it up on the third day and they told me my script was not filled and there were 6 people ahead of me. I don't know why they are so far behind but I told them to cancel the script. I plan on calling my doctor and having it transferred to another facility. read more

This may be one of the biggest wastes of space on the planet. The pharmacy is so AWFUL! I stood at the drop off window for several minutes while making eye contact with two employees. Another customer walked up to a different window and got helped immediately. When I brought it up to the pharmacist, she proceeded to tell me she was the only one working and so on.
