Order from this location a few different times for delivery if you have a Sam's Club membership and you have the plus membership you get free shipping on orders of $50 or more when you do place your order you can't select your own tip. They do have a suggested tip, but you could customize your own tip yourself. It is very convenient. You can track the order as well. I only had issues with the order maybe once and they do have a return policy, which is nice on items you do not like even if it's open. read more

Sam's Club - Drugstores Near Me - Avondale, Arizona

I personally really love Sam's club. The aisles are all organized by numbers and have general category and names on them unlike Costco!! The parking set up is awful and it's really hard to get in and out during rush hours and the weekends. I've never been to their gas station so I can't speak on that. I love that they have healthy snack options too and I love that they've stocked Drizzilicious. I destroyed this bag in 3 days haha. I did buy some cold medicine and the lady at self check out must've been new or something because she kept punching in my birthday on my ID and could not get it to pass clearance until another lady had to come and help her navigate the system. read more

Same quality of service you would expect from a walmart brand. No service. I tried to purchase something, but they had a sign up that was incorrect and refused to honor the price. They aren't helpful at finding anything in the store. I've arrived at seven thirty in the morning before they open and the entire front half of the parking lot is filled with employee cars. read more

I honestly enjoy shopping here... only through delivery though. The stores are always crowded and frustrating to deal with, and their produce lasts only a few days before molding. Shelf stable products and frozen or wholesale goods are better choices for the savings you expect. read more

I love love love Sams club. I no longer go to Costco. Sams is so convenient, no long lines, trying to squeeze in the aisles. Ditched my costco membership for Sam's. Don't tell my family! read more

Ordering online for groceries did take some time, lost my 1st time slot. However I still was able to pickup today. So happy that the employee will have tomorrow off. Always terrific prices, the lowest-prices is what gets me to travel from Buckeye to Avondale. I arrived on time and after parking, signing in my spot I waited less then 5 minutes..Amazing young lady had my items boxed and organized. Thank you!!! Happy Easter read more

The gas station has a really bad set-up when it comes to entering then having to pick a lane. There is a curbed planter at the entrance you have to go around one side or the other. If you go left, you can get in the first, maybe second lane without a lot of maneuvering. Same for the right if you choose to go to the right. But, you cannot drive straight into a lane. Everyone is jockeying for position and its just a cluster you-know-what if you're trying to get to one of the center lanes. This is not my regular go-to Sam's Club. I use other Sam's Clubs closer to where I live. So I know by comparison this location is one that could have been laid out much better. Whenever I am in this part of the valley and am in need of gas, I dread having to go to this particular location. But, 1) at significantly lower prices and 2) having to justify the membership fee, it is an inconvenience I just gut thru. read more

So who said that digital everything is better I have found so many issues with this whole decision that someone came up with on their own. F.Y.I. Probably should of kept cards around just in case!!!! I did a return and was given a e-gift card without being asked if that was okay. Then I proceeded to customer service to ask for an actual gift card so I could use it at a gas pump. The fact that you can't fully accommodate your members with manual input is ridiculous or not make it easy to pay with paper is also. It's not better THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM THE GAS STATION IS NOT MUCH HELP WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE A CARD TO FEED IT. KEEP ACTUAL GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE PLEASE. I'M OUT OF GAS WITH NO ONE TO HELP... read more

Very Disappointed with Customer Service Waited in a long line at the Sam's Club food court to order a large pizza, only to be told at the window that they weren't making whole pizzas right now. No signs, no announcements just a waste of time. It's incredibly frustrating to stand in line for nothing, especially when a simple notice could've saved everyone the trouble. Poor communication and bad customer service. Management needs to do better. If you're heading there for a full pizza, check first don't assume they'll have what they advertise. read more

Today 09/14/24. I have not experienced such horrible customer service. Unfortunately Sam club puts their liquor in a cage upfront. So I have no choice but to ask for assistance. Cynthia had just went into a room with her co workers. I peak my head in the window and ask for help. So came out and said under her breath, " Let me stop what I doing, because a bottle can't wait" I asked her to repeat what she said and she did not. Of course. I'm sorry I bother you to do you JOB! if you do not like it please find somewhere else to work. read more

