I have nothing bad to say about this location. Ease of access to the building from the cross streets. The location is clean inside and outside. Products are easy to find, and the shelves are always full. The pharmacy staff is always kind and helpful. They know their customers and our needs. The pharmacy is either closed lately or has new hours after waiting online at drive through for over 10 minutes they said oh sorry come back tomorrow the window closed 10 minutes even though I was on line waiting with the guy in front of me the entire time he just made it to the window before I did time To move to another pharmacy his one always seems to have an issue lately read more

Julie is one of the worst techs you will have to deal with at this Walgreens. She has the absolute worst attitude ever. Doesn't matter if you go through the drive through or in person or on the phone. She is Always irritated and looks like she hates her job. She has the worst customer service and doesn't desire to help anyone. I tried getting my prescription refilled and was told that they were out of stock and don't know when they would get it back. The lady that I spoke with when trying to pick it up was going to call other Walgreens to try and see if they had it. I didn't have time that evening as I had to go to work. I called back the next day and Julie was the unfortunate person I had to talk to on the phone. She said if we're out of it I don't know what you want me to do. With a horrible attitude. Something needs to be done about her because she does not care about anyone or her job. It was like pulling teeth trying to get her to help and call the other Walgreens. Pharmacy tech have horrible attitude. Worst customer service. There is a lady in her late 50 black hair with the ugliest attitude.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! Prescription orders sent over at 7 AM and they could not get the prescriptions filled before 2 PM. First time told an hour to hour and a half called -prescriptions still not ready I was told 30 to 45 more minutes- called again-still not ready and would be at least another hour. Get your act together people- it should never take this long for a customers order to get filled. I will never be back that is for sure!!!! read more

Over the counter medicines and so much more. I went to Walgreens because my nephew was feeling a little under the weather and thought it would be good to stock up on some over the counter medicine. When I arrived at the store I wasn't quite sure what medicine to give my nephew . The pharmacist could easily see I was confused and offered his assiatance. After selecting some over the counter medicines I walked around the store and purchased juice, a few snacks, and even a "as seen on tv" item or two. Walgreens is a great place to grab exactly what you need any time of the day of night and the staff is always friendly and helpful. read more

I've used this pharmacy for several years, because it's nearby. The service gets slower and slower. If they have more than two pharmacy customers, it's a 10-15 minute wait. I've asked numerous times to have my medication dispensed in 3 month supply and charged under the walgreens plan, they fail every time to do this, even though recently the clerk has assured me that this preference is indicated in their system. Apparently that's not enough. It's an on-going hassle and issue. They also don't have a bicycle rack outside, making it inconvenient to bike there. I'm sure that part of the problem is that the US healthcare system sucks. One plus, the store keeps the panhandlers away, which is nice, since I'd rather not pick up additional diseases when I'm there, lol. read more

Love the take care clinic at this location. The doctors are wonderful. The pharmacy however is HORRIBLE! Worst I've ever experienced. Got a referral for some lab work from my physician and they suggested this new company which so happens to be inside Walgreens. Let's start of by saying I didn't have to wait, they took me in really quickly. I must have been in there maybe 10 mins. The blood was quick and painless. It was amazing!!! This review is for the Take Care Clinic at this Walgreens. Signing up at the computer was easy and I waited about 30 minutes with one person ahead of me. I've been sick with a cold for about 2 weeks (stuffy head, congestion, cough, etc...). I've started to feel better, but my chest has felt heavy with congestion so I thought I'd best get some meds to help ward off bronchitis. When the nurse brought me in to the room she stuck a oxygen monitor on my finger & she asked if I was short of breath. I said I was and that my chest was heavy like someone was sitting on it (how I typically describe how I feel when I have bronchitis). She immediately said I needed to go right away to the ER because I was having a heart attack (I'm 35 and in great shape with no other symptoms other than a long lingering cold). I tried to clarify what I was describing to her and she just turned her back and filled out her paperwork saying over and over how they couldn't treat what I was describing and I'd better go to the ER right away. I refused her recommendation so she had me sign a form and sent me on my way. She did not look at me for more than a second, did not ask about any history of my symptoms, did not listen to my chest, look in my ears or anything. With that I left - the only good thing about my experience with this so called "nurse" was that she didn't charge me for her determination. My question is, if I was having a heart attack, why would she send me to drive myself to the ER? Hmmmm....I'll pass on the "drive thru Walgreens healthcare" in the future. read more

Regarding the Walgreen's Take Care Clinic: I went in for chest congestion/pain associated with a cold and nasal congestion and the APN almost would not examine me because she said it sounded like it was associated the heart and she would need to refer me to the ER or Urgent Care. I assured her this was a normal feeling to have when I have a cold/chest congestion. She said my chest sounded fine and to wait out my cold (had already been sick for 10 days and it was only getting worse). Then she it took her a half hour to enter information in the computer and she said it was due to having to rule out a heart condition. read more

Pharmacy wait times are ridiculous. They gave me the wrong credit card back and actually charged their card for my prescriptions. I didn't notice until I got home. I had to call and drive back there. They didn't apologize they seemed irritated. I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

Went to this location to get a prescription filled (amoxicillin) the girl showed it to the pharmacist and he responded by saying very rudely they close at 10pm and I was pushing it because it was 9:50 but he would go ahead and fill it for me. I told him sorry I was told by a friend they were 24hours he then said again being rude no the location on Litchfield is 24 hours. Ok sorry I was misinformed. So the girl was entering my information in and about after 10 mins she said that all my doctors information wasn't correct and the doctor wasn't listed, of course I don't understand cuz I thought it was all on the prescription so then she asked the pharmacist about and again rudely he said nope I can't fill it and I'm not calling to check on it and I can come back in the morning. I understand it was late but there was no reason to speak to me so rudely, I would've rather him have just said sorry we are closed and can't do it not be so rude. Well I decided to go to the one on Litchfield thinking if their 24 hours maybe they could check into whatever was i incorrect on the prescription. Guess what I get there and they said there was nothing wrong with the prescription and said it would be ready in 20 mins!! Plus they were very nice and very friendly. Again they should've just said no at the beginning and been nice about it there was no need to be so rude. read more
