Naturally, I have questions about what I'm putting in my body and how it might affect me. The impatient pharmacist wouldn't even gave me his full attention. He and the staff made it clear that my questions and concerns were an inconvenience. That's unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Patients are already dealing with pain, stress, and serious concerns which lead us to take these medications in the first place-- our concerns shouldn't be met with dismissiveness and attitude when trying to understand our treatment. Taking 5 minutes to explain something with patience and respect should be basic standard. It's concerning that it isn't here. Thank God I live in California and don't have to deal with this sour, childish, immature, unprofessional bs again. When a family member mentioned possibly switching to this pharmacy, I told them not to bother -- there are far better options where communication, human care and decency are a given. Pharmacy get your act together. Healthcare?! More like CARELESS. Fix your nasty attitude. Customers do not need more stress ON TOP of their ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATIONS. YOU THINK WE WANT TO TAKING THESE STUPID PILLS!? ITS NOT FUN AND OUR SITUATIONS ARE NOT PLEASANT. YOU THINK WE WANT TO INCONVENIENCE OUR DAY TO PICK UP OUR MEDS?? ITS NOT A MF FIELD TRIP OKAY. Don't enter your phone number and DOB it will not give you a valid answer. - when you call and ask for a pharmacy tech (you have to keep telling the automated system pharmacy tech) they will pick up the phone and then put you back on hold. This happened so many times I lost count. While on hold I got back in my car and drove back to the pharmacy. - this pharmacy is horrible understaffed for the amount of business they get. They need to hire more techs and pharmacies.

I said no a pick up for, stated my name & she said this lane is for drop offs only. I said I don't see any signage indicating that and she said well it is and maybe the sign blew away because of the wind and hung up. She was completely unprofessional and rude! So I called the store to speak with the assistant manager Monica. I advised her that her employee could have went about this differently and didn't have to be so rude & unprofessional. She could have easily said for future reference the second lane is only for drop off and I'll take care of you this time since the sign is in fact not posted out there. By this time, waiting in line, all another three cars have been added to the line that I would've been in. Had they had the sign up! So she expected me to reverse and get to the back of the line because of an error on their behalf. I think what's even more frustrating is that they have a big window showing their entire drive-through and they can see that the sign is not there through the window. They stare out the window all day. Why didn't somebody get up & go out there and put another sign up? It took for the Assistant manager Monica to have to go out of her way, go above and beyond to provide professional assistance. Fixing a matter that could've been so easily fixed by the other woman working the pharmacy drive-through. I will not be using this pharmacy EVER AGAIN.

I visited this Sam's Club location last Friday afternoon while I was in the area after work to pick…read moreup a few items and grab a pizza for dinner. One thing to note is that the parking lot is very congested. It's shared with several other businesses, and compared to other locations, this one feels a bit small and crowded. The staff here is usually friendly, which I appreciate. I ordered my pizza online ahead of time, which was very convenient. When I arrived, I was able to skip the long line and simply show my order number to the associate at the side for pickup. As for the pizza, it had plenty of cheese, which was great. However, it was a bit heavy on the sauce. I also think they could improve their menu by offering more variety--options like cheese and sausage or a pepperoni and sausage combo would be great additions alongside their current selections. Overall, my shopping experience was good. I was able to use Scan & Go, which made things much quicker and easier, and ordering food ahead was a plus. One thing I'd love to see is the option to purchase the same hot dogs they serve at the food court for home use.
