My wife's doctor was told the prescription could be filled within 1.5 hours, and we received a text stating it would be ready by 12pm. However, when I arrived at 12:35pm, the prescription was not ready. After expressing my frustration to Glady's, the store manager, I was told to expect another 45-minute delay. In total, this meant waiting over four hours for a prescription that was supposed to be ready much sooner. This is not an isolated incident. In my experience, this store routinely takes 4-5 hours longer than the initial estimated pickup time provided by text message. It is incredibly frustrating to be misled repeatedly, especially when customers are relying on timely access to important medications. My wife is so sick, I can only hope nothing happens to her. It is clear to me that Walgreens Litchfield prioritizes profit over honesty and customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this location for prescription needs, as my repeated experiences have shown a pattern of dishonesty and lack of quality control. From 2020 through 2022 they were the only pharmacy to honor the GoodRX price for my dogs Valley Fever medication. I contacted all the other pharmacies in the area, such as Basha's, Costco, Sam's Club, Walgreen's, CVS, Fry's, Walmart and some local independents. Safeway was the only one to honor the price of around $75 per month (listed on GoodRx), whereas the others wanted anywhere from $350-$450 per month (but GoodRx was around $75 for all of the others). I know $75 per month isn't cheap but it allowed my dog to have a longer life and reduce the bone pain that he was feeling because the valley fever had spread.

So, I drove 10 minutes to their store to learn they too didn't have what I needed. CVS in my neighborhood is not very busy. Every few miles, there's one or two competitor pharmacies. Well.
