Park West is easily becoming the spot in the area. It's brand new, beautifully designed, and clearly made for walking around, hanging out, and actually enjoying your time--not just running errands. The mix here is so good--tons of fitness spots, great food options, a movie theater, and plenty of social vibes. I especially loved that there are lighter, healthier places like Wildflower and Pita Jungle, but also a solid variety overall (including sweets, of course). Plus, you've got self-care spots like salons and waxing services, which makes it feel like a one-stop lifestyle hub. We spent time just walking around and taking it all in, and it honestly felt like a whole experience. With more places still coming in, this is definitely shaping up to be the it destination. I would like to start off by saying this is simply a review based off the park west mall itself not the stores or restaurant selection they have available. The public restrooms could have been much cleaner, toilet/toilet seats had clearly not been cleaned well in a few days - most of the toilet seats on the women's restroom where loose enough you could see that they where loose. Stalls had no toilet paper or papers towels. They did have children seats available in the stalls and very nice changing tables for infants so that's a plus, they just weren't very clean. The splash pad/play area is overall not well maintained and pretty disappointing. Turf is uneven, bars are loose on the train ride on toy, splash pad water pressure is practically nonexistent - a dad had to show us a trick to stand on one of the "fountains" so the other fountain comes up higher and makes a big enough stream of water for your child to actually splash in... Not sure if that seating area with fans/misters is park west responsibility or a businesses but the area was not very clean, tables, benches and chairs could use a good pressure washing - lots of bird poop so be careful where you sit or set down your items. Overall the area is free to visit but don't expect a great experience but it will definitely get you and the kids out of the house. read more

Park West Mall is an outdoor plaza with plenty of parking on either side and the main drag. The Mall is located directly off a freeway exit making it most convenient. It offers many different businesses and restaurants. I visited a few of the businesses before my trip to one of their restaurants. read more

I absolutely love this place! I love how calm it is, and the different stores. The place is always clean, and the bathrooms too! The selection of stores and food places are great! One thing I have today is that they really work to keep the businesses coming in. They have a nice set up. They have a lot of stores we enjoy. I like how they are doing Pop Up Peoria where a business can have a short term commitment in a space to help local businesses get exposure amd give us an opportunity to experience new things. Park West is a smaller outdoor mall. Several businesses that one expects from a mall such as Bath and Body Works, See's Candy, Victoria's Secret, Chicos and Van's. There are also a handfull of restaurants and places to get a sweet treat. Self care businesses such as hair, nails, chiropractic and gym. Eateries include national chains, local chains, and independents. A small outdoor play area with a play water feature is located near the cookie/ and ice cream shops. A Harkin's movie theater rounds out the mall. We usually come here for specific businesses. We have yet to come and just walk around. We really need to do that some day. read more

Great area to grab some food and shop a little. Plus they have a little kids park (its small) with a splash pad (the floors are rough though). Parking is always easy there is a ton in the back of harkins theater if necessary but i usually always find a spot up front. They also have the farmers market on Saturdays which is cool. A casual, outdoor mall, geared towards adults. It has just the right amount of shopping, food & entertainment! Also, I've never been nearly run over by kids here... SERIOUSLY a plus :) I really enjoy visiting on Saturday mornings (okay, MID-mornings) to enjoy the Farmers Market that sets up in the center of the mall. Afterward I watch a movie and then do a little shopping at the stores before heading home. Soooo relaxing! I think the Farmers Market is there every Saturday 9 am - 2 pm. If someone could move this about a mile south and merge it with Westgate, they would together become the perfect outdoor shopping/dining experience. At this point, it's got some cool stores, but really feels like a cheap knockoff purposed with taking up tons of empty space on Northern. But with all the places to shop, the only worthwhile spot for a young dude like me is Vans. For the ladies, there's Victoria's Secret and more. I just can't get much done, but that's forgivable. Plenty of cool novelties to be found, like chocolate or cigars. I think the dining here is underrated, with the BJs, Fleming's, and Grimaldi's, which make the chain restaurant game very competitive. Unfortunately, less glamourous restaurants that are tucked in and not obvious don't seem to last long. RIP Sandbar, Lucky 13, etc. All attempts at a casual drinking spot are gone. :-( As far as I know, the sole nightlife attraction is now Toby Keith's. A large country bar is definitely something there's a demand for, but it's too big and too isolated of a plaza to have just *one* go-to spot. People usually stop by for an hour or two, but decide what's left of variety down the road is more appealing. In the end, I like Park West. It's certainly stylish and comfortable. There's tasty food for everyone. But it's just not a place I have a reason to spend more than an hour or so in, whether it's day or night. read more