I'm kind of baffled by the negative reviews on here. We have been Sam's members for a few years now, and really feel we get good value from our membership. The warehouse is well stocked and laid out, and we save so much here on groceries and gas. Total sticker shock when you go to a regular grocery store and pay the crazy prices of inflation. This Sam's location is our go-to for regular gas fill ups... Just wish they had more gas pumps than they do. We usually come for gas first thing in the morning when they open, or later at night, shortly before close. It helps you avoid the longer lines. We also enjoy using our membership on the road for gas and for other things. Our experience with ordering for pick up has been good to great, and the same with online shopping where they ship it to you (free with Plus membership). I have ordered several things for gifts this way. That really comes in handy at Christmas time. Great clothing values online! We love being able to use our Sam's cash as we earn it, instead of waiting for a once a year redemption opportunity (like Costco). That is wonderful! Having their credit card is a must, the 5% cash back on gas purchases alone pays for the membership and then some. 3% on dining out, and cash back on warehouse purchases, too. Members Mark products are great, we've never had an issue with any of them. Quality is as good or better than the national brands. They stand behind their product and guarantee satisfaction. read more

I have had very good shopping experience at Sam's Club and prefer it to Costco. The store is clean, well stocked, personnel are friendly and helpful. I love their hot dogs and drink! I have been shopping Sam's Club for over 10 years. I highly recommend Sam's Club. read more

I can always find what I need here. I shop here about twice a month and it's a big haul!! If I run out of something I usually end up making a couple of smaller trips to the store for those items throughout the month. So basically I'm here every week it seems like LoL I have 2 growing kids. Their school schedule is very long daily. They need two snacks per day, plus their hearty lunch, on top of all the water, sugar free juice boxes and Gatorade... it adds up to huge hauls for them. They are now also in after school clubs, which they need another water and snack for. So you see, this is certainly worth every trip. read more

purchased an auto battery from sams club 2 years ago this month with a 3 year complete replacement warranty. When I lived in Illinois, I used to buy my frozen shrimp at Costco, because they were much closer than our Sam's, but now that we live here, the Avondale Sam's is very close, so I have bought their frozen shrimp twice now, and both times it has been very bad. The first time I thought maybe it was a fluke so I tried again and it was the same. Both times every single shrimp had some freezer burn, and, although it appeared, that the shrimp were split and had the poop vein removed, over half the shrimp still had dirt that I had to clean myself. I went the distance and drove to Costco yesterday and the frozen shrimp were thawed today and were pink, clean, and perfect! What's more, they were less expensive than Sam's. Never again! read more

Terrible service and overall customer care. One incident I waited over 30 min in the tire area for someone to acknowledge my presence. Good luck with online order pickup: be sure to schedule your pick up Very early and plan on it being ready 1-2 hours after your designated pick up time because that's when your order will finally be ready. Also, when u are waiting for online order pickup plan at least 30 min & be prepared for people who showed up after you to get their order first. I ordered an item for $299 online. I needed to return the item. I had called sams club and they told me I can return in store or via usps. So I load up my two heavy boxes and go to my local sams. I get to the counter and tell the customer service rep what that I need to make a return. She tells me I need to have a printed receipt in order to return it... No one told me this, so I asked if I can AirPrint at their store or if she can print my receipt. She tells me no sorry... So now I'm leaving with my two boxes and I get questioned at the exit. Me and my wife are always in the club....Sams Club. Sometimes on the weekend, we even close down the club. We go to Sams Club so often that the staff knows our names because they can read our names from our Sams Club card. Seriously, parking is always good and the lines for gas aren't as long as the other warehouse. The prices are pretty much the same as the other warehouse too. We actually have both warehouse cards and we end up using Sams Club more because it's less crowed. I enjoy using the check out app because now I just get my items, scan it and leave.