One of my favorite small outdoor street malls in town. I really love this place. It is cool for just casual window shopping and of course to catch a burger, some pizza, and a Harkins movie when the mood hits. See's Candy, Charming Charlies and Bath and Body works Bath products are always important too. This is not a large mall but a small street side experience with about four or five bars and eateries and less than ten stores total. It is pretty, stress free, and has plenty of parking. They also have a cool farmers market on the weekends. read more

Nice outdoor mall. We went to Park West for breakfast. They have a nice clean layout with a Bath and Body Works, Harkins Theatre. Chico and we ate at the Lone Spur Cafe. They have the usual curb parking in front of the stores but it did not anticipate how popular a cafe like Lone Spur commanded on a Sunday morning so parking was inconvenient. read more

Since I was introduced to this mall, it has easily become among my favorites. Everything is well cared for; the fire pits are so cool in the winter; there are so many places to kick back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I'm here atleast 2-3 times a month between going to Harkins and Massage Envy. There's a balance of stores here; however, only a few places to eat. read more

The farmer's market is a plus but everything else is dying. There are so many shops either now closed or have never been filled to begin with, and I don't understand why. The mall's got a movie theater, a couple of moderately expensive restaurants and it's situated right next to lots of houses that are brand new! Yet, no one seems interested in snapping up any of the locations that are empty here. It's not that the remaining places aren't great. Bath and Body Works, Charming Charlies, See's Candies, Harkins, and the olive oil place are great. It's just so depressing to see a small cluster of shops actually being used against all the empty shops; it reminds me of MetroCenter Mall to be honest. Tru Burger Co. is gone, Lone Spur is gone, no one can keep that huge club/food space that Toby Keith's was in years ago very long, and now other businesses are flying the coop as well. Too bad, because when this area was first starting to develop it looked promising, especially since it seemed like a safer area to go to than Westgate (I myself have had a few close encounters there with being followed, in broad daylight no less). Hopefully the people in charge of this place find a way to turn things around, otherwise I can see bulldozers in the very near future for them. read more

I really dig this place. They have really good restaurants, a few cool shops and a Harkins movie theater. During Christmas it's always decorated really nice and has Christmas music playing. They will be opening a Toby Kieth's pretty soon, which should be fun. read more

Worst managemen / at this shopping center. The security staff is pretty rude, the office manager doesnt give a shit about complaints at all. Theres always trash everywhere ive walked to, and the cabin reataurant there gives this area a bad name...go shop elsewhere the stores there are rude as well customer service all around is pretty terrible in the complex....christopher banks left, i wonder why!! This place is getting better. They now have a gym, the lone spur cafe, the cabin, sees candies and a harkins movie theater the olive gourmet is a cool unique place my husband and I frequent as well. I wish they would consider putting in a sushi restaurant or adding some more unique shops and restaurants. It looks like they are adding a different version of Toby Keith's called cattleman's bar or something and that was a huge let down. Westgate already has cornered the market in bars so I wish park west would try to add stuff that's more classy or unique and fun! read more

I love the concept of Park West. It seems that it wants to have a more upscale shopping vibe in the West valley. It's nice but needs to define what it is that they are. The bars are poor, food quality sucks with the exception of BJ's and Fleming's. They need to move the trashy bars out leave those at Westgate. So with Tanger outlets nearby in which stores like TheChildrens Place have moved to, Park West needs a vibe that feels modern clean and more upscale. Maybe add a vegan or healthy restaurant like pita jungle, a trader Joe's would be awesome. Where is the home shopping like a pottery barn? The farmer's market is wonderful and so is Food Truck Fridays. So far I've been a loyal shopper since day one but would love to see it even better!! read more
